Meh, I know he's troubled but I am so over pouty-faced Connor. Diane not wearing one of her usual sheath dresses and apparently loaded for bear. Victoria's long, high pony was interesting. I didn't think her hair would fall so far down her back. Extensions? Jordan had a seizure so her prison transfer was delayed. Yeesh, she redefines the word "wily." For the first competition, the women will vie in pairs to travel from the island’s shore to the mansion where they will live during the game. The distance is about a mile (1.61 km), which includes a half mile (0.8 km) of forest. Once a contestant reaches the two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. mansion, they will be told it has a front door and two side doors. Their smart ring will only open a single door so they’ll have to go around to try each one. And away we go… Today 16 GC women have arrived on the remote Lake Superior island where they will participate in the GC Woman Most Likely to Survive 2024 Bracket. CBS producers developed the new reality/competition/game show, which is a combination of Survivor, Big Brother, and the Price is Right. The show’s grand prize will be $1M, which the winner can either keep for themselves or donate to charity. Each woman has a large travel/weekender backpack and they have already filled it with clothes, shoes, makeup, and other items for the stay. The producers also gave each contestant a smart ring, which will allow them to keep track of where everyone is. (But wait there's more ☺️)

Yep, I wondered about Ashley's teen alter's look too. I don't think hoodies were a thing when Ashley was a kid, at least not for girls who weren't athletes. Or outside of certain major metro areas until the widespread awareness of rap/hip-hop culture. Thing is though, Danny knows he can keep Christine under his thumb. Phyllis is too much of a wild card. I could see him having a drunken ONS with Phyllis though, and she'd waste no time letting Cricket know. And she's still on medication for the burning sensation Nick left her lady parts with. 🥵

Lily fired them but before she could drop the mic and strut away she made it clear it was for personal reasons. Yep, here comes the wrongful termination lawsuit. 😒

My wish would be to have veteran actress Erika Slezak do a cameo as the psychologist Tucker takes Ashley to see. First, it would be a cute reunion for her and TSJ as former OLTL castmates. Second, ES pretty much set the gold standard for a soap opera depiction of DID. I'd find it fun to watch her character react to Ashley's alters with a vague hint of "game recognize game." It doesn't even matter because Jordan could straight up tell the authorities how and why she ended up there. Sure, she'll go down for her crimes but she should want the Newmans to pay for their vigilante b.s. too. Nikki calling 9-1-1 wasn't enough since she mainly did it to avoid risking an accessory to murder charge if Jordan didn't survive. 🙄 This site's reply function has this one: 🤮. I'm willing to give Devon mostly a pass on this one. He wasn't admonishing Daniel for cheating on Lily with Heather, he was telling Daniel to leave Lily alone now that he has what he supposedly wants with Heather and Lucy. Yeah, Lily is a growna$$ woman who can take care of herself but sentimentality may be a weakness of hers. IMO Daniel would not be above trying to return to Lily if he and Heather break up yet again. I think Devon was doing his brotherly thing and warning Daniel against doing that and basically disregarding the way he hurt and betrayed Lily. Devon surely understands the whole "wanting my family to be together" excuse since that's what he and Abby did after they had Dominic. Now, regarding people supposedly spelling and pronouncing their own names wrong, yeah no, that's not a thing in the US. In this country people can spell or pronounce their own names however they want. If they don't like the name they were given at birth, there are legal ways they can change it. No one in GC seems to have a problem with Devon's name or how he pronounces it. and he seems to be fine with it too. Meanwhile, why does Traci's name not end in a "y"? Why is Nikki's name spelled with two "k"'s instead of a "ck"? Why does Victor have a German accent when he's not German? I'll take "Things to Make My Brain Hurt" for $500, Alex.☺️
