This was a good one, I liked that the theme of the episode was communication. The argument between Joyce and ron about how to treat people was the highlight for me.

As someone who has had job performance evaluated partly by comments on surveys, I was laughing as people spiraled out of control with all the reviews.  Also, hurrah for Kyle the Cloud 9 Cloud!

The highlight for me was Alex spinning out over trying to prove "Nice Alex" was the subject of the Yelp review and not her. (And how she resented Serena calling him "nice Alex.) This turned out to be one of the funnier episodes. Also got a kick out of the tag when Joyce realized the review was actually for Dennys and said it happens a lot more than it should.

He's a real "HITG" actor, he's been in a ton of stuff. There was short-lived Matthew Perry sitcom called Mr. Sunshine back in 2011 and he was the main sidekick. Seems like that's been his only steady gig since.

I really thought one of them was going to start posting fake positive reviews to balance out the negatives.

The thing is, I thought Ron was perfectly fine in the way he told the patient how losing weight would probably help with his medical issue. He didn't say it rudely or contemptuously. It wasn't a good example of something Ron needed to change, even though he was prepared to really apologize to the patient.

With regard to the opening, I wouldn't want the fact that I had been tested for a STD to be videoed any more than I would being informed of a positive result.

One thing that I appreciate about this show is that they acknowledge that there are a ton of other people who work at this hospital, and not everyone knows each other.
