  1. I watched all of the episodes and what I was left with was sadness. I'm sad that Cait isn't cooler. I wanted to like her. But what I came away with was that every single person we met along the way - all of the friends and people at various organizations - were awesome and really amazing people. Cait just isn't. What got me irked the most was the conversation with Kris and that line about the transgender issue only being 20% of the reason for the break up. I get the feeling that deep down, Cait blames Kris for the fact that she didn't transition sooner. She's not taking responsibility for her own decisions (she says she does, but she really doesn't). And the worst was when she seemed irritated that the family is grieving for Bruce. She doesn't even seem to want to TRY and understand that her family needs time to wrap their minds around this change. I guess I was just hoping that Cait was going to be as awesome as Chaz (who, by the way, I want as my BFF). p.s. - Boy George!! YAY!! LOVE!!!
  2. I'd say then that person is kinda mean. I don't think she was deliberately being mean -- but, yeah, it came off as mean.
  3. Aside from keeping Margaret Cho, I wish they'd get rid of Brad "In case you missed it, I'm gay" Goreski and bring back George Kotsiopoulos.
  4. PLEEEEAASSEEEE keep Margaret Cho!! PLLLEEEAASSSEEE!!!!
  5. Oh my. I just caught some old episodes of KUWTK this weekend. I wasn't watching the show back in 2009. I had no idea that Khloe was such a jerk!! She was TERRIBLE to Kourtney when she was pregnant with Mason -- OK, you made your point, Khloe - You don't like Scott. Do you have to stress out your pregnant sister and then PUNCH the father of the baby?? It would appear as if she's grown up a lot since then. But, my God, she was an ass!!!
  6. I was happy to see the show is back. A couple of thoughts ... I felt that NeNe wasn't loose enough. It was like she had planned how everything would go in her head, so it didn't come out seemingly spontaneous. She wasn't relating to the people around her - rather, she was too busy trying to make it sound like she had planned it. This does not work in comedy, as we all know. Margaret Cho -- Can we keep her, please? The comedian role works best if you don't shove them in the 'leader' role (like they did with Kathy Griffin). Joan Rivers was able to be the comedian and leader .. because she was Joan and actually KNEW fashion. I'm sorry, but the fact that Cho had the balls to say that a dread-clad Miley definitely smells like weed and patchouli oil (poking fun at Guiliana and the whole scandal) was PRICELESS. I actually like Melissa and always have. She's good-natured and doesn't take things too far (as her mother often did) but, at the same time, she knows what the spirit of the show should be. I think with time this will gel. It's never going to be what it was, but that's to be expected. It'll be something different.
  7. I can't believe I'm going to do this -- but I have to, in a way, defend Khloe on this. I don't blame her for her obvious hatred of Cait. Cait seems to demand acceptance, and fast. How DARE they not all visit her!!! However, when Khloe needed support because of her drug-addicted cheating husband, Cait was soooooo dismissive of Lamar's issues and of Khloe's feeling about them. It was, "He shouldn't do drugs. And you shouldn't love him because he does drugs." (basically) Uh, yeah, thanks. That's helpful. Cait has always seen things black & white and doesn't budge on her extremely conservative views -- except where they serve her, personally -- "*I'M* transgender, so you should be open-minded about that." Since Cait has never experienced an addiction, she couldn't fathom the problem with Lamar or muster up any compassion for someone going through it or for someone loving an addict. Yet, since she is transgender, everybody should immediately accept it and understand her. Now Khloe petting her own hair and the use of 'conversate' is another story.
  8. It doesn't surprise me much, considering how she would speak about Lamar Odom and his addiction issues. She has no insight and thinks you can just stop taking (insert drug of choice here) and was quite cold about it when discussing it with Khloe. She's got very black/white views and just dismisses things like that with, "Take personal responsibility ..." It will be very interesting to see how she reacts when meeting young transgenders who have been kicked out of their houses, disowned by their families, have no money and nobody will hire them.
  9. Jenny is the best! I don't think Cait went into this series in the hopes that somebody *else* on the show would emerge as the star.
  10. Hmm. Well. I think there's a lack of education when it comes to Khloe, which might explain her racist comments (I totally didn't notice she said, "shysty!"). Kourtney, as we know, is the only K sister who has a college degree. Although, one would hope that since Khloe is well-traveled that she would have gained a lot of knowledge but ... apparently not. I don't think she's stupid, though. I reserve that description for Kim.
  11. Last night, when I saw the news on Facebook (they have little news items on the upper right column), the headline was misleading and made it seem like Lamar died. I felt really bad for Khloe. Then I went to TMZ and saw that it was Lamar's friend. This really should serve as a wake-up call to Lamar and Rob -- and I hope Khloe doesn't take it upon herself to try and save them (again), because it's futile.
