S21.E11: I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For

Recommended Posts

Was Sophia Bush ill when she filmed the episode?  Her voice sounded so hoarse.

And I can't even with Ben.  Dude, your wife is essentially warning you that you are jeopardizing your job.  Listen to her when she says you need to get with the program and start doing what you are told by your superiors.  Instead of listening, he responds like a petulant child announcing he'll do what he wants.

Finally, get a divorce or open your marriage, Teddy and Owen.  It's like every episode is just rinse and repeat as to how bad a couple they are.

What part of probation doesn’t Ben understand.  He isn’t a doctor.  He isn’t even formally in the intern program yet.  By going into the transplant committee meeting without Bailey, he was undermining her in front of colleagues without understanding.    He is going to have to be fired.  He can’t be trusted not to step on toes or in where he doesn’t belong.

And with his history of job jumping…who will stick their necks out for him, because the next shines thing will come along and Ben will ditched them next.

Even if you still have a physical keycard, it will be deactivated if you are no longer in that job!! And Teddy’s card would be deactivated as soon as she said she lost it. And to not report it lost right away, given that it is most likely an all access card, would be stupid.

And I have found myself attracted to people I know. I don’t do anything about it because I’m married and an adult. Teddy is looking for permission to cheat.

I like Nick but his desperation to do the liver transplant was too much

Meredith, you know exactly what it would be like if you didn't have Nick any more. You went through it when you lost Derek.

Teddy, just because you are attracted to Cass doesn't mean that your marriage is over. Be like the rest of us who are in monogamous relationships and Just Say No.

They seem awfully nonchalant about a bunch of college kids running around stealing from the hospital (including a badge that presumably opens an awful lot of stuff they have no business accessing).

Of course the liver is a match for another patient who just happens to need an emergency transplant.

My thoughts exactly.  So just any person can just roam around a hospital don’t care if it’s college students or not.  Do college students these days do scavenger hunts ?

But they made Owen nostalgic for his own college years or something???

He was weirdly invested in the outcome.

I don't know about these days; we did one in college (in the 90s), but we sure as hell didn't go to restricted places full of sick people and confidential information and steal stuff. I remember one of the things we had to get was "a picture of your group in the pool." My friend drew a picture on a piece of notebook paper with little stick figures labeled with our names because none of us wanted to actually get in the pool (and it said "picture," not "photograph"! They accepted it 😄).
