Speaking of Truely, did anyone else notice that neither of her PARENTS mentioned her at all in all their convos about David.

I’m thinking they made an agreement not to do that.

Yeah, I’m on the sucks to be Truely train. Her bio dad could not care less and treats her like an inconvenience. Her mother is full on teenage girls first crush and barely seems to notice other people in the room. The poor kid is isolated and probably alone a lot. It’s sad.

It's a no win situation. If they show Truly or talk about Truely, they are exploiting her. If they keep her appearances to a minimum, she is lonely and forgotten.

So many great comments on this thread. I like reading them before I watch so I can pay attention- ha!

Have 2 thoughts on Meri. First, was sad that she is in such denial about Kody and Robyn screwing her over on the Coyote Pass deal.

Second, love, love, love how self-aware Meri is about her life now. She needs to stick with her timetable about if/when to date. She's still grieving the end of her relationship with Kody, it's only been a few months. Wish Christine had been a little less insistent that things will get better post-Kody. That will depend totally on Meri.  Agree with smart posters who said Meri and Christine's hugs and conversation were the most genuine thing on the show in years.

Same with not discussing Truely with regards to the house hunting. One would certainly think Christine would make her happiness/comfort a priority.

She's got 12 siblings and many are in close proximity to her so I doubt she's alone a lot.

Truely's siblings seem to love her and give her attention, hopefully not just when filming.  Kody put fear into her when he was trying to make her ride a bike that wasn't the right size.  I doubt whether he was such an ass to DABSA, at any time.  Mitch took the time to help Truely not be so fearful, and try again.

Mitch also adjusted the seat to the proper height.  Kody doesn't seem to understand how bikes need to be chosen/adjusted to fit people, even himself - in that clip of him in his black clothes, gloves & visor cycling through Coyote Pass like a mad hornet for no apparent reason, I wondered if he was on Sol's bike.

I understand that.  I'm glad that Truely isn't pushed in front of a camera to giver her thoughts on David.  It just would have been nice for Christine to recognize that moving so fast might be difficult for her.  Aspyn seemed to at least understand that Truely existed.

BTW, I loved the scene of Mitch trying to help Truely learn to ride a bike.  He was quiet and reassuring to her and tried to adjust the bike so that she would feel comfortable.  Christine and Aspyn were yapping incessantly and he told them very politely to be quiet to make things calmer for Truely.  It seems Aspyn got a good guy there.

Yes that’s something, but if they are trying to protect her, they’re failing miserably. The footage in the show clearly show she is struggling and it’s for the entire world to see. The scenes speak for themselves.
