S04.E20: Par 5

When the guys were sitting at the outdoor cafe encouraging Winston to say something to the girl, what was it he blurted out when he turned around? It was just some nonsense that made no sense but it cracked me up.

Thought it was a pretty decent episode. The last couple have been more reminiscent of the earlier seasons when they're just doing wacky stuff and not trying to be all angsty over relationships. Schmidt's glitter bronze was hysterical.

Winston shouted: "Shawty, what that thang do"? lol

This was the funniest episode in ages! It had very little Nick which was great because he's only funny in small doses to me. I kinda love Councilwoman Fawn Moscato and could care less about Schmidt and CeCe getting back together. Just like Nick and Jess they work better as friends.

Fun episode. I thought Lamorne did a great job both with the script and the acting... loved the way Winston got all awkward and vague when he discovered that the attractive woman was going to an anti-police demonstration, but then decided to be honest and proud about what he does (police work, not stripping!). I was also amused by Jess as the world's least-ept golfer.

If you remember back in season 2's "Cooler" episode, that was the terrible pickup line he used on Daisy when she was teaching him how not to hit on girls.

This show doesn't do callbacks a lot. So, I appreciated it.

"What part are you in this story?

I`m the Jester!

We`re aren't eating here anymore"

"Those little mouse Jews..." and the reference got so specific!

I really like Fawn. She cracks me up. Her intensity is a really welcome fit on this show. I figure we`ll lose her when Schmidt and CeCe inevitably get back together, but I like her a lot right now.

I liked Winston`s story a lot. Its one of the only times I can remember them really using something topical like police brutality against minorities, and they actually pulled off a good subplot.

The councilwoman cracks me up in every scene she's in. Glad other posters here are giving her a thumbs up instead of negative reviews like I thought. Hope she sticks around.

I laughed more often at this episode than I have at New Girl in a long time. I even watched it twice (not back to back, but with a few days in between.) This is probably my favorite so far this season!

I laughed a lot. It didn't do a lot of plot advancement, especially with Jess, but everyone was really funny. Jess even made me laugh more than usual. Lamorne actually wrote this one, which is pretty cool.

I didn't know Lamorne wrote this! That makes it so much better. Winston felt even more grounded that he has in ages too so that was nice. I really liked this one!
