exactly--I think the whole thing was staged.

I don’t think Tia would be the self-confident Bachelorette I want to watch, based on her “boohoo why can’t I ever get me a man” departure. Emily was such a strong Bachelorette with an outgoing personality and every bachelor on her season adored her; I think Becca could pull that off but we haven’t been shown a single sparkle from her. Kendall is great but now is tied to the creepy stuffed zoo (and fwiw I call fake on most of that menagerie—seriously, a buffalo? In her parents’ house? Producer hijinks imo building on a single creature someone gave her as a joke) and she won’t cut it. Lauren might get the guys loving her but she is really introverted. Seinne and Jacqueline for co-Bachelorettes with their crazy sidekick Kendall!

I had no idea Tia is Chris Elliott’s sister.
-
Arie himself put it out there as a joke that he was “old” when Bekah gasp revealed that she was 22 during filming—he went straight for the “I go to bed at 9” etc grandpa jokes in contrast for her. Funny that we are now looking for those traits. I bet he’s nothing like that in real life.

The Bachelor Season 22: Spoilers & Speculation

I had read this and so was surprised when Bekah most definitely did not eliminate herself. Reality Steve, you gave her too much credit. -
I agree but what was really odd was his parting comment, although romantic and very sweet: “If you regret this later, come back to me.” What??? What about the other b’ettes? Is he going to abandon one of the final four, or final two, or even the F1 for her, depending on when she regrets it if she does? I have to say I am enjoying Arie and also this season’s slower paced more normal “falling in love” developments vs previous seasons. Intense chemistry isn’t coming across with anyone, whether that’s editing or reality. We don’t have to see anyone fake-sneaking into his room late at night, and no nap-dates. The b’ettes are all friendly with each other—Tia wasn’t sabotaging Bekah in a mean way, imo, and Bekah didn’t really seem that upset about it. And the scenery is spectacular.

Telling someone she is too smart for him is just a way to be able to let her down gently if need be (and don't most couples have one partner who is considered "smarter" than the other? So no big deal). Nevertheless, Arie has now planted that seed of doubt in Jacqueline's massive brain....

I think Tia is very pretty—I actually think all of Arie’s b’ettes are very pretty. -
I wonder if Show is recasting Last Lauren Standing as the unlikeable b’ette (formerly played by Krazy Krystal).
-
Krystal wasn’t at the Moulin Rouge date, was she? She had the 2 on 1 or whatever later in the episode.
-
Plus jetlag.

Why oh why didn’t Arie fakesing “Thank heaven for little girls” in a French accent to Bekah at the Moulin Rouge? Kendall did a super job playing Krystal during the 2 on 2. I also noticed that Kendall’s lipstick had been kissed off when she and Arie returned from his final “Can I talk to you?” before he ditched Krystal. I also think Krystal was playing her part on that date—her ouster was not surprising to her and she didn’t seem very upset. She should do good at the Bachelor Winter Games if they really do involve physical challenges. I think a lot of the remaining b’ettes are more so-called intelligent than Arie, for what that’s worth. I had just said to Mr MML that it would be soooo awesome to be driven around all day in a sportscar by a real racecar driver when kerplunk, the car broke down. Irony—he couldn't even show off his skill!

The Bachelor Season 22: Spoilers & Speculation

i wondered if Arie let Last Lauren go before the final rose ceremony (like Emily ditched him) and that was her sobbing we heard in the preview? Becca could be sad and alone after old boyfriend showed up to beg for her return, before the f1. -
Jenna has dramatic styled eyebrows; Last Lauren Standing has natural ones.

look about 8 posts above yours

OMG that mug shot of Baby Bekah! Arie, look at the prestyled “most interesting person you’ve ever met” looks like! Please Show, give us a reenactment of her marijuana farm job.

The Bachelor Season 22: Spoilers & Speculation

What? Delete Becca's IG and lose tons of publicity that is driving new viewers for the remaining episodes? Show would be nuts to do that! This jilted fiancee development is soooo much more interesting than Krazy Krystal and Baby Bekah. Show should make Last Lauren Standing post some photos of herself and Arie while they were on the show just to attract comments (maybe that is already happening). -

Plenty of time for Tia to have a little work done! -

Becca and Last Lauren Standing are both very pretty imo but Show is not showing us a Bachelorette-worthy personality or sparkle from either of them. -
Krystal’s traumatic bowling alley childhood actually was hilarious to listen to, plus did she really think that story was going to turn Arie into a rescuing knight in shining armor? I thought it was making him think, “Run!” I hope it gets reprised next week.

I loved Kendall last night and could totally see her as the Bachelorette—she can carry on a quick fun conversation and is not full of herself. I also would love Tia—she is very likeable and smart, and Show would have fun casting the dukes of hazard as her bachelors. And Seinne imo would be fabulous.

The Bachelor Season 22: Spoilers & Speculation

Right, they have tons of footage that they no doubt are repurposing if the spoilers are correct. I’m just thinking Show could easily change the F1 with a little additional footage (and who knows, they might already shoot alternative endings just in cases) of Lauren B and Arie, or add Arie’s heartbreaking decision if they wanted to accommodate the change of heart within the show. But yes having a big switcheroo after the final rose ceremony? Of course we need to be shocked, plus finally Chris H can be believed when he says this ATFR will be the most dramatic episode ever! -

if Christopher Plummer can get an Oscar nomination this week for being put in a completed movie three months ago in place of Kevin Spacey, Show could always reshoot the F1 if it wanted to. I bet there is lots of editing going on now so we won’t be too shocked when events unfold for ATR.
