  1. That's what my thoughts on C&C are too. I wonder if Colin had watched his season back and realized he didn't want to be that person anymore, which is why it seems like he's changed so much.
  2. In Brandon's defense, some Christians really do have that belief/conviction that any alcohol drinking whatsoever is a sin, while others, like Chip & Kim, seem to see no problem with drinking one shot as long as they don't get full out blitzed drunk
  3. Especially when Chris said that the exchange at that U-Turn vote was the most the Reillys (or O'Reillys, as Bret would call them) had ever spoken to them since the race began, so can the sisters really blame Team Bromance for saying that they have no relationship with them, when it seems like the sisters are the ones not willing to put in the effort to socialize?
  4. At that point, I think social capital came into play as well. Chris explained that he & Bret didn't want to target any of the TAR teams because he knew they were strong enough to go through a U-Turn and still finish in a relatively good spot, which makes sense, because they'd already seen Tyler & Korey and Team Fun survive getting U-Turned, knew that Afghanimals were famous for surviving every single U-Turn thrown at them on their previous seasons, and that C&C were already strong enough to finish both detours very quickly. So that only left Nicole & Victor and the Reillys as options, and to Nicole & Victor's credit, those two were pretty good at establishing relationships with almost every team remaining, while Rachel & Elissa mostly kept to themselves, and that ended up hurting them, because when faced with 2 obvious choices, Chris & Bret chose to save the team they had a good relationship with over the one that never took the time to have a conversation with them.
  5. That's true, because I remember not only Korey mentioning that, but so did Britney, because she mentioned how she was terrified while being alone in the marketplace waiting for Janelle to do the roadblock.
  6. That happened earlier this season, where both U-Turned teams (Team Fun and Tyler & Korey) survived, while it was weaker team Rupert & Laura that got eliminated. So I can definitely see the strategy in using the U-Turn to take out a weaker team, because as just seen with Colin & Christie, it could be counter productive to use it on a team that you know will knock out both sides in no time.
  7. They were scared for sure, because Corinne mentioned that she & Eliza were both terrified of motorbikes, and I can't blame them for that.
  8. Or because for whatever reason, CBS reality show casting seems to be in love with Rachel. I just hope she doesn't decide to do Survivor, because out of all the people I want to be the first to do all 3 shows, she's nowhere on my list.
  9. The real shocker in that U-Turn vote was that for once, Rachel didn't play personal, and neither did the Afghanimals
  10. With the way Leo & Jamal and Team Fun are racing, I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them knocked out of the top 4 and Nicole & Vic sneaking in there instead
  11. That's exactly my issue with Rachel. When she's the one making the moves, it's all a game and no one should get mad, but when the tables are turned, it stops being game and becomes a personal attack on her.
  12. One speculation/rumor I heard was that Mark/Elena were cast, and later cut in favor of Victor/Nicole
  13. Thanks for correcting me. I didn't see that recap, so I had no clue about his sexuality.
  14. Very true. They're one of the strongest teams left, and I'm surprised that the Afghanimals/Team Fun/Reilly Sisters weren't throwing their names out as a potential U-Turn team, because I can easily see them making the final 3 a second time if they keep racing like this.
  15. Somehow I think Chris and Leo would be the only males to ogle any guide in that scenario, because Colin, Jamal, and Victor are all in relationships, and Bret's not into women at all, and I don't think Floyd is either.
  16. That was my impression too, because I remember Korey saying it took him & Tyler about 5 minutes to get to the pitstop.
  17. Considering the drama last leg, I'd say it's a good chance that your wish will come true, because at this rate, it seems obvious that they'd be the targets of the U-turn vote
  18. I see this scenario as likely, because Nicole & Victor mentioned on their podcast that when the whole mat drama with Rachel & Elissa happened, Chris & Bret weren't too happy with how personal the sisters (mostly Rachel) were getting, so I can see them also targeting the sisters based on that.
  19. I'm glad they didn't, because having Eliza, Corinne, Rachel, and Flo all on the same season would be way too much for me
  20. Right...I forgot about that, since he wasn't on long, and never mentions his time on there
  21. Considering that Elissa's better at managing Rachel's meltdowns than Brendon is, I don't think he's cringing too much
  22. I wouldn't classify Chris & Bret and Vic & Nic as famewhores, because neither duo seems interested in making a career out of reality TV, which is basically my definition of famewhore
  23. Apparently production loves Rachel for whatever reason, because she's good at getting herself on countless reality shows
  24. That's true, because Brit & Janelle were on Vic & Nicole's podcast, and Brit mentioned how the Ugandan cabbie was constantly apologizing to them about the bad traffic jam and how she & Janelle felt bad for her. And with Dubai, Nicole mentioned that by law, females aren't allowed to drive as fast as men are, so all the teams that got to the tea roadblock first had male cabbies.
  25. Maybe other forums/sites give those two a pass, but I've seen tons of people here calling the Afghanimals out for also being over the top
