Any other ideas for Darkest Moment In thet Series?

I know it's a funny episode, but Robert's girlfriend eating the fly creeps me out every single time.

Oh ya. The episode where Robert asked for permission to marry Amy was probably his creepiest. All I kept thinking was if that guy was my brother the family would have a night watch.

Saw The Canister again last night, this time I found it crazy funny! 

Debra Ray & Robert acting like they were committing murder, when throwing out the canister. Everyones acting was golden.

Lol, I always thought it was smart of Frank to take the blame for the missing canister.  That way, he always had something on Debra and could always hold it over her head if he ever needed a favor in the future.

Some of the best ELR episodes were their holiday ones.  I'd hate to choose the best one but a standout thanksgiving episode was the Fighting In-Laws one from season 5.

I just started watching again after a few months off and have started with the pilot episode.  Lots of differences, as you'd expect in a pilot - layout of some of the rooms in both houses, the twins having different names and being played by a different set of twins - but the biggest difference was in the feel.  They hadn't established the character fully of course, and that's understandable, but I wish they'd kept Marie being meddlesome but essentially good hearted and Robert being a little goofy and jealous but not angry at the world.

That's the thing.

Debra's parents are far from perfect but they seemed like nice people.

Ray could not stand his in-laws even though they were usually perfectly nice to him.

I also loved Amy's parents.

If we choose our favourite set of parents based on who we would want as neighbours Debra's parents win hands down for me.

Debra's mother would give you a nice pashmina for Christmas and that would be wonderful when compared to having Ray's Parents as neighbors.

At worst you would see Debra's dad being jovially drunk compared to Frank's anger/temper.

I wouldn't want to spend a minute around Amy's father. I agree with Frank on that one, snotty & sanctimonious.
