Depends on lease term, % overage rent breakpoint (tied to bar’s income) and credit on the lease (Lisa and Ken are too smart and experienced to personally guarantee - could be LLC tied to this location only). My old company spent $3M of their own money to put a restaurant in an office building. They figured it made the property more marketable to future tenants and for future sale. IMO they’re wrong and will never get that $ back (it’s a suburban office park) - it was a vanity play. Pure retail like this is tricky though - sometimes the Landlord contributes very little. Especially if it’s a small-time owner. Yes! Let’s see how much the Tom’s are involved running the day-to-day operations! It could be a great opportunity for them (particularly Schwartz) to get hands on experience for a real future career. Probably the cursing and discussing sure future TM2 drama re Isaac’s mother in front of him when neither parents were there. I have no kids - but I’d be livid. Jo’s really not a FW. IMO Javi may have had the best intentions originally but to me the final result made him look like an idiot (pretty sure not all MTV editing). IMO Jo’s enjoying cashing MTV checks with no regular job and the least little drama. But he’s been fully involved with Isaac since his birth (except for Kail’s BS protective orders).

I saw a whole different side of him last episode. And I always kinda liked him previously. He should have left Isaac at home...

OK - I ended up watching this morning (insert sad smiley face). Haven’t gone through posts yet. I’m with Kail on this one (may Baby Jesus save my soul). If Javi only had Lincoln that’s one thing and not really her business - but she let him bring Isaac too. So his lost in the desert and dying of thirst ass could get screentime with the equally parched Briana and family. That dinner conversation was shameful. Isaac is old enough to understand what’s being said and going on. If I was Jo I’d be royally pissed and have second thoughts about agreeing to let him have Isaac alone like that again.

Mr. DC correctly called it - I naively said there is no way he’s going to fuck his hometown who worships him live on national TV. I’m less forgiving than Mr. Cleveland. Who welcomed him back with open arms. I got over it. Especially when Mr. Cleveland cried when they won the NBA Championships. I figured it out 20 seconds before he did - being from Cleveland he figured they’d fuck it up. He now has a bunch more Cleveland t-shirts. Best is “Won Before I Died”. The funniest ones he has are Browns related (see Factory of Sadness). They won tonight - Mr. Cleveland says it was a great game. Back on topic. Not sure what to make of the interview above. I’ve missed it alright. Finishing cooking late dinner for Mr. DC. Go Cav’s! I looked at his Twitter today for kicks - he’s still too busy going off on Trump 24-hours a day to mention this disaster IMO he’s personally responsible for. So why was Farrah fired again? Not like I didn’t cheer that decision.

WTF is this shit? Sorry catching up - she is one dumb bitch. She really needs serious mental help. I always question the high rate of “bipolar” this cast (incl. OG) claims to have been diagnosed with. But no doubt this one is seriously fucked up. They can start with why she absorbs the personality traits of her current “soulmate”. Kieffer and Courtland were all about the drugs, with Nathan she was all about the gym and working out. Now she’s a psychopath like David. Let’s see if there are finally any repercussions. How can she get a CCP anyway with her past arrests and drug charges? I’m not political (lived on Capitol Hill too long with very divergent politically minded friends). I firmly believe everybody has a right to their own opinion with no judgement from me. I would never believe my opinion is the absolute right one (last time I looked I wasn’t all knowing God). But if this psychobitch can run around in public with a Glock our gun laws maybe seriously fucked up. Apologies to the Constitution.

Finally something I’m proud of sharing! Of course it’s with fellow posters and not any of the cast. It showed up here regionally about three years ago. We’d go all of 30 minutes to Virginia to get it at Fresh Market before. I highly suggest fellow posters order some to understand. It’s (was) homemade ice cream with homemade chocolate chunks that can be 2 inches or more if you have the right batch. We call it “treasure hunting”. Glenn Close was great! Patti LuPone is a better singer, but Close (and she sure can sing) really brought it with her acting skills (my You Tube favorites are generally show tunes, Public Enemy and Bobby Brown - judge away!). I saw it with Close on Broadway (yay me!) and a bunch more times on national tours and regional productions. I wanted The Perfect Year to be my wedding song but Mr. DC refused. Sorry off-topic and likely boring to most... Back on topic - Amber’s still a lazy, clueless person. Still time for the 75% sale on Forever High! Though everything I randomly clicked on is “out of stock”.

I admit I read it for free on Scribd. My most embarrassing admission is I bought Melissa Gorga’s book cheap on Kindle (a year plus after it came out). I just had to read how her husband doesn’t think she poops. It was terrible - didn’t even finish. The best excerpts were already online. But Farrah making a “major motion picture” about her life - that’s priceless. I guess that’s the nonsense Michael’s been talking about. Maybe she can get Baby Huey to be the “cinematographer”.

Not long at all - worth watching! Farrah sounds somewhat normal (obvious edits)! I clicked cause can’t get over how she looks. She was a pretty girl. I just don’t get how 20-something’s don’t get it that Botox, lip injections, plastic surgery makes them look like 40-something’s trying to look like their early 30’s.

I’d like this post except for my love of Sunset Boulevard (the Andrew Lloyd Webber version). It’s my favorite Broadway show - second only to Jesus Christ Superstar with Little Shop of Horrors (I saw original cast Off-Broadway with Ellen Greene when I was about 10 - I’m getting old) running a close third. Amber is no Norma Desmond, as NuMatt is no Wylie E. Coyote...

I just watched the last two episodes and kinda embarrassed to admit I missed Scheana! I’m more embarrassed to admit DJ Muppet Baby is kinda growing on me. The oft repeated gems about Rob’s greatness have been my favorite parts of the Season... Although her desire to break out her gold lame shorts and badly lip synch (or remix) her greatest hits gave me a good chuckle... What else does she got? Besides prancing around LVP and her horse with the terrible tack. Poor thing looks like a circus animal.

I still haven’t watched either. Still on fence with TM2 - but will continue to enjoy the posts here! Still trying to get through these! WTF is Farrah talking about with her LGBT BS? I’ve been there! It’s really nice. This was of course 15-years ago when I went to a friend’s wedding. Can you post a social media picture? I couldn’t find one. Edited to add - sorry I was wrong he’s still living with his Mother.

Sorry - often playing catch up on boards. I looked at his Twitter and only multiple pictures of one house he’s flipping in the $50OK range and a current listing he’s agent for at $1.5M (looks beautiful)? He’s apparently a realtor at some agency called Dolan and his other listings and past sales (according to their website) were also in the $500K below range. IMO - he’s as much of a BS artist as Farrah. They were meant to be. Houses around where I live are now in the $1M plus range (some way more). Full disclosure - I have mine because I bought my original house for basically peanuts in 1999 in a then “transitional” neighborhood on Capitol Hill (five blocks due east of Union Station Metro) when nobody wanted to live here (as did Mr. DC - his was in a “better” then location - six blocks southeast from mine - my old house is now probably worth the same or more than his and he paid about 25% more for it - still relative peanuts). I’m now pretty close to the main Capitol Hill commercial district and walk by the parking lot of one of the main realtors here often. Lots of nice cars - but no $120K ones. I still think he’s a total poser. Does anybody know where he actually lives? I only went back on his Twitter for a couple of months so couldn’t tell. I’m honestly not trying to be argumentative. I’m just insatiably curious on how much he’s paying in rent vs car lease payment (I think it’s a new car re old one - same make and model though?).
