Ha! Okay, you have to say something more jhill. I do like that he had some backbone and spoke up when things in the house got stirred up. He also made friends with the guys in the house. Chris definitely would have been in my final four. He may be changing a bit because he's on tv but at the end of all this, he's going to go back to Iowa. No one is going to care. Fame is fleeting people. We all know that.

I SO WANTED to go to Oxnard today to see the girls and the team but alas, I had to work to get ready for Comic Con. I hope I don't have to go next year so I finally get to see the girls. So disappointed. Thanks for posting the photos!!!!

I love in the show set up that Andi called herself a diva. At least she is aware and not afraid to say it on national television!

I so agree about this weight thing BUT...they now have that HD screen so none of those girls probably would have made it now. Andrea Rogers, who is gorgeous, had big legs. She was a 2 or 3 year vet. Kandi Harris had the same body as Vivian but she was such a strong dancer, they wouldn't cut her. Brooke Sorenson had 30 pounds to lose when she entered raining camp (they said this on the air), but they let on the squad and gave her the time to lose the weight. They can't do it anymore. Elizabeth Reuter and Grace Lee Sells both could have made the team back in the day. Both were told to lose weight as they had everything else going for them. Both re-auditioned but didn't make the squad because neither took the weight off like they were asked to. That HD screen is a killer. I went to a game at the new stadium and Megan Fox was introducing something on the big screen. The girl looked rough. Now it's young, skinny and beautiful. That's who will make the team now.

It's so interesting that they are bringing Melissa on for confidence building for the TCC. Last year, Morgan and Ashley Michelle and even the blonde who was a DCC for Halloween (I cannot remember her name) all said they just fall apart when dancing in front of K&J. Mental toughness is what you need to be a performer and maybe K&J recognized this and figured they need to do something about it. They want youth on their squad but mentally, a young girl/woman aren't always there. Confidence comes with age and knowing who are.

It's interesting that the writer wrote "over 500" showed up for preliminaries. Kristi Scales wrote in her column for Star magazine that 300 showed. Kristi is a judge.

Sandie was an entertainment reporter at CBS in Dallas. Now she works for hallmark's Home and Family morning show in LA.

On the DCC site, there are photos of the calendar shoot and the auditions. Hannah looks much heavier than last year. Maybe that is why she was let go?

On another note, did anyone see that a great Danielle shot in a bathing suit is on the DCC website? I gotta say, I really like her.

DCCFan71 - Whitney Ott went to prelims, semi-finals and finals when she came back. Her comeback story was on the 2 hour special. Also, the Mavs director is not a former DCC. There was a scandal a while back because people checked and she was never on any squad...unless the director is someone different than the woman you are talking about. Brunette with long hair who is kind of crazy and cries a lot? That sounds awful but it is what I read! Also, for those of you who want to see Melissa on DCC, she was in the 2 hour special as well as was shown on MTT 2.

Let's face it people, as obsessed as I am with this organization, there are definite cheese moments with this group. Have you ever watched the girls dance to Christmas songs? Wow. It's pretty bad. Cute outfits though. The size of the pom poms back in the day adds to ridiculousness of that routine. Thanks for posting bigskygirl!

MrsJumbo, I think in the history of the show, although I haven't watched every season, only two or three contestants did not have their family on the hometown dates. Melissa Rycroft's family wouldn't appear on the show and on Jen Scheft's season, the guy she chose at the end had her meet his brother only. I don't know of any others. Hometown dates - so awkward!

I'm emotionally exhausted after watching this episode. I totally agree with whoever posted that Andi (and probably the guys) knew about Eric before they got to Chris' house. it was so sad. I have to say that i am VERY impressed with all the guys and Andi this season. What is being shown is real. Everyone is crying and having real conversations. It's a refreshing change. Although I don't think they should have aired Chris telling everyone. I just don't. Josh''s hometown date was the oddest, but they were all great. Did anyone hear Josh say, "I cannot wait to be married again."? I audibly said, "whoa." What?

I am posting this as it bothers me every season: why do Kelli and Judy wait until 2 weeks before the frst game to put the TCC on the field? They talk about how hard the jumpsplits are and that is why they start doing it so early in camp. The field seems to be just as hard so why wait?

I LOVE the goofy bachelors' video!!!!!! The best thing I've ever seen on this show. They were doing A Night At The Roxbury moves. Too funny!!

Melissa was not really liked on the team by the other girls. That's all I heard.

Nick is unattractive, smarmy and cocky. Blech. I would have sent him home the first night.
