So they go on a work trip and two of the women get in the hot tub topless with their male coworkers? Sure, happens to me all the time. It's called team building.

LOL, I literally just returned from a Beach Teambuilding event, about 50 of us.  Not one person even had a swimsuit on.  Shorts, flip-flops, and barbecue was about as risqué as it got.

How are these people so entwined, as coworkers, with one another?  I barely know if anyone I work with has a dog.

Does Jason take a body fat percentage test prior to hiring?

Alex Hall and Tyler are not dating.  Shortly after their hot tub kiss, they did not date, but are still friends.  Shocker.

Rose's breast implants look too large to me. It isn't as flattering to her figure as some of the other women. She is also odd, but I can't put my finger on what is off about her. Maybe she isn't as comfortable on camera. 

Polly tried to hide it but she did look jealous of Tyler and Hall when they were flirting. Hall's mother is attractive. 

This show needs more real estate and less bickering and manufactured drama. 

I still can't tell Brett and Jason apart. Anyone else?

Agree with all, especially the bolded.  I thought I was the only one.  I can't tell Brett & Jason apart until they start speaking.  

Reminds me of twins I went to college with (girls).  Their names began with the same letter, so they'd wear their Initial Necklace, lol.  They'd get their hair cut together, wear each other's clothes, diet together to stay at the same weight.  They were both gorgeous, too.

Tyler and Alex Hall did not date after filming ended.  Seems their hot tub kiss was a one & done.

I think Polly had the hots for Tyler and he didn’t reciprocate.

Yeah. I know this is a reality show which is different than a typical real estate office, but being topless with co-workers? Same sex or opposite sex is a big BOUNDARY violation for me. There’s nothing wrong with that socially if everyone is cool with it, but a work trip is a work trip.

When I look at Alex, all I can see is Eddie Cibrian's face with makeup and long hair. Gio looks like a poor man's John Taylor from Duran Duran. Tyler, you love your dog and your wife the same amount? I'm sure she was happy to hear that.

Polly's client on the Balboa Island property, the blonde in the pink sweater and ballet flats: Yep. This is Newport Beach in a nutshell. Granted the place was a mess... but these are the type of ladies I typically ran across when I lived in Corona Del Mar, right above Balboa Island. Not pleasant. Just my opinion of course. The local girls: All looked like Rose-- same hair color at least. 

Kayla, girl....If you are working two jobs and hurting for cash...is it completely necessary to buy Chanel? Moschino? Pay for all the fillers, lips, teeth, etc? Save your money girl. You probably looked great without all the work and the upkeep.

Hmmm. There was no sign in Season 3 of Jason's 20-something girlfriend, his rebound after Chrishelle. Unless she was at the horse race event and I just didn't notice her among all the general unpleasantness with the sales crew. 

Gio's family home...why weren't there pre-printed fact sheets that could have answered some of those questions that were being lobbed at Ali, like how long the dock is? That's real estate 101, and that's all on Gio. She really did look totally unprepared, though. She's wasn't even  good at trying to "fake it 'til you make it'.  And going HAM on Alex Hall at a broker showing was so unprofessional. Has the woman never had a job before this?

If Tyler's ex-wife watched this season I wonder if she'll be as surprised as I was about his "relationship" with Sean. Although Sean lied through his teeth about so much I'm not sure I'd trust that the text messages he claimed were from Tyler were real. He didn't let anyone else touch his phone to scroll up and down to check who sent them and when.

Nice real estate porn this season. I think I like the OC houses better than the LA ones, but that could be because we're seeing waterfront property.

I watched the first episode of the new season and you are right! She does look like a female version of Eddie. Now that you pointed it out, I'm distracted by it. 

Gio's ego is large. I feel for his wife trying to live with him. 

Not sure what is going on with Taylor or even what happened with this wife, but he doesn't seem ready for a relationship with Hall or anyone. Jason was barely in this episode and I didn't see Brett at all. 

Still think Jarvis married that guy for his money and that's why they eloped. 

The new woman from Nashville strikes me as the Chrishelle (early version) for this show.

Rose looks like she is from the trailer park and it's my understanding that she is from a disadvantaged background. She's going to look like she's from the trailer park no matter what she wears or how she styles herself.

They did have fact sheets there.  Ali should have been more prepared but Ali also shouldn't have been hosting that open house because she does not have a license and is limited on what she can legally say. She would've ended up telling the people they needed to talk to Gio whether she was prepared or not because she is not licensed.

All of them except for maybe Jarvis & Brandi are severely unprofessional so Ali is in great company.

They really could've kept this season in the vault because it was pointless. There was hardly any real estate. We saw Polly/Gio do a deal, Rose did a deal with Jason off camera and we never got to find out if Kayla sold the house. Everyone else was just standing around either gossiping or complaining about other people's business. 

The sad thing is this is actually a more interesting cast than the Sunset cast but now we know 3 characters aren't coming back, should the show come back for Season 4?
