  1. Jax, you did NOT just have the temerity to tell Brittany you should break up and then get upset with her about being angry. How did Brittany get an Uber so quickly?
  2. I get it that sometimes people don’t understand another’s relationship. But seriously, Brittany? What DO you see in Jax? Also, I’m tired of people who call themselves “big picture people” especially when it’s an excuse to avoid work. Looking at YOU, Stassi. Patrick is right: she just wants credit and not the actual job. Schwartz’s vision of his future was cute. And getting Fruit by the Foot plastic stuck in his throat because he’s so excited to eat it just seems SO him. I’m so happy for Katie and her happiness. Really.
  3. Erika’s moment with the cyclist in Berlin was a featured clip on The Soup The Joel McHale Show this week. Complete with squeak squeak squeak walking motions :)
  4. To be fair, Sandoval also seems to put more work into his work. And he, you know, shows up on time (usually). And manages to not get arrested. These are all things that Jax could do as well. A few seasons back, they had a cosmo-making “competition” and I can’t remember who participated other than Jax—but his was by far the worst of all three. Not even close to the actual recipe. So I can see why jealousy would be natural, but it’s not based on sheer favoritism. In some ways, the fact that Jax even still has a JOB shows favoritism to *him*
  5. I’m of two minds on that confrontation. One one hand, I wouldn’t go after anyone in public the way these women went after JD—to me it’s not appropriate, in general. On the other, if someone has been a horrible person, and you have evidence of this, I think anyone – married or not – should, in fact, call that behavior out, even if it’s about what happened in a marriage (that is, if it’s at the scale that is alleged of JD). I do think, however, that the appropriate approach would have been to pull him aside in private rather than go after him at a televised birthday party. In that way, it’s more about standing up for what is right, rather than “taking sides“ in a relationship. That also gives the other person a chance to clarify misunderstandings and misinformation, if any, without felling as on the defense as they would with a bunch of people staring at them. But I’m really no fan of Naomie. She badgers Craig waaaaayyyy too much. Even though he has some maturing to do, in other ways (and as others have mentioned) he’s about the most mature guy of the bunch.
  6. Or a Goleta haus frau! ;) I always call Carpenteria “Carpeteria” (name of an old carpet store chain). It’s not bad but it ain’t fancy
  7. It was along the lines of—I went and visited her in NYC and she didnt make an effort to hang out with me. Like, they hung out two of five or seven days, or something.
  8. Whoever is writing the titles of the eps this season is killing it.
  9. Santa Barbara, CALIFORNIA? LOL The part with Craig and Naomi had me tearing up. I won’t say I’m rooting for them (because she harps WAY too much), but man... he was giving me the feels with his openness about his emotions. I don’t remember who left who, but for him to talk about how he was hurting, and that yes he cried... it was genuine. I dunno.
  10. He did! It was so ridiculous. (Oops, it was Leather Man with the whip... poor Horatio was the whip-ee) Squeak squeak
  11. That sketch series is right up there with Stefon both in terms of the characters “breaking” AND making me laugh uncontrollably. I wish they added the squeak squeak to Erika. Maybe if they still did the “social” version of the show.
  12. Speaking of WWHL: did anyone listen to the Radio Andy episode with Rinna? She and LVP started argue-bantering about some comment Rinna made about RHOBH needing new blood? Was she really suggesting that they get rid of LVP? (That would probably never happen)
  13. Ha! I was thinking that mostly it was “Night of People Who Would Show Up at the Opening of an Envelope.”
  14. Or on a jet ski AND helicopter, like Mariah Carey in the “Honey” video... And thanks for the info on fitting into latex!
  15. Watching again. I never really wanted to go to Berlin before, but between this show and a documentary I recently watched about Hansa Tonstudio (where Depeche Mode, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and many MANY more recorded significant albums), I now kind of want to go. I think it’s a first for the HW shows as well, and I think that’s due in large part to the fact that we got to focus on scenery (and outfits) rather than just a bunch of arguing with a fancy backdrop.
  16. Teddi and her husband look like Sandoval and Ariana plus kids and money, minus attitude.
  17. Oh boy the alley! This place has everything: latex, Play-Tex, unlit candles, Klaus-ette Nomi, and a waiter who looks like two out of three stooges.
  18. Scheana and Rob watch House Hunters International. Rob: Wouldn’t it be amazing to live in Fiji? Scheana (to herself): I’d rather live in Hawaii but he TOTALLY wants to move to Fiji with me!
  19. I just watched that, too! I’m not from the east coast but I’m always up for a good alternative/New Wave documentary. :)
  20. Rewatching and noticing funny things in the Jax meltdown like Billie positioning herself in the shot, and several people pulling out their phones to record the mess.
  21. Yeah I can see that making him more stressed and tightly wound, and more sensitive, but something else was... off. Maybe he was on meds to cope, who knows.
  22. Not to mention how he got all indignant about people denying getting together… Shades of golden nugget?
