When Dr. Laken Perillos resurfaces to join Wujing's crusade against Red, a member of the task force is put in danger.

We were so close!  Wujing is doing a puzzle of a cat when Vesco walked in.  In a fair and just world, he would have mentioned that the puzzle was of Vesco's cat.  But now it will never be finished.  

So Wujing conjures up the name of 'The Troll Farmer' (#38, by the way).  Is the show going the way of 'a look back on 10 years' for stories?

Perillos:  "So, you are stronger than the medicine.  I will have to resort to stronger methods.  We have video of an FBI agent from years ago.  Her name was Elizabeth Keene."  (Plays video of early season Blacklist reruns:

Dembe:  "Nooooo.  Stop, I'll tell you everything.  The Task Force is located on Center Street, right near where that building blew up.  Elizabeth was an agent until she became a Blacklister and she was married to another Blacklister who got killed but she gave birth to a girl who is now in the care of the Task Force Director, and she began an affair with an incompetent agent, but it turns out that she was a deep plant Russian agent and her mother was also a Russian agent but Reddington killed her mother, but it wasn't Reddington at all, because another Russian agent killed him and took his place for years and years, and then....."

Perillos:  "You expect me to believe that cock and bull story?"

Dembe: Fake!Red was healthy, then terminally ill, then healthy again... nobody can explain it... Everything is true!!! Turn off the TV!!!

Losing Vesco was much sadder than losing Liz. I will actually miss Vesco and I wish he had been crafty enough to escape Wujing's clutches one last time. But I think it is a bold choice to kill him off and it will move the story forward.

Wujing went through all the trouble to get Dr. Perillos that beautiful long black leather skirt and for some reason she traded it for boring pants after their first meeting. Don't you want to torture in style?

Why is it so hard to figure out where the Task Force is located? Numerous bad guys have already raided the place. And now, since Wujing knows Cooper is in charge, there is also the option of just following him to work.

I still don't know what to make of Siya but I still think she's up to something. Ressler is blathering at her like he's got everything figured out and she's looking at the torture chair wondering if she can sneak it out of there for herself. Well, if Reddington can set up a field hospital in minutes in a feed store, logistics can't be that difficult.

Red will eventually find all the missing animals and give them to Cooper.

Agree, Vesco's death was more sad to me than Liz's.  I bet Perillos wishes they hadn't broken her out of jail.  And yes, as many people who have broken into that post office who weren't Red, you'd think it'd be some open bad guy secret but whatever show.

So now Wujing and his crew can follow or kidnap Cooper which will probably end differently than Dembe.

I don't know if Siya is up to something or not so the jury's still out.  How many episodes do we have left because anything can happen at this point?

No, let's leave Agnes out of this.  We don't need more Red and Ressler wistfully recalling the late, lamented Liz.

Back to Siya, maybe she's not there to do something nefarious but is thinking of her life choices.  Part of the time she is stuck listening to Ressler ramble on and that's got to make you second guess yourself.  At some point Aram has to come back and then she can really bang her head against the wall listening to that chorus.

Bummer about Vesco. I was hoping he would be one of the last Blacklisters standing. I enjoyed his rapport with Red.

i was a little bored with this episode.

Kind of sad that Robert Vesco is gone.

Still no sign or mention of the dogs, Robert Vesco's cat, or Sierra the cat.

It was pretty sweet of the show to give Vesco a hero's sacrifice to save Dembe.

I think she was killed offscreen.

Wujing alluded to it in the car with his henchmen. That her services were no longer needed.

Which was completely illogical.   Even red has a torturer at the ready.  Why kill her off?
