ForeverAlone June 9, 2014 Share June 9, 2014 3rd Life (or About Face if that is what the crowd wants, because neither episode excites me) Lucky is probably my favorite or second favorite episode from this season, but I can see the writing on the wall. It's kind of funny. My votes for season 1 were pretty much in line with everybody else's. But when it came to season two and three, I was honestly surprised at some of the episodes that were voted out early and which ones were kept around. Link to comment

Wilowy June 9, 2014 Share June 9, 2014 About Face 3rd Life I confess I don't see why everyone's voting for Lo-Fi. We get Kate, Skiddy-bop Cop, and Emily in RED! Also it's incredibly tense and well-paced, and the lead-in to one of my favorite season openers, Mayhem! Yes, I usually don't like the crash/boom eps but that is the exception for me. I love all the twistyness with the paramedic and the different hospitals, Hotch's fortitude while obviously running on empty, Morgan's HELLA bravery, and the way Penelope works with law enforcement. The video feeds are a logical way for them to track the UnSub, instead of just her magic fingers. Link to comment
mstaken June 9, 2014 Author Share June 9, 2014 (edited) Lo-Fi, like some other CM finales, just feels too much like a generic action movie to me, the JJ/Will stuff falls utterly flat for me, and I really can't stand Morgan in this episode. It has some great scenes, of course---it's just not a personal favorite! Different strokes and all that. I happen to find 3rd Life incredibly thought-provoking, wonderfully acted and phenomenally well done, but it looks like it'll be chopped in the near future!
