  1. I thought I posted this last night, but apparently my vertigo is affecting my memory as well! Remove the dirty beard, GH, and you'll see Malachi from NCIS and Tarin from 24!
  2. This was me in January. I started recording then, but still had to catch up on 8-9 eps. It was torture. I *may have found some eps online...
  3. welcome aboard! I watched S 1 and most of 2 on vacation at Christmas - 34 eps in 8 days! lolol
  4. This also was a thing that made me go "hmmmmmm." (I almost felt like there was some recognition...?) I loved all of it. And I learned more about Article 5 and NATO! It made me miss Will Bailey and his father the Supreme Allied Commander.
  5. I forgot to mention this in my orig post and kept meaning to all week - you can't tell me that GIBBS - of all people - regardless of faith - didn't know enough to take off his hat in the chapel. harrumph. disclaimer: I am a (very) lapsed Catholic, but it still bugged.
  6. Also, did anyone else notice that Gibbs' eyes looked funny? I tried to figure it out the whole episode - I finally noticed what I think was a black eye. His right one. His eyelid looked discolored. (Do I need a hobby? Yes. Yes, I do.)
  7. In my opinion, Torres stayed on board because Gibbs gave him the order - they blow up the copter, we all die. I'm not sure Torres even understood that Gibbs was staying behind. Yes, I absolutely understand no man left behind, but in this instance, their job was to rescue the kids and the injured SEAL. While harsh, Gibbs knew his job was to stay behind and deflect until the copter could get off the ground. Torres knew his was to get those kids to safety. Someone besides the one-handed sailor and the relieved father needed to defend the helicopter. Just how I interpreted it, anyway.
  8. WHAT. IN THE. ACTUAL. FUCKKKKKKKKKK
  9. He ditched Callen at the mosque, intentionally left his badge behind, tossed his phone, armed himself and a rogue (at the time - we don't know that Sabatino is officially back to work...?) CIA agent, went after Tahir on his own after dumping Sabatino, tried to leave when the crew showed up to help him.... I'm not defending him one way or another, nor am I saying he didn't have a right to feel what he feels. Just pointing out that with all eyes on LA after the mole hunt and the Chegwidden snafu that SecNav might try to make an example of him, or at least "suspend" him. However, since Vance seems to be looking the other way these days on the Mothership (Bishop, I'm looking at you), he might come back unscathed.
  10. Loved that too! Clearly Tahir was looking to kill himself all along and take SamHanna with him. That is one seriously messed up MF who hijacks the body to dangle over the guy's head. Dude! you already killed her! Now you're just toying with him! Nell bugs. I wish she had taken 10 seconds to put on some tactical pants instead of keeping extra ammo in her fanny pack. (Yes, i know she wasn't really carrying a fanny pack, but she might as well have been.) I thought it would end with Nell saying to Kensi: "Now do we cry?" I agree that her plea "Let us help you!" was genuine at the end. I enjoy that Sam assumes he *can come back to work after spending time with his kids. I guess I can handwave it, but at least own it! It's possible that you might be in trouble for going rogue. "And yes, I recognize the irony of telling you not to pull the lone-wolf crap."
  11. I liked that Meredith said: "I have to go tell him. If Derek was alive, I'd want to know as soon as possible." No regard for herself or potentially broken heart. Looking out for him.
  12. I want a Stephen Merchant >> JGL rematch. Still my favorite matchup even tho it wasn't LSB proper. Single Ladies! Super Bass! Tony Danza!
  13. I love Blake. That is all. Carry on.
  14. you are correct. But *Tim* is important to them, and Delilah is important to Tim. They were all concerned about her enough to bug Gibbs at the hospital about her condition. And while B/Q/T didn't know the intent of the dinner, Tim and Delilah wanted them there for their special night, so clearly their relationship is beyond the "work colleague" phase. Ymmv Plus - did I hear him say at the tux place "Everyone in my wedding is gonna look better than me..." (Torres and Clay) or "Everyone at my wedding...."
  15. Jaime Camil is a national treasure. I enjoyed it all. Esp when Ro was disappointed thinking Xo told Jane without him. I love that he wiggled his ring finger right at her face like an newly engaged woman. TEE!
