Based on 4.14 and the promo for 4.15 Felicity probably breaks it off because Malcolm and Thea (his "family") knew but he kept it from her. I will be surprised if Dhark doesn't tell Oliver where he got his info from. Once again not killing Malcolm comes home to roost. Another reason for Malcolm to be the "him" in the flash forward.

Didn't Sara/Canary put down Dollmaker? Did Brick go to Iron Heights? I think BAM's picture of Iron Heights is from 4.17. I wonder if that's when they come back into play. Brie Larvan is in that episode but she was from Flash S1. For all the VOTW week episodes we had I can't remember how many survived to go to prison.

You're right it was about Malcolm. However, check out minute 10:30 in the video as he addresses people being upset about the lie to Felicity. He thought it was "fascinating if not a lot of fun". I guess you can interpret that as being about the internet response. I just don't get the impression he hates it. He mentioned it coming back to bite Oliver in the ass. I am aware of what he said at HVFF NJ. He might not be against it as much because he knows what the fallout is now. It might be appropriate but it doesn't mean it's enjoyable for the fans to watch. As an actor what he likes might very well differ from what the viewer enjoys. I am going to stop now because I'm getting off topic.

On another subject, I am listening to SA's panel at DCC. It's on youtube. He said he wouldn't tell who was in the grave. He only said he didn't know when he first shot the scene. Regarding THE LIE, he said bad decisions make for good TV. If he was against the lie he's changed his tune (at least for publicity purposes.) He also says the 3.5 minutes at the end of 4.15 cuts away to montage scenes. Oliver having everything "taken" from him? Felicity, Baby Mama, Spawn, etc...

Work obligations is most cited. Perhaps DallasComicCon made an assumption. Katie saying work obligations isn't a lie. My question would be did she get a last minute invite? (No clue how NYFW works). Shortly after being stranded in NY for HVFF NJ Katie tweeted something about when you think things are falling apart they just are starting to fall into place. Some assumed she was talking about Arrow. Perhaps she was referencing her fashion blog? If that's the case then her last minute cancellation is even worse because if fans were travelling to Dallas primarily to see KC they might be able to get refunds for her photo ops but they might be out the cost of travel as some hotels require 24-48 hours cancellation notice without penalty. Danielle at least cancelled a week out.

I don't know is probably the easiest and quickest way to shut down a line of questioning. They have really clamped down on spoilers this year and I imagine TPTB would be highly upset if one of the actors/crew spilled that particular info.

You're right, it was just Bam zooming in. I think I saw camera and thought TV speech. I will be surprised if Oliver and Felicity don't get back together by 4.23. I'm just not convinced they are in a hurry to cure Felicity especially as they have gotten favorable reactions for the paralysis portrayal.

I have been wondering if Felicity will walk again this season because comics. It's my understanding that the Calculator tries to find a cure for his daughter Proxy/Wendy. It doesn't work but whatever. Both WM & MG have talked about bringing Calculator back as one of the characters they would like to explore more in S5 (along with Curtis Holt & Anarky). I think he was introduced in S4 to show us Felicity's reaction to both his appearance as well as his deception. She was hopeful he had changed and wanted a relationship. This could lead to an eventual thawing in her relationship with Oliver. Her reaction to dad's deception also gives us a clue as to how she might react to Oliver's deception. They would work together similar to S3 but she probably shuts him out completely otherwise or at least tries to. I wonder if the kid reveal (which most have been speculating is at the debate in 4.14) might actually be at the party, rehearsal, wedding, whatever instead. Debate comes first but they end up having to evacuate the site. Do they immediately resume the debate? They might but a female voice says something about making sure OQ doesn't get out alive. I think they have to find a new location. I am thinking worse case scenario...Rehearsal dinner or actual ceremony interrupted by either Baby Mama or Dhark informing Oliver his son has been taken. Cue ending TV message PB and SA were talking about on social media. (They didn't say it was the end just talking about "corpsing" and camera pushing in on Oliver) We had almost proposal 4.01, actual proposal 4.09, informal vows 4.10 with putting ring on, reproposal 4.13, so I have no trouble picturing an almost wedding in 4.14 to go with a hallucinated/dream wedding in 4.16. BAM said we'd need plenty of Kleenex but not necessarily for the reasons we think. Charlotte said something on SM about so many different emotions. (I am almost always wrong so take my post with a grain of salt. LOL.)

Well, if 4.15 should prove to be THE FLASHBACK episode maybe it's a declaration of love to Poppy and how he's never loved anyone like he loves her. She lights his way, etc, No in show basis but you never know!

