I was actually thinking drug. There is an opioid problem in America currently so I thought that might play into their next social issue as well as Diggle's injuries being more severe than anyone realizes. I got the impression that Diggle's gun misfires from SA's video. Don't know if that is how Diggle gets injured, someone else gets injured or if it leads to someone getting away.

I think (and always have) that "lower case r" when describing Olicity is MG's way of saying it's not any more important than any of Oliver's other relationships on the show. The show doesn't put the emphasis on the relationship like certain sections of fandom do. Calm your expectations on one side and don't be upset on the other. I am not expecting a lot of promo for the wedding.

She is. If Nyssa's done, Katrina might have shot an extra scene while shooting 5.23. If she's not she could have gotten separated from Team Arrow. She could then make an appearance later in the season assuming it works around her new show. I don't know how many episodes the new show is.

Sounds like the only one missing from the scene is Katrina. Doesn't mean Nyssa dies. It could just be she's MIA. I have a vague recollection of hearing we might not know what happens to someone until much later in the season.

Season begins Oct 12. Sweeps is Oct 26 - Nov 22 (Wed before US Thanksgiving) which corresponds to 6.03 - 6.06. Does that make Nov 30 (6.07) the crossover ep? It might be the 8th episode for the others. Or will they wait until Dec for crossovers?

In Willa's case, according to his feed, she tried to get a flight so she could be there for part of the weekend but none of the flights worked. Her filming schedule was changed at the last minute. I don't know if Arrow or something else.

IIRC, when he first appeared someone created a fake account. After his dad found out - he saw some tweets to Anna Hopkins -he took to Twitter to make sure people knew it wasn't his son. He said his son didn't have one.

Not bitter. I watched each episode twice except 507, 513 & 517. Liked something about most of them. I didn't hate the S5 storylines so much as the execution of them. Wish they had kept Rory instead of Curtis. I like Wild Dog and Dinah but I don't care about them. If they disappeared tomorrow I wouldn't miss them. I still care about Felicity, Diggle, Thea & Quentin. Unfortunately I realized I don't care that much about Oliver outside those relationships. Too much Oliver as a dumbass writing for me. I was thinking 80% chance I was done when S5 was over because of the writing which jumped to 95% when they announced KC as a regular for S6. I hated all the saint Laurel references this season and am already bored by BS. The cliffhanger seemed like a good jumping off point. I am hanging around here to see how they are selling S6 at SDCC. There is nothing else on Thursday at 9pm so I might be more inclined to tune in.

Didn't it also feature the cool escalator fight sequence?

I saw a clip of just that answer on twitter. The answer was a bit of a mess, with the citing of specific comic stories, but it just made me wonder if the crowd attending might have been more comic oriented and he was trying to be diplomatic. He then mentions the show and chemistry between actors. He didn't sound stressed at all to me. Most of the cons he has attended in the past (HVFF) have been OTA & Olicity friendly. I honestly think he's just playing to the read he has on the crowd, probably from his interactions at autographs.

Maybe David's just tired of being questioned about Oliver's love life? He probably doesn't really care one way or the other but doesn't want to be in the crosshairs of either fandom.

I am not expecting oodles of screen time for MySon. I do think though in a season with the theme of Family that Oliver as dad will get some focus. He's the lead. Diggle is not. I will be more than happy to be wrong.

I could see her helping. However, if mom dies dad should be who he bonds with because Oliver is the parent. Felicity is just daddy's friend. All of that said, this show has a weird thing about blood ties. I just expect them to focus on them.

Thanks LOL. I was using season 2 flashbacks being 9 years ago when she discovered she was pregnant and subtracting approximately 9 months. Incorrect!!!

This actually is what I was thinking. I don't expect any Olicity drama over MySon but I could definitely see the adjustment to having a child and learning to parent in addition to vigilantism and being mayor not leaving much time for romance. If baby mama is in a coma, dead or otherwise incapacitated MySon should be the priority. He's 8. Felicity would step back. She might turn her attention to starting Smoak Tech.

It's why I'm wondering if co-parenting might be where the drama comes from. I guess we'll have to see who survives but MySon has already been kidnapped twice because of Oliver. Mom might want no contact whereas dad is no longer going to want to keep him at a distance would be my guess. If he can't have a relationship with his first born son because it's too dangerous, how could he marry Felicity & have olicitots as some fans desire?

They've talked about them being star-crossed lovers so I just won't be surprised if MySon represents the next obstacle to overcome.

Not surprised SA said WA. He also said they wouldn't be rushing Olicity. Since they only looked to be getting back together, my guess is his priority will be MySon and getting to know him which may or may not involve more baby mama drama. Vigilante, mayor, father...his love life is probably taking a back seat.

Was Chase's plane a seaplane? I didn't pay close attention. If so wouldn't it float even if they couldn't fly it? Push it in the water and wait it out. I think 10 people (F,T,D,Q,D,R,C,S,N,DS) could fit on the boat Oliver is on between front and back. Radio for help. Bad guys are on their own. They probably made a run for it when they regained consciousness.

Not sure if anyone responded or not. I think that was an editing trick. I think DD's part is from the scene were DD was telling Diggle & Lance that she couldn't use her scream because of the sonic dampeners. Not sure where BS's line came from. People were speculating that BS was living in the burned out Queen mansion from that shot too. Turns out Moira was inhabiting the mansion.
