  1. That's what makes it even more frustrating!!!
  2. Wait, I get Michael disowning the bitch and the Don, AND Helena calling Alexis "Natasha" AND reminding her about killing her mother? Has someone been reading GH History 101? (No, of course, because of the Michael "Corinthos" retcon). Is it Christmas already? Aw, Jason's in khakis! Next up, Christmas sweaters! And, like, the Port Charles area, if it is any where near Buffalo, is under nearly eight feet of snow, and Carly's walking around in a light sweater. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHOW FRANK AND RON WEATHER MAPS!!!
  3. To be fair, Ron does have the habit of major isolations of characters too. How many months did Todd just hang around Carly or Johnny? Or hell, even Franco around Carly? He does not do many real organic scenes of friends running into each other at, say, Kelly's. And yes, I am still bitter that Todd got, like, three scenes with Tina at the end of OLTL. [/rant over]
  4. I have always gotten a sense that RoHo lays on the hamminess really think when he thick when he thinks the writing is crap. Look at Ron's GH Todd and Franco (and even Todd from the DBL era). Now, if they actually gave something meaty to him as Tom Hardy, I think he would do good work with it. But, at this point, I trust Ron with writing for RoHo far less than I trust the actor himself.
  5. Her name as Elizabeth, but at the time I write this, I couldn't remember it myself! I wanted to saw Kelly, but I knew that was the character from SBTB.
  6. As do ninety percent of Carly's "ppplllaaannnsss!!!"
  7. When Sen. Ward was on the phone to his wife, I actually imagined he was talking to Tifani Theisen (who plays his wife on White Collar).
  8. Not only was she not a fragile flower, making her BSC is not the same as making her have a "steely person underneath". She literally came back (in the flashback scene in Silas' apartment) being shown her off her rocker.
  9. Did like Skye's daddy's temper tantrum with her name. And boo no more Christian Ward, however much I knew Grant was gonna kill him (I thought big brother was going to wind up in the well). I am wondering how much longer BD will be staying around. I do enjoy Evil!Ward, but he has to have a shelf life (because this is not my soap opera and its head writer's insistence on a psycho's viability as a long term lead). I did know Tripp was going to survive (having seen some shots from AOU). Also loved Simmons fangurling over Peggy Carter. And yeah, I'm shipping Bobbie and Lance.
  10. I only saw the last twenty minutes of the show, but they were awesome. I am happy they have gone here with the story. It just sucks that AJ had to be dead to get to this point. In my head, I'm imagining AJ's alive and gloating about all of it to Sonny and Carly.
  11. ROTFLMAO!!!!! TTTWPFT!!! Hahahaha, love it friend!. And no. Technically yes, but also, Carly wasn't in the jail cell next to him with her own arrest. She was outside, begging him to tell her why he couldn't come to her with the truth about, what was that, Johhny being responsible for Cole and Hope's deaths and keeping it from everyone? I don't even remember anymore. And I don't even need to. Todd barely acknowledged anything that happened in Port Charles when he was back in Llanview and I don't need to either.
  12. TnB under Malone in 1994-95 were good, but then he had to screw it up by trying to send Todd back to Marty. Which, next to Rapemance, was one of the worst story ideas I have ever seen out of the writers of OLTL.
  13. At the moment, they're across the room from each other, so I don't think it's gonna happen. But I put nothing past the lying douchebag.
  14. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they say Prince Edward Island's? And do you actually refer to it as a county? I though it was it's own province. BTW, that irked me. If they did say PEI, that's the maritimes, which is more like on the other side of New Brunswick, and Maine. Not exactly in the backyard of say, a town in upstate NY. Somewhere far up in Ontario would have made more sense.
  15. I don't know how prevalent it would be nowadays, but the Marlborough title, after the death of the first Duke, John Churchill, passed to his eldest daughter and that was in the early eighteenth century. And Fellowes himself was trying to get the law changed for the aristocracy due to the fact that his wife's uncle, Earl Kitchener, died without a male heir and she would have been next in line to inherit, if allowed. (This topic has been an interest of mine for a while now, so, trivia geek here.)
  16. MHO, they would have taken Codd as far as a wedding. It would have probably been a big, crossover event. Viki would be there, maybe even a pop in visit by Tina. Sonny in the audience, glaring at Todd. They could have even done the S&C behind Todd's back. Jack, Sam, and Blair would have also been there, though Blair would have been in the background, a la Robin for Sobby's wedding. And instead of "Hell No!", we would have gotten a redux of "I Tina take thee Cord" when the groom was actually Max. And that would be the end of Codd. Ron, if nothing else, pays wonderful lip service to soap history.
  17. Considering the fact that lldubs had a fit when HBS (OLTL's Nora) popped in for lunch with FV a couple of years ago, yeah, I think Stafford's coming (and stealing the pairing she's just put soooo much heart into) has to rankle her.
  18. Sorry, but the sound you here is me cackling at the idea of Todd Manning being a lapdog to anyone, especially Carly and fixing all her problems, a la Jason. He can barely fix any of the problems he creates. Quite honestly, a correctly written Todd would be more likely to befriend an AJ. They could compare some notes of their baby mamas and the drama they created.
  19. Love to see he remembered this was even a story. Sorry, but I don't want SK back, not after the way he was shat on in the end there. Leave AJ dead and Michael a rage-aholic at Sonny and Carly.
  20. I'm forty minutes in, and I feel like I need a cigarette after watching Michael and Carly. The rest needs to be shitcanned (yes, even RoHo), but I could watch a solid sixty minutes of Michael unleashing on Carly. Calling the man who raised him (and I use that term loosely) by his given name? Recounting all that AJ (excuse me, Dad) sacrificed for him? Saying his mother is dead to him (okay, may not have gotten to that part, but still)? All priceless. ALL. And now even O is reading Sonny the riot act? LOVE IT.
  21. I think I saw elsewhere that RoHo played this same scene as Paul on ATWT. I sought out the clips myself earlier today. But where Franco has lots of actual proof Carly cheated on him with Sonny (and hell, she was even thinking of him at the altar) Todd and Blair were set up for it all to blow. Max drugged her, put her in bed naked with him and she was clueless about that, and what Todd was talking about as he was "hell no"ing. I suspect we'll have more plagiarized scripts on Monday, as he'll be alluding to her and Sonny's sex tape, but, he was right for once. Carly is a lying cheating whore.
  22. I decided to go back and rewatch the original Hell No wedding. It was an escalation of venom that Todd unleashed, first with Blair shooting Max, then Skye's mother, then Max not being a Buchanan and lastly that Ben was one. I suspect, as Ron has not one original bone in his body, that as says here, that will be the way he goes off. First with the affair, which Carly will deny, until the video is shown, then he'll pop off about everything else.
  23. Hence why Ron crossed the line in the first place. He can't resist pairing that should never have been. And with Todd and Marty, being that it was essentially a re-rape, make it worse. But with Carly and Franco, I'm sorry, but she knew who he really from the start. I think she saw the breakdown he was having and, still thinking of him as Jason's twin, ran with it. Then he must have been reeaaalllyy good in the sack, because she kept him around as a gigolo after his paternity was changed, then I think she just got in too deep with the secrets she shared with him about Sonny...and here we are. But, whatever, Did you see the mad CHEMISTRY! RoHo and llduds had on screen?! [/sarcasm]
  24. Taking my response to the, I guess, history thread (well, it does partly qualify as GH history and another of those characters was on GH for a time).
  25. And without an once of the heart or soul that the original story had. I'm actually not totally surprised that Joss never went to Team!Franco. The kid played her hate well and it is nice to see it not sacrificed at the altar of Franco and Cranco.