IIRC, SA said at HVFF NJ that there was an emotional scene at the end of 4.15 and that Olicity fans wouldn't like it. Sounds to me like Oliver pleading his case perhaps. The question is who is he pleading his case to - Felicity or Baby Mama?

Thanks @TVEcho, my fear with the idea of Laurel dying was that if LOT doesn't get a S2 they would bring Sara back. I know some would welcome that but since my reasons for watching are Oliver/Felicity/Diggle it wouldn't appeal to me for her to be back. I did wonder if they were looking at Anna as a regular but was hoping not. (Don't want or need the kid around on a regular basis.)

I wondered if maybe they weren't doing one this year. 4.15 has Vixen. 4.16 is Cupid/Wedding dream or hallucination as well as Laurel facing Darhk in court.

I wonder if Felicity will have minimal screen time in the period they are broken up. There will be some team scenes I am sure and I know EBR filmed with CR in 4.17. There might even be scenes with Echo but since the PT board meeting was moved up and the battery was revealed there is no real need for PT scenes. I know there are other stories to tell with other characters but 4.10 bored me silly. Green Arrow/Speedy/Black Canary as team focus was snooze worthy IMO. My guess is if there are PT scenes they will be to advance Curtis Holt's trajectory to Mr. Terrific. Echo filmed scenes with SA/DR/PB/KC in 4.17.

Vixen is also in 4.15. I can see SA thinking scenes with her are something else. He was impressed with the shooting of the first Flash crossover because he got to shoot in ways he hadn't before. Her scenes should be interesting at least. BAM was talking about 4.14 regarding Kleenex. I do have to wonder since the romance is unimportant if they don't marry them off in 4.14 and break 'em up in 4.15. A small ceremony could explain the Hoffman's presence. The long scene is non-action and Negret was originally supposed to direct. We don't actually know that no one from the Flash is present.

If Laurel is in grave peril at the end of 4.18 it could lead to her flashbacks in 4.19. She could be in a coma or stranded somewhere waiting for rescue. Cue flashbacks sort of as a goodbye tribute. She flat lines at the end of the episode. Now for the real question...Are they going to show a Laurel & Ollie love scene in the flashbacks? Last opportunity for Lauriver shippers. .

I have to wonder if Felicity's arc about her father is going to play out more with Donna & Oliver than actually with dear old dad. EBR & TA have at least 2 scenes based on preview pictures but I recall a WM interview where she mentioned exploring it emotionally from a what did Donna know view? With Emily Kinney coming back I wonder if she is Felicity's half-sister. It would explain why she hated Felicity and went after her in Flash Year 0 comics. Noah might have left her mother for Donna or got involved with her mother after he and Donna split. She always felt Noah loved Felicity more than her. When Donna realized his true colors she didn't want anything to do with him. He was abusive. Donna would have done whatever to protect Felicity. Cue Donna understanding Baby Mama and agreeing Oliver did the right thing honoring her request. (I guess Noah could find out first and tell Oliver he was right to do whatever it takes to see his child.) Donna is in 4.13, 4.14 and 4.17 so far. In the short term Felicity is probably going to close herself off as was the original plan (Gothlicity!) thinking the only way to be strong is not to need/depend on anyone. Oliver and Mom lied. Perhaps an unknown sister tried to harm her. Her life has been turned upside down. Cue the limo scene! Hopefully a thaw starts shortly thereafter. What I really want to know though is will Felicity get a POV or will it all be others' POVs?

Yeah. That is what I have been thinking. I think he said he only moved to LA 2 years before he landed Arrow. He landed Arrow in 2012.

I wonder sometimes if the CW does things with the intention of annoying the Felicity and/or Olicity fandom so they "fight back". Last week was the poorly worded CW_Arrow tweet about Felicity making a mistake and who might be in danger as promo for 4.11 on CW App which resulted in the "FelicityExposed!" spontaneous trend. There is talk on twitter about stepping up their game because of annoyance with the IGN EBR/KC interview but no Olicity promotion. Why spend resources on something you can get for free?

Yeah, I have to wonder if the idea is to avoid making the show look like it is about romance/relationships. They tend to promote masks, masks, masks and action, action, action. I often find a disconnect between the episodes and what they promote.

If Laurel can't die because she's BC and QL is in the grave perhaps she'll feel the need for a fresh start elsewhere. After all she's fully evolved. Green Arrow is not. Hope springs eternal!

Maybe she's attending the wedding and they are doing guest shots- hallucination or not.
