  1. As much as I hate these people, I don't know that I agree that jail is a good punishment. The federal government will be paying to house and feed them, and paying for guards to watch them do nothing. They're not violent, and their crimes were awful but not physically threatening to other people. They really should just be forced to live in a two bedroom apartment in Camden and be made to pay tons of restitution and fines and do thousands of hours of community service. This kind of thing is why we have so many people in this country in prison. Joe Guidice sucks, but he's not even really doing the time because of the DUI. He's doing time on the federal dollar for fraud and being an asshole who steals. Lindsay Lohan was more of a physical danger to other people and she served like 20 days or less in jail. Take everything they own, force them to work to pay back the rest and then some. Ban them from ever getting another mortgage. Make Teresa live in used apartments for the rest of her life.
  2. Yes, everyone gossips. And when you get caught, the classy thing to do is apologize. Teresa not only refused to offer an apology for her part in the situation, but she seems to think her felony, which she caused herself, is a reason why she doesn't have to deal with any other situations. On the other hand, Dina is just as guilty and the twins aren't blaming her at all. So the twins are still psycho.
  3. There's a big difference between passing on that someone went to ComicCon, and passing on that someone's husband had sex with his wife's mother. It was a nasty, totally gross rumor. The women (and douchey Jim) who repeated it should all own that they repeated it. Passing it on was seriously lacking in class, even for this group of trashy women. It shows these women have no boundaries when it comes to getting air time from Bravo. They will repeat ANYTHING to get on the air. Then Teresa and Amber pray on the floor and run to church and act all spiritual. Its a joke. The twins are at fault for selective forgiveness of some of the women with no apology and not others.
  4. This show suffers from too many people who stir the shit hard, then stand back, throw up their hands, and go "I have no idea how this happened and have nothing to apologize for." We've seen it in previous seasons too. Teresa and Joe even seem to be playing the same "Who, me?" game with their convictions. Like things just happen and maybe they were there and said "something", but certainly nothing that bad or wrong and they have no idea how it all became such a disaster. And if you call out anyone on their crap, they cry, back off and say they're not involved, or smoke a cigarette. Teresa, Dina, Amber, Jim, and Victoria Gotti all passed the rumor along, all just HAD to tell someone. They're all guilty. It was the same scenario with Melissa and stripper-gate. Everyone played innocent, but no one could just leave it alone.
  5. Everyone who repeated that rumor to anyone should apologize. That includes Teresa, Dina, Amber, and douchey Jim. They're all at fault. And Teresa has a history of repeating rumors and then acting innocent of the situation later. She didn't need to tell Dina that Rino may have banged his mother-in-law. Dina didn't need that to go to Florida. And all these women discussed it ON CAMERA. Which means they were crappy enough to discuss it for the whole world to hear. Not one of them said that of course its not true and its stupid. They all kept passing it along, as probably instructed by Bravo.
  6. Will Joe and Teresa serve their entire sentences, or will they get time off for good behavior, jail overcrowding, etc? Watching Teresa at the spa and getting her pedicure was a little shocking last night when you consider how much trouble they were in financially at the time. Of course, they threw a big party right before sentencing too. Even if Bravo and/or someone else paid for all that, it just LOOKS bad. Really bad. I know Teresa is an idiot, but you would have thought that fixer chick they showed on one of the entertainment shows who Teresa hired would have told her that. Or that her lawyer would have told her that. And both Teresa and Joe act like this is a case of them not understanding paperwork, but the news sure makes it sound like this was a willful and deliberate act committed repeatedly.
  7. Jim is a creepy douche, but I believe what he said about Bobby. I think Bobby is a cheater and a player who won't be marrying anyone. And who wants a husband who locks himself in the bathroom and calls you stupid anyway? But still, Jim is a huge douche. I'm tired of watching Joe Guidice cry. You did it the deed, dude. Suck it up.
  8. I hope there is something terrible about Leah that justifies what Corey is asking for. Otherwise, Corey is just a douche for asking for primary custody and not asking for joint custody instead. I can however, see Leah being lazy and disorganized enough that the kids are missing school and therapy appointments. If she can't handle the smallest bit of stress, I question whether she is handling 3 kids all that well. On the other hand, if Corey should be paying the medical bills and he's not doing his share, he sucks too. Chelsea should take a picture of that burn on Aubree's knee in case she needs to prove it later. I think Nathan is using steroids, and that is causing his aggressive behavior and paranoia in regards to Barb. He looks like he could totally be a steroid user, in addition to being an alcoholic.
  9. Unfortunately, this is a very common trait of absentee parents. When they finally show their lazy ass up, you better treat them special. I'm in the minority, but I like Leah's new haircut better than the old trashy long look she had before.
