  1. I'd pay good money to watch DB acting opposite that and pretending nothing's changed. As for that rumored casting, Lord no.
  2. I just can't imagine that anyone would put the wrong birth year on her funeral program. That's just weird. The timing and tone of that People article seems really piss-y. I don't think it's remotely appropriate. And then adding on the age thing at the end, was just an extra dose of it. I think it was really unnecessary. Regardless of whether they were officially a couple at the time of her death, it's clear that they loved each other, and that he's brokenhearted over her death. It seems like someone wants to portray him as trying to use her death for attention, which is so wrong. I think he only posted what he did because he had so many tweets from fans that he felt like he had to make a statement of some kind. It's not like he's been tweeting every day since she passed.
  3. I think that other side of the table is
  4. Well that's simply not true. There's Kiki, after all.
  5. Number one reason why I think his father is still alive. I can't believe for even a second that Shawn managed a kill shot on someone he was actually aiming at. Nope.
  6. Good Lord, she was obnoxious. First of all, Scott essentially compromised himself by agreeing readily to Diane's request for a reasonable bail to appease Bobbie. Aside from that, though, Bobbie... Listen, my mother loves me a much as any mother can love her child. I know this with a certainty. But I also know, just as certainly, that if I did something to my son (her grandson) on the level of what Carly did to Michael? Mom would be all over me and she would let me put on my big girl panties and face the consequences, while she devoted her time and energy to being there for her grandson as he tries to deal with that kind of emotional betrayal. Because that is what any sane parent/grandparent would do. And your daughter didn't jaywalk - she covered up the murder of Michael's father. She essentially threw in with Sonny and Ava to let an innocent man go to prison for murdering him (or, where Carly came into the plot, she helped let an innocent man remain in prison for the murder). She was going to marry a serial killer to keep the truth about AJ's murder from ever coming out, never mind the consequences of bringing a serial killer into her home and family, with her 9 year old daughter - the same one she argued needed her to be freed on bail. Speaking of which, I'd have high-fived my TV if the judge had informed her that the court had already contacted her daughter's father, and he was, as we speak, making arrangements to pick up his daughter and bring her home with him. (I know that's not exactly how shit would work in real life, but Ron has zero regard for that, so, why should I?)
  7. Agreed. She was a real person, and we all have our moments. I'd never, in a million years, agree to be on a reality show, but, if you did have a camera on me all day and night, I guarantee that even if I'm a generally decent and fairly even-tempered person, you'd catch me being a bitch. There's no way around it. And, depending on what footage the show chose to show, people could either love me or hate me. I think that's just true of all of us.
  8. I swear the wardrobe, hair, and makeup people don't like KT. They always manage to go for as unflattering as possible for her. That white blouse with the black trim made her upper body look terrible. Then her hair looks like she's been washing with the low-flow shower head, and her makeup looks like they just had her come in in her normal kicking around at home on a Sunday afternoon face and nobody bothered adding some "you're going to be on camera now" makeup.
  9. http://instagram.com/p/vlrAYmNTA5/ Tears.
  10. Not defending Kiki, I swear, but I can kind of see there being a difference between finding out that Sonny killed AJ (when Kiki still thought that AJ was the best guess as to who killed Connie), and finding out that her own mother killed a woman to keep her from spilling Julian's identity. I just think the second would be more of a blow to anyone in that position. OK, I feel dirty, I need to move on... Michael was dead right in telling Tracy she has terrible taste in men. She really, really does. Tragically terrible taste. I don't know what I liked more about the Q scenes. It may very well have been Tracy jumping up on the couch. There was one shot in the Spencer/Nik scenes where the lighting made it look like they are now adding a little gray coloring to the kid's temples. You know, because Ron is intent on turning him into a world wary 40 something. Good Lord, did Patrick really bring a friend for support to a work meeting? Really? He really does need a woman to do the heavy lifting for him in every aspect of life, doesn't he? "Come hold my hand while I find out if I get to go back to work for the woman who destroyed my family and tried to kill numerous people I care about." Ugh.
