S05.E06: Ultimatums And Ugly Truths
CraftyHazel replied to OnceSane's topic in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After
In all fairness to your husband, it’s not a very high hurdle to jump over. Tania? BabyGirl Lisa? Debbie? Jessica? Angela? Karine? Deavan? Jenny? -
S05.E06: Ultimatums And Ugly Truths

Oh...nope. Now, I have had beef aspic and chicken aspic, the latter both with and without meat added. I might even be able to tolerate jellied pork hocks...maybe. But vinegar? Nope nope. -

I clicked on the link for the Moldovan foods, and because I have to avoid certain vegetables there are a few things I actually wouldn’t eat. I do confess to being the odd (wo)man out here, because I would try the meat jelly. I mean, it’s basically aspic, no? I liked aspic as a kid. -

I agree! No one could have compared to Rhoda...Valerie Harper and MTM were lightning in a bottle. -

I never really felt that they were trying to give Mary a new best friend after Rhoda left, and it really left a hole, for me. She did things with boyfriends, colleagues, and Georgette, but there was never anyone even close to Rhoda. -

Neither Mary nor Ed were/are particularly tall. 5’7” is somewhat tall for a woman in the 70s, but not extraordinarily so. And it certainly isn’t tall for a man. -
They showed it during Untucked. I think Cracker is funny, and I’ve always liked her. I wouldn’t mind her winning at all! But to be honest, any of the final three would make me happy.

All this computer talk amuses me. My ex husband took programming courses before we were married (late 1970s), when a computer took up half a room. But we had a home computer by 1980! Our local small town newspaper wrote an article about our two year old daughter playing an alphabet shopping game that my ex had created for her. Flashing green cursor, dot matrix printer, and all. Pre-internet, I played computer games, and had high scores published in a computer magazine in 1983 or 1984. I still have a letter from the magazine, after I protested my Apple Panic (or maybe Babel Terror) score not being published. You had to take a photo of the computer screen, get the photo printed, and then snail mail it in to get acknowledged. We were distinctly not wealthy, just middle class. I can’t imagine a home computer still being such a huge novelty in such a wealthy household by 1989.

90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk
CraftyHazel replied to Frozendiva's topic in 90 Day Fiancé: Other Spinoffs & Specials
Oh, I know. I meant, since they have Robert and Anny (when they come back), Alexi and Loren, David and Annie, Molly and Cynthia, Tim and Jennifer, and Andrei and Libby as PT pairings, they could put three couples on 90DTOW and three on 90DHEA. Six couples in one hour would be too much, but I actually honestly like all of these people on PT and would like to keep them all around. As a bonus, maybe I wouldn’t have to watch so many reactions to Pole and maxi pads or Larissa’s latest drama, and could get more interesting reactions to the surprising fact that Angela has a soft side, and let’s hear the PT crowd talk about what a hypocrite Tania is. -

🤣 If “Clot” is a typo, it’s funny. If you did that deliberately, I love you! Lol...it’s perfect for him! 🤣 -

I’ll miss Robert and Anny, but I am glad to have Loren and Alexei back. I actually like all of the Pillow Talk pairings right now. And I didn’t dislike Andrei and Libby on PT, either. Maybe they could split them between Sunday and Monday showings? -

I liked Tarik, but not Dean. No matter how execrable Chantel would be, he was always defending her with his “little mama” drool. He’s gross. -

There are so many detestable people in this franchise, and even just in this particular season. But I think I would rather spend a week with any of them we have seen tonight than a single day with Tania. I just absolutely loathe every single thing about her. Yes, that includes Colt, Debbie, Paul, Karine, Andrei, Asuelo...even the coven of Libby sisters! -

Asuelu is truly an asshole. What a big baby. And look! Oliver and Kennedy do have clothing! -

I dunno...I think Cracker is as much of an All Star as Trixie or Monet X Change. Neither made the finals in their seasons, and both went on to win All-Stars. In fact, Miz Cracker placed one higher than Monét in season 10. -

I know that Cracker is not everyone’s cuppa, but I still like her. And I think she had a great Backyard Barbecue character and her fashion was well thought out, well made, and very cute. She deserved her win. I also just adore both Shea and Jujubee. Shea was so sweet to help the other girls out, and Jujubee made an adorable look! I mean, the stripes didn’t match at the seams, but this ain’t Project Runway! It really didn’t bother me so much. I didn’t love either of Shea’s looks as much, but I still love Shea. Alexis’s Solo cup dress was pretty, and if the pool had been closer to her ankles, and the seam before the mermaid bottom had started a bit lower, it would’ve been perfect. I know they were allowed to use the fabric wall, too, but I missed what she made the gown out of...if it was tablecloths, then Carson can shut it, because what Alexis did was amazing. It’s only slightly less awesome if she made it from the fabric wall. I don’t dislike Blair, but I think she is clearly outclassed by the others. And it’s good to be confident, but her confidence is bordering on delusion. Did she really believe her name shouldn’t be brought up as a possibility to go home, considering the track records of Juju and Shea?? -

Cracker lost that LSFYL the second Roxxxy Andrews revealed the “Thick and Juicy” label across her ass! -
Poor Naya!!! I always liked her and thought she was so much better than Glee. And her poor little boy! Keep in mind that at only 4 years old and obviously in a world of shock and sorrow right now, him saying “Mommy went swimming” could just mean that he saw her go into the water, not necessarily that she told him she was going for a swim. I can’t imagine that she would take her son out on a boat, put him in a life jacket, and then willingly commit suicide in front of him, so I have to believe this was a terrible accident. Whether she fell in and was unable (for whatever reason) to get back out, or she slipped into the water to cool off and something tragic happened, who knows? Poor little Josey, though...he’s just at the age to begin forming memories, and this one is just awful.

Me, too.

I don’t remember Amy. I do like Alexei. And I like Jihoon’s parents.

Classy on this franchise... Ummmm, Andrei’s father. For certain. And most likely Kenneth and Armando from The Other Way. Beyond that, I’m really struggling. I feel like there was another one I liked somewhere, but it’s hard to find the pearls in this pile of human waste.
