It was very nutty, but I think big brother fans were just excited to be around so many bb players at once. I think there were like 5 of them there that night and it was announced ahead of time. Most of the cast saw Frankie once during his run and people didn't go nuts like they did on that first night. That alternate finale was LITERALLY 10 million times better than what aired. Seriously, what were they thinking??

They got $2000 per week in the first all stars. The going rate for newbies was $750 back then I think. Currently the newbies are getting $1000 a week.

i've not ever seen a rule that says 1st and 2nd place are excluded from an America's favorite prize, although that could be the case. My improvement idea is showing the first and second parts of the final HOH in the second to last episode, so during the finale they have more time to spend with the evicted houseguests and get better reactions to what's going on. This year especially with the Team America tasks and revealing Derrick is a cop.

OMG yes! Although I am ashamed to admit I followed Amanda on twitter and when she visited McCrae in MN she posted photos of his disgusting car, house and shower and it was every bit as horrific as you could imagine. If him and Jess were together prior to BB she is probably well aware of his filthiness.

The no smoking thing was a puzzler to me too. Would have been funny if a non smoker pulled an Arlie and brought a carton as a bartering tool and have it be an epic fail. Does Frankie still not get that the only person that is (arguably) on his side is Caleb? Does he really not see he doesn't have the numbers or is his plan to just win every competition?

Loved Zach this season! It's too bad the jury segments the last few seasons have been lacking cause that's really all I'm looking forward too with this last MONTH of show. I read somewhere that Jeff/Jordan and Brenchel were asked to do Amazing Race the night after the BB finale so I wouldn't be shocked AT ALL to see either Zach or Donny (or both!!) on that show.

In cutthroat Paula got eliminated right before the final. The vote didn't even make sense cause Tyler and Dunbar were her friends I thought and that was enough to keep her out of the Gulag, but somehow Brad and Tori convinced them. She seemed quite bitter about that one.

i heard on a podcast that they get a higher appearance fee once they get vet status (it was either after four challenges or at the 4th challenge, it was unclear). So no wonder people like Jasmine and Tyrie keep coming back when they have no shot at the prize money.

Rachel was on season one and Jo was cast for a season and had a freak out the first day.

According to wiki, Johnny has made $400k in his Challenge winnings. If he started in 2006 that's 50k a year, not too shabby. I don't care for the guy, but seems like he loves what he does!

So if hooking up once on a challenge makes people exes we could see - Wes/Leroy and Theresa Marlon and Derek/Nany Zach and Jonna CT and Laurel/Mandi/Shauvon/Nany/Anastasia/Cooke etc etc etc I like the singles challenges the best, wish we could see another duel. Also it'd be cool if there was a rule people couldn't do say 2 or three challenges in a row. At least that would give us a guaranteed break from the people we're sick of (ie Johnny for me)

Well, Coral almost died once too - even in the after show her team said they didn't believe her injury until they watched the show on tv lol. A final 3 of Laurel Nany and Devyn - SO SUSPENSEFUL!! haha worst final ever. We need an Evelyn or an Emily so it's an actual competition. This show has totally fizzled over the last couple eps.

Well, I think in general the reasoning is the men don't want to keep a weak player because they may be paired with them in a mission and then be eligible for elimination. In this case Johnny wants Cara to go cause she will vote him in if she wins, but with her hand there is no way she would win anything going forward. I really think if Nany thought it through better she would have put in Theresa.

I think I read a post at Vevmo that they saw them together in public. Add that to his behavior at the Rivals reunion and him not banging every girl this season makes me think so as well. I don't get that relationship but if they are happy then great.

Theresa was annoying in that episode where she rallied all the girls to vote in Laurel and then pussed out cause for some reason she didn't think the other girls would rat her out? I didn't really see her reasoning on that. She did it last season too and it backfired spectacularly so you would think she would knock it off. This episode though she competed very well in the challenge and was nothing but a friend to Cara Maria and didn't deserve her attitude. Speaking of Cara she posted a really snarky picture on twitter of her and Laurel, http://instagram.com/p/pL-jvoHilX/ and then tweeted something else in favor of Aneesa (didn't Aneesa hate her on the rivals 2 reunion?) so I'm guessing their rift is not over.

What about Elka turning into a whiny brat? I was shocked at how entitled she acted and they way she spoke to Mike and Trishelle. And taking the cardboard check home with her lol Sarah really was impressive. The road rules team should have stopped sending her in there and sent people that would have lost so they could split the pot with less people. It was also pretty funny in the first ep when all the people are giving an update on their life since their first season and half of them moved to LA and were taking acting classes - guess it worked out for Mike and Dave, but the others? hahaha

Yeah, I liked the spinning challenge wheel. At least then you knew it was truly random and not fishy timing (like giving a challenge to punch a hole in a wall to a guy with half a hand and a girl with a broken hand).

People that season were quitting left and right, so bizarre. If Emily had stayed there were only a couple challenges left so it would have been what? A week? and she would have won a car and possibly remembered to break up the puzzle at the end so the boys couldn't cheat. Whatevs, No way they can do another one of these. With these current players the women are mostly scrawny and the men are at least double their size. I can't think of any challenges that would favor a team with Jasmine, Jonna, Jemmye etc vs Zach, Frank, Jordan. Mental or Physical.