  11. I've seen more a lot of comments on articles that friends of the two knew they had been back together for a while. Grain of salt and all that, but I've seen it in numerous places. And I agree with you on how they looked at each other and spoke of each other. Even on that one reunion special (I want to say it was after the season he was tossed for fighting with Adam), when Diem was clearly involved with another guy, I thought to myself that, if I was that guy, after seeing the way she spoke of CT, her body language and facial expressions, I wouldn't feel so secure in that relationship, because she obviously still loved CT, whether she was angry at him or not. Of course, I don't know think that their relationship was remotely healthy until they did Exes together. And I don't think it was a coincidence that it came after he did Rivals with Adam (it was after, right? Otherwise my point is moot). I think he showed that he'd grown up a lot during that season. And that maturity may very well have been what Diem was waiting for from him. That picture of him at her bedside will forever make me tear up. Regardless of their relationship status in the time leading up to this last battle, that picture really said it all about the two of them. It was both beautiful and heartbreaking.
  12. I think it's because, for whatever reasons, Katie had built Ridge up in her mind to be "better" than Bill. Bill cheating was almost a foregone conclusion (in retrospect in her mind) where Ridge was her knight in shining armor who was supposed to give her the "win" over Brooke and Bill, and, instead, he has been swapping spit with Caroline. I think, in her mind, the only person he would have ever even thought of cheating with was Brooke, and she made sure to always do a thorough job of reminding him daily of how Brooke and Bill betrayed the two of them (even though nobody betrayed Ridge in that scenario, his ass left the country without looking back). So him cheating with someone other than Brooke has got to be a blow. She's no longer even second choice. That Thanksgiving picture why the hell is at the head of the table?
  13. That article lists her age as 34. I swear I've seen 3 different ages (from 30 to 34) listed for her over the past few days. I was convinced 32 was right.
  14. I loved Katie manipulating Bill except for the fact that you just know that, once she sees Ridge, she'll be all "oh my God, I can't believe he went after you! I accidentally let something slip and he dragged the rest out of me, but I never imagined he'd go off all pissed off to confront you like that!" Honey, own your devious side. After sending Bill after Ridge, dump Ridge's ass, saying "damn right I sent him after you!" as you toss that sad little ribbon in his face and slam the door.
  15. So, one of those rare times I'm actually looking forward to an episode, to see Michael with the Q's, and my affiliate is showing it at 2 AM to show three hours of the new Archbishop being installed this afternoon.
  16. Has this show always been so horrible at keeping familial relationships straight? Because in the couple years or so I've been watching, I see shit like this all the time (the biggest offender, of course, being Taylor's kids referring to their grandfather as "Eric Forrester" when she was dating him).
  17. At this point, I'd like to think that her reaction would be "Good, my Grandma can do better than that pathetic mob toady."
  18. How much grief have they really gotten about his appearance? I know there's a bit here and there, but I don't get the impression that they are getting an overwhelming amount of it. My impression is that the main pushback they're getting is simply "he's not Ronn Moss."
  19. Ditto. I don't know that there was even a chance for it. I mean, they were briefly in the same room, so...?
  20. I'm hoping they replay the moment at the beginning of tomorrow's show, with Monica's face in the shot.
  21. Weren't they already gone? It's not like he chased them off. Personally, I think he used whatever power he had to get his travel/shooting arrangement. Really, the only thing I've ever heard in terms of him having issues at AMC came from James Scott, who was bitter at being killed off. I never heard a single rumor that he refused to have an adult kid.
  22. So there was Caroline and Ridge today. And then there was other crap that doesn't remotely measure up to Caroline and Ridge. I'm going to be bummed when TK disappears for a chunk of time again.
  23. Because...who is this "Jax" you speak of? When I saw that in the previews, I had this vision of Nik pushing back from the table, grabbing a party blower, throwing some confetti in the air, and dancing as "Celebration" plays. Oh, wait, that's MY reaction.
  24. Can't speak for peach, but, hell yeah, I'd find him all kind of sexy. I'd find Dr. O sexy if she killed Sonny.
  25. Yes, he had no business being on that season right after his brother's death. He was so messed up. It was hard to see. I just really hope his loved ones are rallying around him and helping him through this.
