I kind of dug it, and I absolutely LOVED the giant cape she was wearing over it.

I thought that was rude. Hadn't she told Alfie she'd be with him? On the other hand, Alfie should know by now not to trust Emily's feelings for him.

Emily looked stunning in her pantomime dress. Very chic.

And the kiss at the end of the carriage scene was so cool! It gave me strong sex in the city vibes for some reason, with the way it was hot.

This is a fun, light show that looks great.

But how long are they going to keep making it?

Are Emily and Gabriel suppose to be the endgame?  Naive American goes to Paris, comes to love it and finds the love of her life there?

I wonder if they mapped out a plot about Emily finding love from the start of the show.  In the first season, it was more a comedy of manners, about the culture clash, Emily's awakening and how she gradually won over her French colleagues, boss and friends.

But it seems like they're heading towards Romcom, with a fairy tale ending.  This episode, Emily and Gabriel literally ride off at the end in a beautiful carriage which could be out of Cinderella.

I wanted Alfie and Emily together, but she doesn't deserve him

I like Alfie. He's a nice guy and he's handsome, and he's way too good to be anyone's second choice.

That said, Emily and Gabriel were instantly drawn to each other. I feel like I'm one of the few who does like Gabriel. He's cute as heck and charming imo.
