Nevermind.

It was 15 in S2 but 14 in S1 & S3.

@ARROW TV_ tweeted that the episode James Bamford is directing is 4.14. Unless I missed it, I haven't seen the episode # mentioned here.
-
Might be why she was filming 4.10 (per board) at same time they were shooting the crossover. They only wanted to bring her in once. (or she was only available for both then) If the actual meeting is in 4.10 there is another scene for Donna Smoak - encouraging/supporting him if Felicity is unable.

The "seismic change" is in 4.08. I assumed it was the introduction of time travel (via Vandal Savage) on Arrow.

IIRC, non-fans of LL used the term "redacted" to tweet about the character without it showing up in KC's mentions or generate buzz for her. Fans/stans caught on so they started sending screenshots to KC and letting her know they were defending her. Non-fans switched to "Felicia" occasionally saying "bye" because they thought CL was brought on to replace her. Eventually the fans/stans caught on and repeated their behavior. About this time KC acquires a dog and names her Felicia. She also starts tweeting the hashtag "Bye Felicia" frequently. Coincidence or passive/aggressive behavior? I don't know but it did lead to some non-fans of LL becoming non-KC fans. Some fans embraced it as KC fighting back.

I think they would "really" kill Oliver off before they would Malcolm. Not sure about 4.11 but I think their dates have overlapped on several episodes.
-
Maybe the scene was supposed to be longer but the director cut it for longer stunt sequences!!!

I am still expecting QL to be in the grave. Like Felicity, the anvils are falling. That said, Thea might have moved up the list a bit. Thea called Malcolm for help after her encounter with Darhk. Who is always Malcolm's priority? Malcolm. Makes me wonder if his plan involves Thea getting in closer proximity to Darhk which then backfires on Thea. She ends up in the grave and Oliver vows to kill him (Malcolm). Malcolm is set up to be the big bad (again) for S5. Roy coming back could be to help Thea. Same scenario but he ends up in the grave. Wonder if he'll be billed as a guest star or a special guest star?

I think I must have blinked and missed the stunt 20 years in the making. LOL!

What cast though? The regulars or the LOT cast being introduced in these 2 episodes with maybe Grant hosting?

My first thought when Oliver said he was going to kill him (at the graveside) was MM not DD. I never considered Thea a possibility until after reading WM's interview which has some Malcolm information. He will make some good decisions regarding Thea but ultimately he is a SuperVillain and will be going to a very dark place by the end of the season. The main motivation in this show seems to be the loss of a loved one. Perhaps Malcolm exploits Thea's bloodlust for fun or personal gain but she loses her life in the process. Or DD targets her to get at MM for a blood debt. My money is still on QL but we'll see. Regarding LL having no story outside Sara. Felicity had no story in S1-S2 (and one could argue S3). She was support. Maybe it's KC's turn to be support and she'll be used mainly as BC. 4.05 could have been the real start of the GA/BC fighting team. That might be her one big development per MG. In which case Diggle might be in trouble. (I would like to believe LL's in the grave but I am less likely to be disappointed if I keep expectations low).

Is there going to be more to the Andy Diggle story? LOL! Way to focus on Diggle show.
-
Chappaquiddick anyone? Oliver proposes to Felicity. They leave in a limo. Oh no. There's an accident. The car goes in the water. Oliver survives. Where is Felicity? Does she survive? Tune in to 4.10. Oliver goes into the water in FB. Maybe Poppy doesn't fare so well. If Felicity is dying I tend to think Ausiello's blind item could apply here. It goes without saying that said accident would be caused by someone nefarious - DD or MM.
-
Does Constantine know that Andy and Ray are not dead? Or perhaps he knows something related to Darhk which is his parting gift to Oliver?
-
Perhaps the songs are for the episodes and not just Olicity based on how the question was phrased. 409 Dark Waters was released. 410 hasn't been.
-
IIRC, Oliver is supposed to discover something DD cares about. As a result he is going to destroy Oliver. Kidnapping or harming Felicity would do it. CR is in 4.09 & 4.10. You have a couple of weeks for hiatus for fans to wonder if she is alive. It would fit Ausiello's blind item along with the uncertainty of whether it sticks or not. I think it doesn't stick but they were trying to sell her as grave victim in 4.01.

At a con, someone asked KC about doing another Bird's of Prey episode. She responded "sort of". When I saw the shot of the 3 of them that is what I thought she was referencing.
-
It says Sara joins Laurel, Thea and the team (Digg/Oliver?). The focus is just going to be on the girls team up until it goes sideways. Maybe this is the episode where Darhk has Green Arrow captured and is getting ready to unmask him. In one of the promos there is a shot of the Canaries & Speedy as well as Darhk with GA.

Dialogue tease: Nyssa to Malcolm or Diggle to Oliver :-( Do Oliver and Quentin have scenes? It could easily be Quentin to Oliver if they do. Or maybe Quentin to Darhk?
-
Does Oliver take a bullet for Diggle before this scene or after it? I am thinking the scene with drinks is after this one. Perhaps the confrontation with Double Down leads to some thawing out on Diggle's part.
-
I don't see Felicity or Diggle going anywhere. However, I have read comments by comic fans elsewhere that since Mr. Terrific is both POC and a tech genius that the show should get rid of Felicity and Diggle because they didn't originate in the comics. (FS does but not this iteration.) The only thing I think will happen for sure is that whoever dies will get to go out on a high note, so to speak, based on the EP's comments (elegant and earned IIRC).
-
Perhaps Quentin started working with DD in a misguided attempt to save his city? When he can't get out he attempts to take him down from the inside. We are supposed to get some Quentin/Diggle interaction. He could lose his life in the process. This could be why Oliver doesn't blame himself but takes responsibility for taking "him" down. (This assumes him is Darhk and not Malcolm who could also betray someone to further his own purposes.) Top law enforcement official is gone so somebody has to step up. Regarding Felicity being the one to die. The only way I could see this happening is if EBR only signed a 3 year deal, which IIRC someone said is the CW standard. The EPs not knowing could be dependent upon contract negotiations. I don't think it's her but that is the only circumstance I can see it happening under. I still think it's Quentin as much because he appears to be involved with the main storyline. He had very little screen time in S3.

What Quarks said

I vote for Quentin as the death. Didn't he sign his death warrant in S3 when he muttered that amazing line..."Dinah Laurel Lance always trying to save the world." It just took longer than we expected.
