iMonrey November 17, 2022 Share November 17, 2022 So Sam is on the beach and manages to pull the mask off of Leather Daddy, who turns out to be . . . Ronan Farrow? No way that was the same guy we've seen all season long he wasn't nearly beefy enough. I don't get who it was supposed to be though. Have we seen him before? This episode didn't really work for me, although I admit to being moved by the final scene between Patrick and Gino. There was just too much time spent on dreamscapes and it felt very indulgent to me. 2 6 Link to comment

Madding crowd November 19, 2022 Share November 19, 2022 I took that reveal to mean that you could get AIDS from the cute boy you just met and that horror doesn’t always look scary until it too late. 2 1 Link to comment
rhofmovalley November 19, 2022 Share November 19, 2022 I thought the reveal meant he needed to accept his fate which was death, and that death didn't need to be frightening. Also that he needed to acknowledge the pain and damage he'd caused others. 1 2 3 Link to comment
Dobian November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 Terrifically moving final scene. An interesting season. Certainly the most serious of any AHS season ever. Falls into the category of classic horror with the whole AIDs metaphor. My only issue is that it wasn't scary enough. It felt more like surrealistic drama. 1 Link to comment

It was eerily similar to what happened with me and my father last month, even down to some of the dialogue. I think this episode was part poetry. 2 2 Link to comment
