He's also proudly drinking the Rosé or White Zinfy and he DGAF, he loves what he loves and doesn't care what society says he should drink or if his friends give him shit.

I don't think Luke has ever wanted to be 'married' to a woman. I think his religion may be forcing him in that direction whereas he'd be more than happy being a single guy. The show screwed Kate.