  10. I think Barb's willingness to hand Jace back over has less to do with Jenelle gettting her act together and more to do with Jace getting older and becoming more aggressive and acting out. He's not a baby anymore. He's a child, and a damaged child, who is going to be increasingly challenging to deal with. I think Barb is already over it. And I question how much Jace is attached to Barb, who never seems to show him any affection. Once the calls starting come in from school that Jace has been suspended for hitting and hurting the other kids and even teachers, Jace will either end up back with Jenelle or in foster care.
  11. I may be the only one, but I think Barb is exhausted and frustrated raising Jace, and would give him back to Jenelle the minute she thinks that Jenelle even might be clean and responsible. I think Jace will eventually end up back with Jenelle. If not now, then when his behaviors become even more out of control. I get the vibe that Barb's relationship with Jace is mostly one of obligation. There doesn't seem to be a lot of warmth or affection there.
  12. Teresa has to "downsize" to an 8,800 square foot house that looks way more elegant and less tacky than her current home. Yeah, she's way more deserving of sympathy than Amber and her possible cancer recurrance or Jacqueline and her autistic kid. If Bravo wants me to feel bad for Teresa, they're going to have to try a little harder. And with the money Teresa and Joe owe, they should be moving to a 2,000 or less square foot house. I want to be "punished" with 8,800 square feet of house. How come the entire current cast worships Teresa? I want one cast member who says she did the crime and deserves no sympathy because she got caught. Just one. Instead, they're all trying to climb up Teresa's ass.

  14. That is the cry of every reality show personality when they are looking bad on the television. It may be partly true, which is why most of us get educations and real jobs instead of exploiting our children and famewhoring ourselves on television for money. However, Leah herself said she took more time off work because she is "stressed". Leah stood in a store and bought $3,000 worth of washer and dryer and then claimed she couldn't pay her child's medical bills. That's not bad editing. That's just Leah. Kail so often acts like children just happened to her. Like they were just dropped off at her house or something. She never seems to acknowledge that she had the second baby on purpose, and complicated her life and attempts to go back to school on purpose. None of these girls ever seem to own their own choices. I laughed when Corey was in his truck talking about how he contributed to half the creation of the children. Ummm, you really shouldn't be trying so hard to take credit for bedding your prom date in a car on prom night when you barely knew her. Corey should be hoping people just forget that part, and not keep bringing it up. He's still a good dad though. I don't know about the financial part, but he certainly seems involved and caring. Leah should count her blessings, especially since her own father took off and never bothered with her. You would think that Leah would know what a truly "piece of shit" father looks like.
  15. Give it a year and see where they are then. Taylor is an idiot and I think she wants Adam back. When Adam has gone through 3 more porn star girlfriends who are hauling Paislee around and posting pictures of her online, Taylor will feel differently. And I really think Adam will eventually disappear out of state, and abandon all of his kids. As much as Kail annoys me, at least she cares that she sees her kid. Unlike Jenelle. Although, Kail didn't seem to mind when she filed that untrue restraining order and kept Jo away from his son for weeks. I have to give credit to Vee for staying positive around Kail despite how she was treated. I'm not sure I could do it. Leah is not going to like where this court filing goes. I have a friend who did something similar, and when the judge thinks you're playing games, the dad will get more visitation. Not to mention, Leah should be working to contribute to the financial support of her own children. Its not Corey's fault she popped out a third kid and can't work any time she is "stressed". Corey's new wife seems very nice and mature. And way more elegant and put together than trashy Leah.
  16. That was Bravo's doing. That was one of the most staged scenes ever. It sounded like they handed Amber a script to read from. That's not to say that Amber's not batshit crazy, because she is. But that particular crazy screamed Bravo manipulation. Same thing when Teresa was "praying" on the floor in a previous episode. That being said, Teresa doesn't want anyone asking her questions about her "situation", but she's on a reality show allowing cameras in her crying daughter's face. She's not a good mother. And its pointless to ask for "privacy" when you're putting it all out there on national television. And the sympathy drives me nuts, because she had complete control over where she has ended up. I just want to fast forward to when Twin 1 finds out that people think her husband bedded her mother.
  17. The thing about Chelsea is that I think she would take Adam back. I think she would sleep with him again in a heartbeat. And that doesn't bode well for who she will choose to date in the future. I hope I'm wrong, but she seems to be that kind of personality. She's still the most stable one in this sad group. And the only one with a marketable job skill. It annoys me that Leah gets to ask Corey for more money when she says she took more time off her own job because she's "stressed". Its not Corey's fault she popped out a third kid,and it bugs me that she's not working full time herself, but is sitting with Jeremy whining about money. Do they count Jeremy's salary when figuring out child support, since Leah isn't really working? Or should we assume the MTV money factors in?
