windtrix October 14, 2017 Share October 14, 2017 These are the most unlikeable people I have ever seen on a Bravo show. They are not even "love to hate" level. I will not be watching this show. 3 Link to comment
AntAnn October 15, 2017 Share October 15, 2017 They all do seem so fake, I just wouldn’t be around any of them, ever. I grew up in Laguna and live in downtown HB, so wondering what is the big deal they’re trying to make here? Maybe they’re referring to pacific city and all that hoopla? That’s old news now, IMO. I will say that I do like looking at the beautiful homes. 4 Link to comment
sugarbaker design October 16, 2017 Share October 16, 2017 I generally watch these shows for the properties but I'm getting distracted by the male brokers on the "M" team. They look good in passing, but once you get a good look you can't notice how odd they seem. And who would name their company Relegance?!?! 6 Link to comment

chenoa333 October 21, 2017 Share October 21, 2017 (edited) Let's see how many homes with "infinity pools" we are forced to look at on this over-the-top representation of Orange County realtors. JoJo's son appears to be a spoiled brat and JoJo's dog always looks like it wishes it was back at the shelter. Edited October 21, 2017 by chenoa333 Afterthought 3 Link to comment
AntAnn October 23, 2017 Share October 23, 2017 I walked around my neighborhood in downtown HB and saw no relegance or the other one, although I do recognize the architecture and interior of the home they showed. There are several in the area listed by another brokerage. Are the names on the show pseudonyms? Why would they do that? Link to comment

The agents don't even work for the same brokerage yet alone for the fake companies Bravo is portraying on the show. Take the agents real names and search google. Spyro owns his own firm and doesn't even work with JoJo. 5 Link to comment

Screw Andy, screw Bravo production and screw these "OC realtors" who agreed to be on this fake show. Although the houses they've shown so far are beautiful properties, they don't even come close to what OC has to offer in the way of opulence, exquisite fineness/taste, and the number one feature of grandeur ("God" given) ..the ocean. So F Bravo. I hope this show flops. And FYI: I can't afford the type of properties I'm referring to however, I've been in these homes for my job. 3 Link to comment
LisainCali December 1, 2017 Share December 1, 2017 (edited) This show is totally fake. There is no Relegance team, JoJo isn’t even a Broker, and everyone works for Surterre Properties in Newport Beach. Surterre is a great company and this office has nearly 400 agents, so why they are pretending to be some different, non-existent business is beyond me. Can’t do much for their “honesty and integrity”. McMonigle is the real deal. If I recall correctly, he had a really rough childhood and became a smashing success selling real estate in OC. Lost it all, and has done it again. Spyro is a Broker so wouldn’t be listed under Surterre or any other firm. He can work for/with whomever he wants -and even multiple places - and unless he’s the Broker for the company itself, it doesn’t show up on the BRE Website. I do like John, something about him is good. He’s a bit odd but I get good vibes. You mention that Spyro is a broker, but aren’t they all brokers? I’m not well versed on real estate- is a broker someone with a real estate license? Link to comment
LisainCali December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 No, a real estate agent must work for a Broker, and the Broker is the one who gets paid in the transaction and then pays the agent? A Broker assumes a lot of liability for the agents mistakes because, supposedly, the Broker has more knowledge and experience....and is expected to supervise. Which, by the way, is not often true at all! Many agents are more knowledgeable than their Broker. A Broker can do many more things than an agent, and can own or work for many companies. An agent can only work for one Broker. BTW, this is California Real Estate Law, and their requirements. Each state is different. If you go to BRE.gov you can search for licensees under “verify a license.” Totally public record. That’s all I did. I just know where to look. ? 2 Link to comment
