DanaK March 5 Share March 5 Quote 03/05/2025 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : Ripley struggles to rescue a woman and her daughter trapped in an abandoned well. Frost is caught off guard by the arrival of an old friend from his TV days. Hannah's big sister gives her some much needed good news. MediaZone4K March 6 Share March 6 (edited) *Great redemption episode for Ripley They should have ended on a cliff hanger and waited till March 26 to reveal if Ripley lives. I knew from the start something moles-ty happened with Dr Frost and the actress. Being a beautiful older woman makes her the perfect suspect because it plays into the "teen boy should want it from a milf" idea. Mouch was great tonight. Always love when they use a crew member from the sister shows and not a random. I had the same thought. It could have been an underage sexual encounter with them that he's trying to pass off as "she was looking out" for him. The vomit scene was disgusting. He didn't even run the water to clean the sink. Edited March 6 by preeya 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8599544

And it was a logical explanation, too! We weren't left to wonder, what is Mouch doing here? I appreciated that. I was waiting for Hannah to rush to the scene. She took long enough! I like them together, it could work... 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8600112
Proteus March 7 Share March 7 Ugh. I hate Ripley/Hannah. I was hoping they were done after last week's episode. This episode didn't work for me. I felt like they were trying to make it very dramatic & I felt nothing. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8600398

I really enjoyed this episode, I was worried for Ripley for a second there and his scene with Dr Charles made me cry. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8600433

dogdays2 March 7 Share March 7 For me, it smacked of Acting 101 class. Student #1: You're a mother trapped in a deep hole with a child -- extra credit if you also have an appendage that needs to be amputated Student #2: You're a trapped child, scared but brave, and unwilling to leave your mother Student #3: You're a doctor who risks his own life to save the woman and child, then needs rescue himself and almost dies. For extra credit, have an emotional speech with a dead friend or relative. Student #4: You rush to the rescue location and give an impassioned speech about how much the rescuer means to you, encouraging him not to die Student #5: You have to tell the friend of the rescuer that he's trapped and may die (look concerned!) Student #6: You're the friend of the rescuer who gets bad news (look sad!) and rush to the scene, begging him to live Student #7: You're the "old" fireman who risks his life (even though there are plenty of younger men around), directs the rescue and provides encouragement to everyone else. I actually was amused during the entire episode and FF'ed through a lot of it. Emergency! did versions of similar stories years ago that, IMHO, were a lot better. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8600542

And I love Asher and I was so glad last week when she finally put her own sobriety ahead of trying to save someone who couldn't be saved. Oh well, at least it's a TV character I wished dead, not a real life person. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8608104
RedbirdNelly Monday at 11:31 PM Share Monday at 11:31 PM I liked it and found myself realizing somewhere along the way, Chicago Med got better. It's not the best show on but is not just terrible. I hate watched for a while. I don't normally get moved by this show, but when Dr. Charles said he needed to go to the scene so that Ripley saw a friendly face, that got to me. I just bought the bond and was touched. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152206-s10e15-down-in-a-hole/#findComment-8622263
