Hola, peeps! Is this the finally? I don't know if I can take much more. I was watching "Murder In Provence" and I'd really like to get back to it. I finished Endeavour this week and need some more lighthearted fare. Lighthearted murders. Has everyone had a good weekend?

Have you seen The Madame Blanc Mysteries ? It was on PBS a few months ago. I really enjoyed it.

@judylo, how are you feeling?

My knee has been hurting for a month! The other thing is probably MGUS, which is the best I could have hoped for.  So frequent bloodwork monitoring. I don’t  have symptoms! And nothing really to do about it. Meanwhile i called to get a follow up appointment with the endocrinologist about osteoporosis—it was her tests that first uncovered this blood condition. In person, I would have had to wait till May! So i opted for telehealth in a couple weeks though I hate those.

How is it chez Mostly? What happened with your husband’s tests?

Hi everyone.

I watched a couple of them, but got distracted. I have Darby and Joan cued up next. Endeavour was very dense and had a lot of darkness. I need some Death in Paradise type murders for awhile! Maybe I'll give Madame Blanc another whirl!

Oh, that is good news! You must be so relieved, and I am very happy for you!

Mr. Mostly is also good! Latest round of tests and the doctors say they are pretty sure it is NOT cancer, and he doesn't need a liver transplant! He still has some sort of issue with his bile duct and will need to have his stents replaced, and possibly some further surgery down the line, but overall its much less serious than originally thought. Thanks so much for asking!

Great news about Mr. Mostly! I am very happy for you both! It’s so heavy, going through a medical scare.

Oh, he's so cute in both sizes!! I wanna squeeze you both!

Aw, thanks! That first pic was taken on Commencement Day when I worked at the Kennedy School at Harvard. I was on maternity leave but I took him in for the festivities. The official Harvard photographer was walking by and snapped our pic because he was so cute. One of the folks in Publications came across it on a contact sheet months later and had a print made and sent it to me, wasn't that nice? Its probably one of my favorites.

He is very generous with hugs!

I kinda almost feel bad for the gang in the editing suite. Imagine trying to cobble a TV show together out of endless hours of footage, and THIS is the best you can come up with? Those poor people must be ready to throw themselves out a window.

Guys Mr. Mostly just called me. He's Mom sitting. I brought a tin of cookies over yesterday and left it on the peninsula in the kitchen. He called to ask me where they were. THEY ARE RIGHT OUT ON THE COUNTER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN. Heavy sigh.
