Frost works with homicide and his partner is Jane. So how coukd he be called in on emergency without Jane being called in also? He is a hero whether he died in a car accident or not being that he was a homicide officer with upstanding reputarion. It would be hard to have him die on a scene without having the rest of the team involved in this so called "emergency". I think the car accident is a good idea. He was on his way back from visiting his Mom. In my opinion, that would have been too dramatic. I like it better this way. It is subtle. That way the memorial would have more impact which I believe it will.

Yes I agree. I could care less about those small details. I care more about what they do with the characters especially to Maura and Jane. I certainly hope Jan makes the necessary changes with those two. Please no more whiny Jane.

Mythoughts - I think most fans are aware that the show doesn't follow the books. Janet Tamaro, Sasha Alexander and Angie Harmon had explained that from the beginning and discussed the changes they made with the friendship and their characters. In the books they are not BFFs and Janet Tamaro changed that from the get go and she explained why. Sasha Alexander came up with this Maura. She wanted a quirky, more fun Maura than the one in the books. The Maura in the books is more goth, darker and she was also carrying on an affair with a priest. I personally like this Maura than the one in the books. I actually didnt much care for Jane in the books. She was insecure and Dean is supposedly this good looking FBI and she was unsure as to what he saw in her. Jane is whiney just like on the show. From the early books I read. I stopped reading them. They wanted to honor Lee. He was not only their colleague but also their friend. His death affected them so deeply. And they wanted to do it right. So to just say Frost was transferred, in my opinion would be disrespectful. At least I think that is how I think they would perceive it. I think this is also a way for the audience to say goodbye to Lee. Their way of sharing their grief with us.

I don't think there is anything we can do. Jan Nash made it clear that the pregnancy is there.

I do think they will lose viewers based on what Jan Nash said that the show will not go there because Jane and Maura are just best friends. I am a shipper of their friendship but I can understand how those shipppers of a romantic relationship between them will stop watching.

The last two minutes was tough to watch. I almost cried. I am looking forward to the new man in Maura's life.

After reading that article, it is clear to me that both Sasha and Angie are happy to see Janet Tamaro gone or is no longer in charge of the show. Her name was not even brought up by Angie or Sasha. I also get the feeling that both Sasha and Angie have more freedom to give their input. I dont think Janet Tamaro ever allowed that.

Seaver could have been a very interesting character. Too bad, the writing just sucked and she was brought in under such unfortunate circumstances. A lot of hatred towards Seaver ad to do with firings of AJ and Paget. I felt sorry for Rachel because the hatred towards her was uncalled for. I adore her and how the fans reacted towards her made me like Seaver even more. I am happy that she has a hit show now and she is engaged to be married. I was too crazy about Clyde Easter. I would have preferred Mick. I thought Mick and Emily had great chemistry. And he's hot. I wasn't crazy about Beth and never will be. TG and BY have no chemistry. The only thing Beth does is giggle.

I think as much as they would like to bring back Constsnce, the actress Jacqueline Bissett might not be available.

I actually love Maura/Hope. And I hope to see Hope more. But would love to never see Tommy and Lydia. unfortunately, we will see Tommy again since Sasha or or was it Colin who tweeted a picture on the set.' As much as i love Lorraine Bracco, I would love to see less of Angela. She is quite annoying at times.

Brian seems to be into Officer Wendy. Hmmm. I wonder if they go there. He seems to be having marital problems with his wife constant complaints about his hours.

I agree Bastet. I find Martinez slimy and I hope he never returns! I like the actor but I cannot stand his character.When a man tries to get in a woman's pants knowing that she is in a committed relationship with another man means he has no respect for her. That is just my opinion. That whole thing with Martinez, Jane turned me off. I was so happy when TNT decided to replace Janet Tamaro because she has totally ruined Jane for me. I think this whole pregnancy thing is just a teaser but who knows.

I really like "Motive". I also enjoy HBO's "Veep". I don't know if I have mentioned this but of course, "Game of Thrones". I have also checked out "Murder In The First" since I love "Major Crimes." I don't have an opinion yet. It's okay. I'll have to see a couple of more episodes to decide if it's worth watching or not.

Frost's death will be dealt with in two episodes, if I remember correctly. I don't mind the Frankie/Maura thing. I have always felt that they will go that route. I sensed something between them before. But I do think that if Eric Winter was available, BT was going to be Maura's love interest and not Frankie. I don't like Jane's pregnancy one bit. I hope it's a false-positive.

It's not only celebs who I have seen wear clothes age inappropriate. I have seen so many women who are in their 30's and 40's that a 16 year old would wear. I seen these women at a Maroon 5 concert. lol. I also know some women who are in their 40's who wear Hello Kitty shirts and stuff.

Okay. Maybe the term "anorexic" wasn't the right one. It's a term I use when someone I see is just unhealthy skinny. I will make a correction.

That's my point Cobalt, Keira knightley from the very start was skinny. I remember her on "Bend It Like Beckham", she has has always been the size that she is. That is her natural body structure. She also slouches. I don't recall AJ every being this skinny.And yes, that is another issue I have with AJ, she is trying to sex up her image. And trying too hard. I don't know if it's her or it's CBS asking her to do this. You know who to me is sexy and fit in my opinion? Katee Sackoff. She has meat on her but she is cut. Also Rachel Nichols and Yvonne Strahovski.

If AJ had always been naturally skinny from the start I would not call her anorexic but the way she had dropped weight and supposedly she is "fit and healthy" look that she is on now, I just don't agree that is healthy. She is way too skinny. A lot of young girls look up to her and this whole girl power thing that she got going with the new JJ, it doesn't set a good example. I'm not saying she has an eating disorder issue. But when i look at this picture, she looks soooo skinny. Look at the size of her thighs? Look at how her bones are sticking out? And I don't think it is a coincidence that back when she was a normal size, AJ never wore outfit that showed a lot of skin. But ever since she started to get skinny and vigorously working out, she has been wearing skimpier clothes and have done sexy photo shoots.

Bryan Fuller said that GA will be a regular in season 3 although he mentioned that she is a busy lady.

Also, imagine how much skinnier she really is since pictures usually add about 3 pounds. It is not very attractive at all looking that skinny.

All the guys they have paired Jane with in my opinion are losers. Casey is selfish. I never found him sweet at all. Dean used her to get Paddy. Joey used her to get ahead in his career. I thought the way Janet Tamaro wrote Jane was awful from seasons 2-4. The way she went from Casey back to Dean and back to Casey was just not Jane-like. I thought Jane was supposed to be the conservative one. But she jumps in bed with Casey and then Dean and back to Casey just like that. Then they even brought in Martinez to mess things up As for Maura, I was not crazy about Ian. But I did like BT a lot. I thought Sasha and Eric Winter had a great chemistry. Too bad Eric Winter got that gig on CW and could not come back on the show again. Although, he made it clear he wants to.
