  1. Well, they have saved money by never repairing the roof. Plus, they probably got a fair chunk of change when they (I must assume) sold all of the security system and door locks.
  2. Scene I wanted to see: "We're brothers." "...Oh! You must mean you're my future brother-in-law." "That too." "..."
  3. 99 luftballons (but Negan talked them down to 10).
  4. I'm assuming a lead dagger, impractical as it sounds. Or, as in some comics, objects from #planet can overcome the invulnerability of people from #planet.

    S03.E17: Duet

    As I said: Bat-Mite. ?

Or else Dr. Manhattan's killing time until Rebirth gets around to explaining what's up.

    My headcanon says Bat-Mite.
  8. Have you ever read a comic? ;) This is definitely S.O.P. for scientists in all iterations of the Marvel and DC universes.
  9. I want it to mean that Ford is a bot, but I think it's really a reference to the "God giving the spark of life to Adam" painting they discussed earlier.
  10. They didn't need to know how to print a new host. That's apparently S.O.P. when a host body is too badly damaged (e.g. by fire). They just had to sneak in at the skeleton phase and swap a vertebra (which Sylvester may very well have botched; depending on him for this crucial task seems not-so-hyperintelligent).
  11. This bugged me the whole show. Though, besides the different interpretations others have mentioned, my wife pointed out that one side-effect of a near-fatal time-travel accident could plausibly be premature aging.
  12. Well, it wasn't *her* President.
  13. Or else a robot double of Arnold's late wife or daughter...
  14. Here's a half-baked theory: Arnold's "Charlie"-analogue was his late or dying wife or daughter, Charlotte. He went "beyond the pale" when he built a robot copy of her (with or without her consciousness). Somehow (I said it was half-baked), that robot ended up on the present-day Delos board. Maybe Ford put her there? Thoughts?
  15. Huh. I'm embarrassed not to have noticed the similarity in names. It does seem to support my theory that Charlotte's position is due to being related to Arnold.
  16. It makes sense if he's Eddie...
  17. I've been assuming that Mon-El has temporary lead immunity due to all the kryptonite radiation the DEO exposed him to when he was in their custody (and they assumed he was Kryptonian).
  18. Let's not forget that Krypton and Daxam were at best rivals, at worst enemies. He may have thought that telling his Kryptonian captor that he was the Prince would be dangerous. I'm hoping that "Mon-El" is neither his real name (which it almost certainly isn't, given the comics), nor his bodyguard's. Rather, he panicked and chose a stupid fake name: "Oh, you're Kara of the house of El? Hi, I'm... Mon-El? (Damn, why did I say that? Better hope everyone on this show is too stupid to ask why I have the same last name as her!)"
  19. I still think she's related to Arnold (which could give her quite a lot of stock and other influence in Delos). Which, if Bernard really is modeled after Arnold, should imply that Charlotte knows that Bernard is a bot, which makes firing him a little strange; although it's barely plausible that Arnold was so secretive that even relatives haven't seen a good picture of him (and she's is young enough that she never would have seen him in person).
  20. "Here's Trump in your eye." I suspect the titular "Trompe L'Oeil" is referring to how the hosts are made to appear more "real" than they actually are.
  21. If there are two time periods (or maybe even if there aren't)... And if Bernard-talking-to-Dolores (whether physically, or in her head) is actually Arnold, and thus Bernard looks like Arnold used to... And if Arnold wasn't a robot... Then I'm betting that Charlotte is related to Arnold. (Yes, this is mostly based on ethnicity. No, I don't think it's likely that the show would have made Charlotte and Arnold both black if it wasn't plot-significant.)
  22. Those transcripts are enough to convince me of some form of "Bernard is a copy of Arnold," anyway.

Re: Dr. Alchemy - (info from old comics) Re: Housing in Central City. It's probably getting full of all the refugees who must have fled the hellscape that is Star City over the years. So really, Barry should just get a bargain-priced place in Star City, and commute. Though that only works if Iris doesn't get motion sick when Barry carries her to his Star City Love Shack.