  12. Due to her cheating on Rob K with some dude, she knew the marriage was over (even if the divorce wasn't final). She could 'upgrade' to a celebrity rather than being a single mother of four. My impression is that even if Bruce told her, "Hey, I like to dress in women's clothing and I've taken hormones and developed breasts," her reaction would be "Lalalalalalala!! I can't hear you!!" because she wanted to be married -- and married to someone famous.
  13. I think she just wanted to be married at that point. ESPECIALLY to someone who was famous. She decided to ignore the red flags and pretend that it wasn't a big deal. And now she's acting surprised.
  14. Heeheehee! iwasish, I kinda only read these boards to see what you'll write cuz you always crack me up. And YES! Kylie comes across as dumb and they're trying so hard to make her interesting so she can carry on the 'torch,' but I just don't see it. That vacant look in her eyes when she was saying, "Some people think I only wear one shade ... but I wear six." Faaassscinating. There is ZERO humor or wit with her. With Khloe and Kourtney, you can see they have a sense of humor - but Kylie?? Zzzzzzzzzz..... In fact, I couldn't get through the entire episode.
  15. The good news for her is it's not the 1950s anymore.
  16. It's still a terrible idea. A condo - heck - an apartment would be a better idea in Calabasas than a whole house with all of that responsibility that she's not ready for.
  17. Not the least of which -- it is DULL. Kendall was right about that. Why in the world would an 18 year-old want to have a house is boring ol' Calabassas??? Seriously, there is nothing cool about Calabassas (I'm in L.A.). The celebrities who live there are there *because* it is dull and out of the way. If you want to go out to dinner in the neighborhood, better be ready for some icky chain restaurant food. Kris is absolutely setting her up to be trapped close by (and in need of her). The only thing that would make sense is for Kylie to buy the house and flip it for profit -- not to frickin' actually live it in.
  18. Watching Kris steam roll over Kylie and force her into buying a house -- with the delusion that this will make Kylie a real estate tycoon -- was very disturbing. It's almost as if she realized Kylie is not going to be an actress (there was once talk of that), she certainly isn't going to be a model like Kendall -- and she's not interesting enough to even 'star' in her own reality show. Kris already pretends Rob runs his own sock line. So I guess now she's decided that Kylie will be the next Donald Trump.
  19. That was AWESOME. Especially since the character was stoned & drunk out of her mind and then suddenly she made this completely accurate assessment of Liza.
  20. She showed a few rare moments of genuine vulnerability (something that Scott always seems to want from her) and he crapped all over her. She was honestly afraid to be in the delivery room alone.
  21. Yes! And I can't BELIEVE that T&C wanted to rip out the built-ins in the living room area. WTF???? "Oh, let's erase the charm of this craftsman style home!" Duh. Glad the friend (what's his name) stood his ground on that.
  22. Thoughts on this episode: 1. Malika looked really strange during her talking head interviews. I don't know if it was make-up or what, but they somehow erased the personality out of her face. 2. How could the K sisters not know the term "jump the shark?" The term has been around for at least 10 years. Even people who have never seen an episode of Happy Days knows what it means and where it came from. 3. How is it that Khloe can't understand what Malika was trying to say about the ex thing?? Don't put her in the middle. It's not that complicated. 4. Kylie's lips look stupid. 5. That entire 'mother/daughter' trip looked like one long photo opp to make Kris look like a great mom. And, Kris, demanding 'bonding time' is ridiculous and labeling it 'bonding time' is comical. It's like going out on a date and proclaiming it 'falling in love time.' You can't manufacture feelings. Idiot.
  23. I missed the beginning, too. After installing that eyesore, I would certainly *hope* they'd stay. Otherwise, they just ruined their resale value. And, man, I'd be sooooo pissed if I lived next door to them.
  24. I have no interest in the Dash Doll Real Housewives wannabes. Fast forwarded through them. The Rob Issue .... On the one hand, Kim is right (GASP! Can't believe I typed that). They need to stop enabling Rob. On the other hand, Kim doesn't go the 'tough love' route because she cares. Rob seems like an annoyance to her. Even if he got his shit together, she'd want nothing to do with him. She has no use for him. I love how Kris was offering up Kourtney's uterus for Kim to use as a surrogate when -- Hey, Kris!!! It's still occupied by your 4th grandchild. It wouldn't even be healthy and advisable for her to carry another baby for quite some time. Although, I could just hear Kim now, "I want my kids to be closer in age!! Come on, Kourt!! It's been a week since you popped out your third baby. I BOUGHT YOU A CAREER!!! THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS CARRY MY BABY!!!"
  25. I'm going to have to assume that last night's episode (3/30/15) had some producer manipulation going on because who the ^*)$%* would buy a bigger house that's farther from the center of town just because they're going to have a year-long visitor?
