I ended up watching the first episode. It was about the Jeffs' group, but not so much about him, so I was able to get through it.

IIrc (my memory is faulty on this point), Lynn Thompson is Mitch's grandfather - possibly even his father. Thank you for posting all that! I'll be interested to see the AUB episodes in particular.

I thought Lynn was Mitch's grandfather too, but within the last couple of months I read something that made him a somewhat more distant relative. Whatever it was (I can't find it) it read as credible to me at the time, but I can't remember the details.

Then again, who knows with these people. There is so much intermarriage that even their non-blood relatives are blood relatives, if you go back a couple of generations.

There was a recent episode of This Is Actually Happening featuring a lady who escaped polygamy. Part of the episode went into details of the LaBaren brothers that I believe were Christine’s uncles? It was definitely worth listening to!
