I’m so over Sara’s would-be, evenhanded approach, such as her support today for Mitch McConnell’s desire to move on past the Jan 6 insurrection. Hell to the no! Justice requires that we get to the bottom of this undemocratic violence and hold all the guilty fully accountable.

She needs a large, indoor, wire pet enclosure, which would provide plenty of space for Bernie to roam and less feeling of entrapment, since he can see the room. Doesn’t solve, but at least contains, his latent poop problem. Throw down a few pottypads and hope for the best.

What a shame Bernie Sanders’s segment was preempted for many of the Viewers - as I watched it, I was cheered, believing that his clearly stated opinions would reach a large audience that may not follow public affairs closely. For example, yesterday it was revealed that the 30 year old jury “ foreman” of the Georgia Special Grand Jury had been ignorant of a notorious phone call that led to presidential impeachment…

As a longtime Viewer, I’ve gotten the impression lately that Sunny almost takes pride in ignorance of mainstream/non-minority culture. In the last year or two, there’ve been several instances where she claimed never to have seen very popular movies, none of which had significant minority involvement. Maybe she’s trying, laudably, to make the point that entertainment that lacks diversity risks a diminished audience?

Pasdetrois (voulez-vous dansez avec moi😉) - was Giselle really financially stable through her own efforts, prior to her Ho’wife gig? Seems to me, it was the show that allowed her to move up (?) to her oddly designed, tackily decorated remodel, and before Andy, wasn’t she living off child support mainly? Just curious ( plus I hate to give that destructive bitch undeserved praise.)

Sunny on Black reparations again prompted me to quickly research her background a bit. She often mentions growing up in public housing in the Bronx, less frequently that she attended private schools and spent a college semester abroad. Don’t know if it’s accurate, but online it states that her mother wanted to be a lawyer but got knocked up ( Sunny!) in high school. Eventually, mom became a teacher. And, per same online source, Sun’s dad allegedly was a computer analyst. I’m not opposed to reparations for the currently financially struggling who can prove they are descendants of enslaved ancestors, but think there should def be financial limitations; having an above average income in recent decades should rule out pure financial compensation, imo.

As the panelists discussed today, that knowledge was not too common in many circles, unfortunately.

I really enjoyed today’s first segment, re the lawsuit vs Fox “news” - good to finally see some truth spread on a network show! I especially liked it when Sarah said she didn’t blame the viewers, but those who knew better - and the camera panned to Alyssa.

Where was Alyssa today? Off to re-education? 😉 Whoops seemed quite irritated to be corrected re Austria, not Australia! Frankly, I’m surprised that she, Jane Fonda, and even perfect Sunny approve of selling their services, in demand due to fame. Is there a Sugar Mamas they can list with? Was Sunny complaining that she/her family didn’t receive 40 acres and a mule - and was Whoopi replying something like, that’s cuz your family wasn’t in the USA yet??

Someone above said that Melissa’s daughter Antonia was unattractive, so I searched a few recent pics, including the girl’s Sweet Sixteen in Us Weekly. Beauty is obvs in the beholder’s eye, but Antonia looks very pretty to me, similar to (but better than) pre-surgery Melissa - although she does have M’s old schnozz. But she carries it well! Just don’t like to criticize a teen’s looks, especially when she’s “fine!”

After 7 - I accidentally eliminated my Whoops paragraph re guns when trying to edit. Then decided just to leave it out. But W. did say on The V. that she owned a semiautomatic, several yrs. ago.

Wow, Sunny stuck to her guns (too soon; apparently not soon enough) by insisting, in the face of Alyssa’s protests, on laying blame for mass shootings on those who oppose any reasonable changes. (And, b y popular demand, Alyssa’s wearing a maxi dress today.) It is to laugh. Whoopi saying some designers don’t want you (her?) to wear their clothes…

FYI, Backatcha, the “adjustments” were merely pulling down her skirt on the show side, so it didn’t hover near gawk. Otoh, apparently Joy popped outa her blouse during a break, so quite the Val. Day for the boys (& girls😉)

Sunny’s hair has looked good this week, imo- I like the lighter color on her, also the simpler style. Alyssa’s also looked great, possibly a “piece?” ( Her hair has appeared considerably thinner on a few occasions.). And really, not to pick on her unduly, but when she first sat down, her skirt barely covered the minimum. That end seat is a killer! After the first break, adjustments had been made, fortunately. Based on her reaction to Haley today, watching Alyssa defend her favored prez candidates should make for some riveting tv. How far can she go sans blowing her open-minded cover/bringing down the wrath of Whoops? Or the boobage of Behar?

With a child over the age of 6 or 7, neither can I! Ali W. & Sunny, both of whom I like and admire, apparently lack good judgment in child raising. I’d be humiliated if my parent interfered with my social life as a teen (if not as a 10 year old.) Who wants to be known as the forced guest in the group?

Happy to have Schumer as a guest and enjoyed his input. I get tired of the endless round of show biz guests. And abs can’t stand the agony aunt pointless questions, so agreed with Whoops today - what a moronic topic (does spoiling one’s pet translate to child rearing technique?)

Sunny seems fixated on the need for more Black owners of football teams - isn’t that easily resolved by some rich Black person putting his (or her - haha) billions on the barrel head? Have at, y’all! Or is there discrimination that limits ownership options? If so, I apologize, am ignorant of footy.

As to Drivethroo’s query above, Juan’s college coaching status seems especially tenuous currently, and living in an apartment close to campus compares unfavorably vs cohabitating with easy-going Robyn and his kids in her fancy new house. Sure hope she’s smarter than Ashley, though!

I'm not comfortable with the panel deferring to Alyssa as the resident expert on all things governmental. Her previous professional roles were all press/public relations oriented. Wonder how many mistruths she conveyed on behalf of her prez, deemed by the WA Post to have told "more than 30,000 false or misleading" statements while in office.

Loved it when Robyn’s mother said Robyn and Juan bring out the best in each other - never change, sweet, oblivious mama! So glad you got to attend the (hypocritical) nuptials, after all. Then we keep hearing lately about Juan and blondes - and Robyn shows up on WWHL in a long, strawberry blonde wig. She looked stunning, but does hubby care? I only learned recently that Giselle is apparently an Exec. Producer of this show - no wonder she’s skated by, stirring the pot, lying, and endlessly attacking others, while lacking her own storyline and refusing to open up her life on screen. Sure thought Ashley had more on the ball than agreeing to do a mortgage with her ex, with no more protection than her belief that Mike would treat her right - when has he ever? Sad to see Dean so upset and apparently wanting his dad; hope that jerk doesn’t let his kids down.
