Cassandra being interrogated is one of the best interrogation scenes I've watched (though I don't want a lot of that kind of show, I loved "for starters, I don't have little hands; they're quite average for someone my size" and her "well, since we're making things up, I'll be Jedi Princess of leprechans."

Farewell, and someone hire these people for next year's shows.

She's been a great character and I would've liked to known more about her before it ended.

I was riveted from start to finish in this episode.  Cassandra was outstanding.  The dialogue they gave her was fantastic and her delivery of it was spot on.  I'm going to miss this show so much.  I really liked all the main characters, even the police detective (well, not  the FBI agent or the not dead wife).  Chances are these three or four actors will probably not work together again and it's a shame. I think they had such good chemistry with each other.

Loads of who-cares NDW stuff again this week, but amply compensated by the great Cassandra moments.  Damn, she's a good looking woman, even with her hair disrupted and all watery-eyed!  And she stood up to FBI-Witch just fine, thanks!

And were you all just waiting for her to take down those foot-soldier agents?  All of you?  Ok, then!

Alex, you don't simply engage in fisticuffs with a martial arts specialist.  You shoot him in the knee first. Then you beat him slowly to death from a distance, with a broomstick.

Well, if this is the end, at least they went out with that awesome interrogation scene with Cassie.  Charity Wakefield was fantastic in that.  It's too bad this is the end, because it sounds like Cassie could have been a very fascinating character.

Surprisingly, I thought this was one of Cal's better ones too, and Damon Gupton probably turned in his best work yet in the hospital scene.  You could just see how angry Cal was at not only Alex for all of the lying, but at himself for allowing himself to let Agent Nolan do what she did to Cassie.  He just had enough and never wanted to see Alex again.  Now, of course, if this show had lasted longer, I'm sure they would have found a way to keep him in the picture, but I imagine that relationship would have been way different going forward.

Sorry, Alex, but considering how easily Johnson handed your ass last time, you really think you had a change in round 2?  At least Cassie wisely brought a gun to that fight fight.

So, Ginny had a big-ass arsenal stashed away.  I'm starting to think she was actually some kind of assassin or something, and the doctor thing was a cover.

It's too bad.  This show wasn't perfect, but fun.  I don't know what it was, but it just didn't seem to catch on.  Hope to see Charity Wakefield again very soon.  And I still want Phillip Winchester to jump over to Blindspot and tell Sullivan Stapleton to quit being such a stiff sourpuss.

I would prefer that Philip Winchester just replace Sullivan Stapleton.  But, on the other hand, I'm not a Blindspot fan, so I just hope Phillip Winchester gets a chance to do a series that catches on (Charity Wakefield, too).  I think if The Player had aired on Monday night it would have done better. Or if NBC had just advertised it beforehand like they did for Blindspot.  Everybody knew about the tattoo lady show.  I never heard much about The Player until it  premiered.

Another example of why I kick myself for getting invested in new fall shows only to have Lucy pull the football away again. Maybe people like me should just not watch new shows and catch them next year on Netflix if they survive.

I think this show could have worked on the previous incarnation of USA network, the one that brought us Burn Notice.

I'm sad this episode ended without addressing what actually happened to Ginny. In my opinion, it addressed what Ginny's mom said about her being a liar. So the big mystery is why is she a liar with a big gun arsenal?

I love Cassandra. This was an awesome episode for her.

I agree that this show could live on the old USA Network. It could work on TNT too or maybe FX. Here's to hoping that JLo crashes and burns to the point that NBC decides to allow another 10 episodes in a different time slot. Unreasonable hope but hope springs eternal.

I couldn't agree more.  I hope the Lopez show tanks.

Charity Wakefield would have been great in a guest role on Burn Notice.