  16. Me too!! loved it from start to finish (save 2 things - see end of comment). Delilah's collapse was so real, and Sean Murray really brought it in the waiting room. I absolutely cried there and was only partially worried about a bad outcome. Gibbs' immediate rushing to the hospital was great. I *would like to know what Quinn was doing lazily walking back into interrogation while Torres ran after him. Surely she must have known something was up!! I loved the tux modeling - I even laughed out loud at "Woof." "Did I say that out loud." "Hmmm mmm." I don't care that it's a trope or that we could see it coming, I still laughed. And damn, Clay, looking good as 007!! I also laughed at Tim fainting and Delilah's sigh of "That's always how I imagined it would happen." Agreed - that whole scene was perfection, including Mark Harmon's luminous smile. Their conversation, the watch. He wasn't disrespecting that Tim had a father - hence the admiral stars - but letting him know that *he* thought of Tim as one. BAD: So Gibbs, Vance, Ducky all know enough to dress like an adult for a dinner party. (well, and Clay, but I think he's always in a suit.) Quinn, Bishop and Torres couldn't at least have changed out of jeans??!?!? One of your closest friends just had a huge health scare and has invited you over to dinner. Put on some fucking black pants and brush your hair!!!! BAD 2: My absolute hatred for Abby grew three sizes today. What an outright bitch. You don't steal your "supposed" best friend's thunder. OMG if I was Tim no way would I want her to stand up for me. And Delilah gave her the pass - If she had stolen my pg news i would have run her over with my chair. Unforgivable. (IMO)
  17. OHHHHHHHHHHHH RENKOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I blocked that out. Boo. (At least Dom, Hunter and Renko were story-driven, not sadness-driven.)
  18. Wait - did EJ die? I fully admit this is off topic - but I can never remember. Paula - yes. But I thought EJ went off to live her life. I'd count Kensi in this list, even thought Jack ended up being alive in the end. I'm going to put my glass-half full hat on and believe that Sabatino is a good guy. Until he proves to me he's not. :-^ (I have had a soft spot for Erik Palladino since Dr. Malucci was a young pup.)
  19. Started this new thread because I wasn't sure where else to post this. But I really love this silly little show. And if for no other reason than for introducing me to athletes and celebs I have no knowledge of (songs, too!) and getting me to love them in one two-minute send up. I love to see the celebs not taking themselves seriously and throwing themselves into it. Yes, there's the occasional Anne Hathaway who NEEDS. TO. WIN. but then there is a Snoop Dog with one of the most funny, epic performances ever. I remarked tonight that I had never liked Nicole Richie, but she grew on me during her ep. Now, am I going to seek out her projects? No, probably not. But I also may be less likely to write something off if she's in it. My main concern/issue/festering petpeeve is that my hatred of Chrissy has not abated. Perhaps hatred is a strong word. She just BUGS. I get that she's there as eye candy. And I admit that she, too, always looks like she's having a good time (And I am always impressed that she seems to know all the words to every song. I'm saying that legitimately, not sarcastically. At least she is a music fan.) But the rest of the time she just acts like such an airhead. I am told by those much younger than I that she is a delight on social media and doesn't hide from her problems. Good for her. I don't know why I can't stand her, but every time she's on screen she throws a wrench into my joy. Maybe it's because she is always flirting? While her husband is backstage...? Maybe I'm jealous of her legs and her boobs? Maybe we can rotate Color Commentators. Gina Rodriguez, Ellen, Sofia Vergara, Renee Elise Goldsberry (she's famous enough now, right?) Kristen Bell. Mila Kunis. Serena or Venus. TYRA! Imagine the fun she would bring. Please know that I would never want Cool James to change. Not ever. :-)
  20. General show discussion here, not specific to a particular ep or performer.
  21. Dude. Yo. What. Taye - you can shake your vogue-maker at me A.N.Y.T.I.M.E. <swoon> NeYo was fun with B_II_M
  22. I have to say that I have never liked Nicole Richie. She always seemed dumb and unwashed and malnourished and chose best friends like Paris Hilton and married even dumber musicians. But I have to say she won me over on this ep. She was great - looked like she was having a great time and rolled with it. Also: she can dance! I love me some John Michael Higgins. Thought it was a fun ep.
