DanaK May 7 Share May 7 Quote 05/07/2025 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : The hospital faces a staffing crisis as the nurses stage a sick-out. Archer and Frost bet on who can discharge their patients first. Charles' distrust of a patient complicates his treatment. MediaZone4K May 8 Share May 8 I actually wanted this relationship to soften Doctor Lennox, how disappointing that the guy turned out to be a sexual harasser. The charming man in the office mellows, the busy career woman reminds me of this Family Guy cutaway: 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8655953
Sandman May 8 Share May 8 Yikes. The invisible hand just smacked the crap out of Dr. Charles. 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8655954

I felt from the start there was something hinky about him. The actor played him pretty smarmy and a bit too flirty, especially with Lennox 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8656033

So glad that Lennox is going after him now. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8656923

SunnyBeBe May 9 Share May 9 Just watched but missed a portion. What symptoms did the man have who was engaged to Dr. Charles’s mother? Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8656965

Pain in either his back or neck and I think some numbness in a leg. Turns out his chemical peel introduced a bacterial infection Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8656969
peeayebee May 9 Share May 9 OMG! I knew Mrs Charles' friend looked familiar. I just looked him up. French Stewart! I actually think he reminded me of another actor. From time to time since he first appeared, I had an inkling about Dr Swarmy that he was a no-goodnik, but I didn't really grab onto that feeling. I know there were a couple of times during the season when Dr Howard looked uncomfortable around him, but I didn't pick up on it. Is the storyline about Dr Frost and Ainsley over? I didn't get a satisfied feeling about it. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8656989
sweetandsour May 11 Share May 11 I was hoping Dr. Hayes would end up being another esteemed higher-up in an ER-adjacent dept who could show up every now and then. Though no one will ever surpass the #1 neurosurgeon Dr. Abrams (ranking dependent on whether you are asking Abrams or a sassy teenage girl). Abrams and Latham are Gaffney GOATs to me. Fun fact, the actor is married to Tatiana Maslany in real life. Also mentioning because he was in this episode, French Stewart was previously married to Katherine LaNasa, who most recently is in The Pitt. French is one of her ex-husbands. Her first ex-husband is Dennis Hopper. Her current husband is Grant Show. What a trio of husbands for one lady to have. I didn't want the show to go there, but I was wondering if Maggie and Frost were going to somehow kiss at the end of their private conversation. I assume she is at least 10 years older than him - maybe even 15? no idea - so that would be another age-gap relationship. I think it's fine for two people their ages to be in a consensual relationship, but he hasn't fully dealt with his bad age-gap situation from before, so I don't want to see him in one now. But when Loren (her doctor ex-bf) popped up again after not being shown for a while, I was like, "Is he here for a reason? To see Maggie and Frost kiss?" Nope, he was just happened to be in the episode. Will Natalia Zea (Nurse Jackie) come back in the last 1-2 episodes to help Dr. Charles deal with his mother trauma? Or are they done-done, not to be revisited again? 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153437-s10e20-the-invisible-hand/#findComment-8658696

My first thought was she was going to marry a guy who reminded her of her son. Maybe was just the glasses, but I was getting a resemblance. I hope the Frost and Ainsley storyline is over. No, we didn't get a good ending, but I don't trust this show to give the storyline the attention it deserves. No, we didn't get a good ending, but I don't trust this show to give the storyline the attention it deserves I felt like we did get a good ending, in the sense that Frost is now able to acknowledge what happened to him and that he was victimized, he understands the negative impact on his life and relationships, and he got to confront his abuser. Ainsley won't get punished, but Frost is on the way to healing. I do hope they make some mention of him getting therapy, but I don't need to see that onscreen.
