  1. I hate Dianna's hair. I wonder how awkward it is for Naya to sing this song. She sounds amazing though.
  2. Kurt's outfit is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
  3. Lea has great legs, jealous. I prefer Idina's version, but I always thought her voice was too mature sounding for Elsa. Lea's voice sounds more age appropriate.
  4. The Mercedes character was offensive and interesting they had that big thing (whatever it was) fall on Cert.
  5. Lol was the show shading itself with starring in the "worst show ever".
  6. Out of curiously, I checked Twitter, and I see tweets from Lea, Darren, Chord, Jenna, Matt, Jane, and Naya.
  7. So am I the only one suspecting Mike? There's just something shady about him, I don't care what anyone says. And I kind of felt like Aria knew something was off with the whole "who else could it be" unconvincingly and A having his phone. Maybe he "killed" who he thought was Ali because wasn't she blackmailing Aria's father (hard to keep straight cause she blackmailed like ten people the day she "died"). And when I saw that tape the first thing I thought was it was Mike with a wig on.
  8. I actually think the Glease casting was spot on compared to all the other musicals Glee did. Marley as Sandy, Santana as Rizzo, Sugar as Frenchie, Blaine as Teen Angel were all perfect for their roles. The only misstep was Ryder over Jake.
  9. I'm dying at Chris' intro. "watch the sneak peek of one of our most fun performances" in the least enthusiastic tone ever. Reflects how I felt watching it.
  10. I think he voice sounds good. It's not like the song is particularly vocally challenging.
  11. I like the acoustic arrangement. I think it's cool how he likes to do stuff acoustic instead of doing the normal cookie cutter copy of songs that would have been done had this been done for Glee.
  12. I'm looking forward to the episode if it has the same tone as the first 13. Mostly Rachel/Will focus, black comedy, old school Rachel before she was ruined, bitchy Kurt before he became a saint, etc. If it's going to be the same crap as they've been doing post season four or if I have to sit through a dumb Tina storyline (who in my opinion will never not be irrelevant), no thanks. I get why those fans would be annoyed, as I personally pretty much consider Blaine and Sam part of the original cast as they joined early season two so it's dumb when people pit Blaine/Sam against the "originals", but Blaine gets so much screen time. It's really not that serious. I tend to think anyone who is passionate enough about Glee or it's characters is a young teen so it's expected behavior though.
  13. For the life of me I don't see why anyone would like Sam and Rachel together (due to the ickiness of him being presented as Finn 2.0) or would like Sam with anyone for that matter, cause it's Sam. I nearly got my head bitten off for posting that opinion there though. I tend to think Sam/Rachel supporters are just Rachel fans that don't want to see her end the show alone with no love interest or with a random. Truth be told, the only couples in my humble opinion that hasn't been ruined is Will and Emma and Burt and Carol. I liked Klaine and Brittana back in the day, and obviously those suck now, and the other pairings I liked (Puck and Rachel and Jesse and Rachel) were never taken seriously. I'm not a Mercedes fan, but I think she's always been downright sweet compared to most of the other characters on the show who aren't named Mike.
  14. Wow. I don't even know what to say..... As for Lea, she's basically flat chested. So I think she pulls off the look. It'd look trashy if she were more well endowed.
  15. Episode 2 looks like it's going to be complete crap based on those song spoilers. 11314142 people on one song? I much perfer five people to one song tops, or if it's a group number with everyone performing, having two people sing the lead parts while the rest of ND lipsyncs to the Glee backing choir and sways in the background. Newbies leading songs? Gross. And the biggest thing, Dianna and Heather, two people who in my opinion should NEVER sing in life, ever, having songs? Ugh. I don't know why the show insists on having them sing so many songs when they're on the show but Jenna can't get a full song to sing to save her life. It's like the show has no grey area. They either give all the songs to only two people, or they give everyone a "turn", even the people who really, really, shouldn't ever be getting a turn to sing.
  16. Oh definitely. Unfortunately that could never happen since number 1, Rachel is the leading lady of the show and I can't think of any other female lead that wasn't completely woobiefied, with the exception of maybe Blair Waldorf and that was only because they had a second female lead to play the typical "sweet" role. In addition, it wouldn't have worked with the new format of the show after it stopped being a black comedy. Honestly, Rachel has been at times a terrible friend to Kurt, but I find Kurt's holier than thou disposition since season 2 so intolerable that I don't even care. I never really cared for them as friends in the first place. I would have preferred them to keep her as a loner in high school, then in college meet another Rachel like girl (but someone in a completely different field so they wouldn't kill each other) that she could become BFFs with. In real life no way would a girl that was bullied like Rachel would continue to associate with people from her high school. I still say the friendship has served Kurt more as since he's a man, he always gets to be in the right on Glee, and he never would have put off NYADA or stuffed the ballot box the way Rachel did for Kurt.
