I just can't with Serena and Matt.  I think they have a nice friend vibe, but I don't see them as a romantic couple.  The whole thing feels more like a network note than something that would make sense at this point in the story.

I know I bitched and moaned about it already many times but the Matt X Serena "romance" is the most stupid, cliché, unnecessary, predictable, inane, annoying, unbearable garbage EVER!!! Please just abandon that in season 2.

They do not even have any chemistry!🙄

Serena kinda sucks so I don't really see why Matt even still likes her. I'm hoping he realizes she's not for him and it just ends but I don't see that happening.

I hope that TPTB will let this storyline die.  It's been a waste of time seeing Matt fawn over Serena.  I certainly don't want to see this continue or have them be a couple.  I like both characters, but not as a couple.  

Matt needs to get better as a nurse and gain his confidence.  It was nice seeing him take action and grab the epi-pen without fumbling or having to go get someone.  That interests me more than his love life. 

I'm far more interested in watching Serena & Alex's relationship than seeing the writers try to pair her up with someone.  Can't we just have fun with the show without all of the workplace romances so soon?  Gah.  😒

I really like Ron & Joyce's work & personal relationship as friends.  I'm glad that he supported & encouraged her in her vision for the hospital. That was a nice moment between them.  

Bruce was his usual doofus self, but that's what I like about him.  He's smart & talented, but yet a self-absorbed doofus.  I'd imagine that there's quite a few surgeons out there with similar qualities!  😁

I have absolutely no problem with ships on shows personally. I just don't particularly like Serena and don't understand why Matt does lol.

I had to look up St. Denis after seeing his statue in a scene from last night's episode.   It was a quick scene, but it caught my eye.  A statue of a man holding his head sitting in front of a place of healing fits perfectly into the theme of this show! 😉

Because she's pretty and has a strong personality.

I wonder if he had any crushes in nursing school.

See, and I'm the opposite. I don't understand why Matt would appeal to anyone. He's utterly useless. One moment of competence at his job does not negate an entire season of buffoonery. I wouldn't have been looking at him like, "Wow." I would've been thinking, "Fucking finally."

Off topic: my mother wanted to stop her subscription to TV Guide. I called a number that I found and talked to someone who kept offering me better and better deals. (I think most magazines must make their profit off ads, not subscription costs.) Finally I told them "Listen, she died, OK? She doesn't need the subscription."  The next issue came... addressed to "The estate of [name]".  🤣
