S01.E10: I Thought I Lost You

I think the lack of any comments a day later kind of says it all. I think I'm done with this show, it's awful. The actors try their best but the writing is terrible.

Caleb keeps getting passed over by Sam because they're sleeping together, Sam is begging Lex to help her, and Joey should be on Grey's Anatomy because all he cares about is his relationship and screwing over his fellow residents..

If Sam's mother wanted reliable hours, she should have moved to the ER, not given up medicine for administration.

Everyone showing up for Sam's mother's surgery was such a cheap shot.

How is a boy who just had heart surgery up and visiting his father in another room>

Travis vsn Wrinkle needs to go back to Hallmark movies.

"Who trades CT for sore throats and sprained ankles?"  Answer: No one unless they switch from surgery to emergency medicine. Trauma surgeons do not deal with sore throats or even sprained ankles. And they most certainly do not treat a viral infection like hand, foot and mouth disease.

I hate to say it but I think that there is more real medicine on General Hospital.

At least a few episodes where they didn't mention the whole dept head nonsense.  So why didn't the wife get rid of the DWI reports??

I hate to say it but I think that there is more real medicine on General Hospital.

I'm just using it as background noise until its predictable cancellation in May. I don't even watch soapy medical dramas, but I wanted to support Sophia Bush.

Yeah I think Bush is charismatic and would love to see her get a successful show but nobody could save this crapfest. I’ll forever side eye anything written by Katie Wech after this.

I really wanted Sophia Bush to show up her old show/current competition Chicago PD, after reading why she left and how shitty people are to her on SM. And I enjoy Jason Isaacs, who is all I knew previously. I feel like there could be a good show here, but it’s really buried deep.

I think there was potential with the cast and rough character descriptions but all of it is drowned out by the shitty shitty writing.

I think the whole storyline around two parents with A blood type not being able to have a child with O blood type (25% chance!!) was enough to convince me that nobody writing this show has any idea about medicine.  And then it turns out the mother really did have an affair!  Please.

I only tuned into this show because my PVR told me Travis Van Winkle was in this episode, but I agree with the poster above that he needs to go back to Hallmark.  His part was miniscule and the character seems like a douche.

Most people like her as an actress, which hopefully means she'll work again after this piece of crap gets cancelled.  That said, it speaks badly of her judgement that she's not only an actress on this thing, but if I'm recalling correctly, a Producer.
