I liked the first episode. Gorgeous camera work, talented actors, good script, just enough suspense. Looking forward to the unfolding of the mystery.

The Selkie Story that Agnes and Alice read gives the biggest clue about what’s really going on in their little family. This hint is beautifully done.

The scene where Sally gently breaks the news to Alice about the deaths of her parents, it’s painful to watch. Alyla Browne nails it! 👏🏻

The fate of Toby the dog after the fire is left unknown. Is it intentional?

I have tried to make it to the end of this first episode 3x now and just can't get into it.  Is the entirety of the series worth a 4th try?

I'm finding it just OK. It's not a must-watch for me at all. I considered stopping after the third episode, but my boyfriend is enjoying it, so we're still watching.