  18. Of all the people on this show, Javi seems to be the least intelligent as far as actually being smart and knowing things. I think that is why Kail picked him, because she can control him. Javi actually seemed to think they can just deny Jo visitation on Father's Day, or cut short his 6 weeks visitation because they don't like it. No court in the United States is going to deny Jo access to his son on Father's Day just because Javi and Kail want him sitting on the beach with them. Jo should be careful, because I think Kail and Javi will eventually scheme to take Isaac very far away and severely limit visitation. If Barb had refused to take over Jace as a newborn, I really think Jenelle would have given him up to adoption. It would have been for the best for him to be adopted out as a baby.
  19. In theory, I agree with you. Father's Day and Mother's Day are ridiculous Hallmark holidays, and people who are coparenting outside of a relationship should be flexible. It would have been nice if Isaac could go on vacation with mom and Javi and then come back and have time with Dad. But I don't blame Jo for one simple reason: If the tables were turned, Kailyn would be screaming and hauling him into court just for asking. She keeps a complete double standard. For that reason, it is safer for Jo to stick to the court-appointed schedule. In most custody agreements, mom gets Mother's Day and dad gets Father's Day. If Jo gives Kail any slack, he'll be visiting his son on the other side of the country in no time. In a previous episode, Kailyn admitted that she doesn't correct Isaac when he calls Javi "Dad", but she would not tolerate it at all if Isaac ever called Vee "Mom". She wasn't even sorry to admit that. She feels totally justified. Kailyn didn't inherit her mom's alcoholism, but the selfishness doesn't fall far from the Mommy tree.
  20. Anyone who makes it to not even 22 years old with two marriages and three kids under her belt can't really be trusted to have good judgement or impulse control. She cheated on her first fiance at her own bachelorette party. The best we can hope for is that Leah will eventually turn infertile before she can pop out a 4th kid and a 3rd marriage.
  21. For all the "poor me", they never say they didn't do it. Even last season, they never said they didn't do it. Instead, Teresa said last season that she didn't even understand the charges against them, because she can't understand all that lawyer speak or whatever. And no one else on the show ever says they didn't do it either. The closest they got was Rosie saying she doesn't understand any of it because she can't even balance her own checkbook. When is the sentencing anyway? And who is going to buy that tacky, marble-filled house? I love how Amber says she's not going to stir the shit about the twins' mother sleeping with one of their husbands, but she says it in front of a camera on national television. Way to be discreet, Amber. I'm sure that won't come up during the reunion special or anything. Bobby is a cheater. I would bet a million dollars in mortgage fraud that Bobby is a player and a cheater.
  22. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people on the show have sympathy for Joe and Teresa because they themselves have also made some financial moves that aren't so kosher.
  23. I get pissed off when Amber compares having cancer to what Teresa and Joe are "going through". Ummm NO, having a horrible disease you have no control over is not the same thing as dealing with the fallout of your own criminal actions. They are not even on the same planet as far as being compared. Still, it was entertaining to watch Amber overact for the cameras. Because I don't in any way believe that was genuine unless Amber has serious emotional problems. Amber has known Teresa for what, a couple weeks? Maybe a few months? And I will be shocked if there is serious jail time. The best we can hope for is that the government takes the house and forces restitution payments. If Joe does more than 6 months, I will be very surprised. Martha Stewart only got a few months, didn't she?
  24. Not to defend Leah, because I do find her annoying as hell, but I would be pissed by Corey's laid back attitude towards the insurance thing as well. The sqeaky wheel gets the grease. Corey acted like he couldn't even make a phone call to the insurance company or his own human resources department and ask a question. Corey does seem very passive in certain situations, and he didn't like the wheelchair idea. It never hurts to follow up with insurance. That's how I found out one of my claims had actually been lost in the system. It doesn't hurt to check and to push a little. Corey acted like he wasn't even allowed to ask them the status of the claim. As the child's mother, I get why Leah was frustrated.
  25. When Chelsea and her friends were fishing, there was a weird light shining off their foreheads. Production lights maybe? It was distracting. And I want them to interview Jessica, because I want to know what attracts someone to a guy with two ex-baby mamas and multiple DUIs before his 25th birthday. Original teen mom Amber got Child Protective Services called on her for less than what is happening to poor Jace. And while I know that Jenelle is a huge liar, I believe her that Barb was a crappy, screaming mother. Barb and Jenelle are locked in a toxic, codependent relationship. Hopefully Jace's eventual school can insist on counseling for the kid. He's going to need it. The courts will figure out the money situation for Leah and Corey. They were both eggagerating in this episode. If Leah can't pay her bills, then give back the pricey washer and dryer. And Corey knows they can't really take his whole paycheck. I don't feel bad for either of them, but hopefully Corey hasn't been paying Leah in cash all this time. Hopefully all payments are on record. As for Isaac, 3 hour drives every week have to be stressful for a small child. The court should never have allowed it.