  17. WTF at that song list. Are Chord, Chris, Jane, Matt, Naya, Amber, Kevin, etc. ALL unavailable for the first episode or something? Why are there only two people singing in the first episode? I don't expect everyone to sing in everone episode, but at the very least I would have expected a Blaine/Sam and Rachel/Kurt duet thrown in there instead of having three Rachel solos.
  18. IMO, if Lea had left the show back in season one, it wouldn't have worked without the character of Rachel whereas if anyone else left, it would have been able to continue on just fine, so I'd agree that she definitely carried it back then. Has nothing to do with the others not being talented, it's just the show was so Rachel heavy back then that if Lea wasn't awesome the show would have never took off the way it did, an impressive feat especially considering how the character of Rachel was so abrasive in those days.
  19. Kevin and Matt are definitely better technical singers than Darren. Same with Amber being better than Lea. I'd rather listen to Lea anyday of the week though than Amber, and I tend to prefer Darren's voice over Kevin's and Matt's. This is exactly why I'm not big on those three voices. To me, Lea is ten times the singer Amber is, which I know is an unpopular opinion, and why I prefer Darren's voice over Kevins. I go back and forth on Chris. He sounds great on duets, but I just don't care for any of his solos. Matt's voice is gorgeous, but I really don't care for male broadway voices. I tend to prefer Naya's over Amber's, but Naya doesn't really do it for me either.
  20. Yeah, I crack up at Lea's tweets and interviews about Glee all the time, the poor girl practically kills herself gushing over the show, and no she would never be able to say anything remotely negative about the show, and yes it's because she's a woman. Although the fact that she has a reputation as a diva certainly doesn't help matters. I do disagree with this though: I have no doubt if Chris or Darren had to be abruptly written out of two episodes due to a set blow up that the story would have been picked up, however since nothing of that sort has happened, that's why it's not talked about.
  21. Wouldn't suprise me if RIB leaked those shitty spoilers about everyone going back to Ohio to get fans to champion for it since Fox wasn't feeling the storylines and doesn't want to give them the go ahead to make utter crap storylines anymore. However, what ended up happening is even some of the biggest Glee loyalists hated the spoilers so they had to push production back to figure out how they'll end this show. The show really doesn't need 13 episodes. I'm sure the push back is there isn't much of a justification for 13 episodes either financially OR creatively. They could easily wrap up season 6 as a special 3 part miniseries or movie and call it a day.
  22. I don't really think the storylines coloring the opinion on the actor is the issue, cause Finn was always thrown under the bus and Cory was still adored. I also don't think Darren and Chris not being BFFs is it either as I haven't seen people pit even Naya and Lea against each other as much. If I were to guess, Darren not being an original cast member is the main culprit. You have on one side, fans of Chris who hate him cause he was only supposed to be basically a prop for Kurt and he became his own character in his own right and got a lot of screentime, and basically a lot of fans feel if you aren't an "original" you basically dont "deserve" to get as much screentime as the others. This isn't specific to Darren himself. People had the same reaction to the newbies, and I have no doubt that if Adam had stayed on the show and started getting more screentime, focus, and songs then the other characters, the reaction to him would have been the same. Then on the other side, you have fans of Darren who some started watching because of him, and probably see Chris hating Klaine or not tweeting him happy birthday as some slight against Darren.
  23. Yikes is right, however I find it really hard to believe someone like Lea wouldn't get a background check on this guy first before entering a relationship. My guess is she knows but doesn't care.
  24. As stupid as this show can be, I will always love it for the random laughs/chemisty between the girls. Hanna with that gun and Emily snatching it away? Hanna, never change.
  25. Honestly, I think the only plan Ryan and co have ever had for the show is New Directions would win Nationals and Rachel would make it to New York. Anything other than that has always just been filler/them making up crap as they go along so them returning back to the turd that is Lima is just them throwing the characters in a throwaway storyline to get it all over with. I don't think they've been invested in the show since end of season 3.
