  1. We learned during the hearing that the defendant wanted/needed the dog for "emotional support." Didn't her father confirm that? We saw that she was confused during much of her testimony. A childlike 18yr old who thought "innoculated" meant "neutered." I noticed enough demonstrations of her "mental/psychological issues," both in her body language and her answers--to come to a different conclusion.
  2. If you're referring to the wife/mother, I believe she learned to remain silent over very long periods in her life...growing up and married to this speciman--in order to remain safe. It's second nature for her. Also, there are producers instructing them when to speak and when to wait...and then the editors after filming is completed.
  3. Hmmm...isn't that merely Joy's opinion? "Obnoxious" is a mean word directed at Meghan Markle, who appeared to simply want a nice life with her husband (a prince) and continue to do his good works around the world.
  4. Ummmm...didn't BOTH of Ethan's parents step in and PROMISE-PROMISE-PROMISE? Everything we saw over several episodes led all of us to believe they were financially able, willing, and happy to help raise BOTH Myrka and their grandchild. Was their nice home trickery? Nice cars too. Remember the extravagant baby shower? Something DRASTIC has happened to the family's finances. Does Ethan's father have a girlfriend...or maybe a baby mama? Does Ethan's mother have marketable skills ... enough to afford their recent lifestyle? Why terminate a pregnancy when she was promised all the love and financial support one (three) would seem to need?
  5. If it IS true, then there's a new production staff. Previously we saw and learned that Meghan was in charge. I think both she and her husband have vindictive streaks; I doubt if any "friends" would trust confiding about "swinging" to either of them.
  6. I, on the other hand, picture life in that household--scary. The defendant's tears and out of control emotion may have been the result of holding back his horrible temper. Perhaps the mother is the "power" behind the scenes, but nothing dark about it. She and two kids probably had to walk on eggshells most of their lives ... keep any "bad news" from the father. Honor him as he requires. And then the dam burst and it's over. He's shocked and heartbroken. And now THIS! As always, I wish someone who knows this family would step in and give us the real story.
  7. Consider that she may have been a submissive woman all her life...first to her father and then to this so-called man. Grateful for anything that appears to be kindness.
  8. That ex-husband/now ex-father is just too emotional and unstable. I wonder what went on in that home...for decades. Was he refusing to sign the title to maintain power? Looked like it to me.
  9. Her face looked awfully flushed to me. I wonder how often the wife and kids were afraid of that man.
  10. That ship has sailed. And sunk. And no undersea exploration companies are willing to search.
  11. I worried that his suit was going to pop off due to the strain on the fabric. It will be interesting if he wears something that fits.
  12. I think the defendant has some mental difficulties. She should never have been left to represent herself--and her father doesn't seem too helpful. JJ thinks of herself as Reigning Expert in All Things...Especially Dogs. She showed she knows nothing of the health/physical requirements for a working/herding dog. The defendant and her family are not providing a safe home for a dog who will love to roam...among the mountain lions and bears!! It's too bad THIS TV show was selected to solve this problem..
  13. Sometimes it takes a long time to get our brain cells working well after childbirth.
  14. Welllll....the only FEMALE voice! She had better start sleeping with one eye open and one of her MANY guns nearby.
  15. Okay, I will. I cringe over Everything Angela. Most annoying is that CACKLE when she says something she considers funny, raunchy, or inappropriate.
  16. Wish former coworkers knew about this forum and could fill us in on our little spitfire.
  17. He should have been DONE with her much earlier. Not only was she abusing drugs illegally, accusing others of stealing her "meds," making every excuse to Dr. Now...and LYING, she was extremely rude and accusatory to him. He should have brought in a SWAT team and had her taken to the nearest freeway exit.
  18. But, CONCERNED, what about her makeover? Now she's a selfish witch who weighs less than 300 pounds and is BEAUTIFUL (tee hee)! I wondered the same. I thought perhaps contracts were signed before they realized what they were getting into. And then there are those cruel producers who punish us with what they considere "good TV." This was NOT good TV...but I watched it. Yeah...my only conclusion is that there was a contract. Dr. Now probably hired a new lawyer and has tighter contracts. Everyone who has ever lived with Angie will require therapy and a new identity provided by the FBI. The Angie Protection Program. Dr. Now might benefit from that protection too.
  19. I don't watch this series, but some time ago I caught part of an episode with the angelic Angie! I was surprised. What an ungrateful piece of .... whatever. So...I checked occasionally to find reruns and I was rewarded. BOY, was I rewarded. I'm sure if SHE watches every one of her episodes, she'll still come to the conclusion that Dr. Now was off-base in all his "diagnoses" and everyone around her is worthless. Yeah, Angie, no one loves you because no one CAN love you! I don't know how any family members, friends, "husbands/boyfriends" stuck around more than 24 hours. What a worthless human being drug addict. I will not apologize. And now...I'll look back and read all of your comments.
  20. He's hopeless; Brandon needs 20+more IQ points AND different parents. Run, Julia...RUN!!
  21. Eighties? Perhaps the 1480s--probably earlier.
  22. Someone like Rebecca marries, marries, marries...always looking for love on all the wrong continents. Apparently that's HER morality that we must recognize and stamp "Approved." Then she's shocked, Ah say, shocked, at the grievous sin Tarik and Hazel are pursuing. Natalie marries three times, yet judges someone else's "arrangement" (one man/two ladies). Were they all REALLY so shocked (you too, Julia and Yara)...or were they emoting for the cameras? Is there no Live and Let Live in this group of showbiz wannabees?
  23. I agree with every one of your comments. I've never been "triggered" by idiots like Mike, but he, his mother, and his "best friend" need to reassess their cruel senses of humor. Let's drop off Mike in Natalie's country and let her friends test their humor on him!
  24. Thank you. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt...thinking she spoke so slowly because she was translating everything into English. I think DIM is the best description.
  25. I agree...I think Mike can't get over his "former fat-boy" self. He's insecure at every turn and covers it with bravado and {shrugs}. He will insinuate all sorts of things while he and Natalie are together...just to maintain the upper hand. Just fly away, Natalie. Ahh....but there are those TLC contracts...for both of 'em.
