Joe and Heilemann are talking hard core politics this morning. They have described the governor of FL's behavior as reckless. FL is deemed to be the next COVID 19 hotspot. Where I live in FL I'm lucky that the mayor (a Republican) listened to the city council and started to adopt strict rules over three weeks ago. Although not a lockdown. It's worrisome that DeSantis is so inward thinking that we are not only marching straight into the headwinds of the Coronavirus but June 1st is the start of hurricane season.

Joe, before you listen to your "friend, well respected by people on both sides of the aisle ", make comparisons to FDR, I think you should review everything that happened this weekend. Also before you revise history. I think you should read up on FDR and keep in mind that he was guiding the country through war without TV and Twitter.
