I can’t wait to see Vanessa after her surgery. I’m guessing she will get it. I hope so. Of course, it won’t be perfect, smooth skin, but that poor woman has worked so hard for so long-it’s nearly Impossible to keep That kind of weigh off long term and so far she’s doing it. But people who get gung ho like she has, when they have a disappointment, tend to go just as hard in the opposite direction. And who could blame her?  Hauling that heavy skin around must be miserable. Plus, having to give up everything you enjoy at the same time.

Scott’s Mom threw him under the bus, backed it up and ran back over him again, twice lol. But good for her. He needs to stop being a big lying baby.  Only 15lbs in two months. He probably didn’t start the diet until that week. He’s going to struggle because he’s not at step 1 of addiction recovery which is admitting you have a problem. He’s still justifying his eating. Do they get therapy? He needs an addiction counselor.

New Tina, I felt for her with the nerves. That gallstone!! I had no idea they could get that big, and he said it grew to that size in ‘probably a year’ just a year! That was impressive.

That gallstone of Tina's was huge!

Did Dr. Procter not send someone else to inform her husband that surgery would be running long, and it wasn't a sign of a bad outcome?     I'm hoping they did tell Matt, and it just wasn't shown.

I'm wondering why they are so reluctant to give her the surgery.  Dr. Now on 600 lb Life has performed the operation on some who were way larger than Vanessa.  Making her haul that hanging abdomen skin for a year seems cruel to me.  She was told they want her to get down to 180 before doing the surgery but without all of that skin she'll probably weigh less than that easily.  The last surgeon even noted how tiny she is.  I hope she gets it.

Scott is a big lying baby.  Why lie to the doctor?  It's not going to make him approve you for surgery any sooner.  And stop eating the junk when you know it's going to hinder your weight loss goal.  Cudos to his mom for calling him out.  He needs tough love at this point.

I thought of Dr. Now , too!  He's hacked into bigger people who've lost a lot less weight than Vanessa did. He'd be ballroom dancing with Betsy Mae!
