  1. I guess it’s Kyle’s turn to be on the receiving end of the eye rolls and dramatic reaction shots. She was the worst offender in seasons past, with her crazy eyes, shocked reactions and more. I always thought it was completely over the top.
  2. It seems to me that the strained relationship between Kyle and Kathy have caused a lot of issues among the Housewives. Kyle was upset at many of them for showing up at Kathy's events and saw it as being disloyal to her and not supporting her. Then, once the sisters have made up again, all those people that questioned Kyle about what was going on with her this year are on Kathy's sh*t list, even the ones who seemed to support Kathy during the fight. It must be like walking on rice paper to try to navigate a relationship with either one of them. Also, I found it ridiculous that Kyle and Kathy were trying to minimize their tumultuous relationship over the years. In the end, they may have enormous love for each other, but THAT is certainly not a healthy sister relationship.
  3. Their conversation and lack of concern for Sutton show what narcissists they are. Additionally, I believe I heard Kathy say, "I was just about to come for her, too." Disgusting lack of empathy. (Erika, I hope your therapist didn't charge you, since she obviously didn't help you "get empathy.")
  4. I was hoping Jared would pull it together. To me, he comes across as a nice guy, though a bit all over the place. His last drinking bout and subsequent reprimand by Kerry should have made more of an impact, yet there he goes again. The worst thing for me about losing Jared is that a-hole Ben would be made bosun. Yuck.
  5. The gag of the season: Plane Jane gives her immunity potion to Nymphia! Maybe she planned a redemption arc midseason all along. Giving her immunity to one of the most popular queens during her most stressful challenge (Nymphia has said from the beginning that writing was not in her wheelhouse) can garner a lot of fan support. I am so happy that nobody went home. It seems perfect for the spirit of the theme this week. I thought Morphine really stood out this episode and would get her first win. But, Sapphira really brought it again this week. I really loved her in the challenge- she was in her element. Her runway was right up her alley, with extreme eleganza and was a nod to Queen Charlotte (not Marge Simpson, Michelle). After the popularity of the Bridgerton series, Queen Charlotte is finally getting her flowers.
  6. It's suffering from being overdone. Once producers have a successful show, they make every iteration of it ad naseum until viewers have fatigue. I used to watch 90 Day Fiancé and had to quit because there were so many versions and it was hard to keep up and eventually lost all interest in it. I'm still hanging in here with Below Deck, but judging from the lack of comments here, I think many have set sail for different shores.
  7. Garcelle was the one that mentioned a ring being given after the spouse cheats, because she got one. This was not Sutton. I don't believe Kyle's narrative that Sutton targeted her. It's been the opposite for the past two seasons with Kyle and her gang coming for Sutton. They don't like the popular Housewives, so they try to make them quit the show.
  8. He probably wanted some relief from Dorit's nonstop chatter...
  9. I can't believe Kyle turned her behavior against Sutton for the last two seasons upside down and tried to make herself the victim of Sutton. Please! Run the tape! Kyle has brought up everyone's issues since she started, yet no one can ask about her wedding ring? It makes perfect sense that Kyle sent Dorit that text to try to silence her at the reunion. Too little, too late. It's not working, Kyle.
  10. I would think Barbie would realize that Xandi, as a former chief stew, has more experience than she does and would be a great fit for second stew. Xandi is happy taking on housekeeping, but she has the expertise to take over for Fraser when he is doing a beach picnic or vice versa. She also hasn't displayed the negative attitude that Barbie has. If a stew is constantly challenging the chief stew, I wouldn't think that person would earn a higher rank. I think Barbie should be happy she is getting to do a lot of service and less housekeeping because Xandi is fine with it. I think this is the first time I have seen the stews preparing the cabins so meticulously. They even had a meeting to decide how the tissue should come out of the box!
  11. I thought all the queens ended up with a great outfit (Plasma's being the least successful, but still a well sewn look), yet I felt some of the looks did not fit the brief of being "goth." I know the judges thought they fit the theme, so I'm not correct in my opinion, but here goes anyway. I felt Sapphira's gown was gorgeous, but didn't seem goth at all. It seemed like a beautiful ball gown or runway gown. (BTW, I love Sapphira and she is an amazing queen and sister to the others). Also, Q's look read more club kid than goth. Adding the torn netting fabric helped keep it to the theme, but all those bows and different patterns took it in another direction. I think Dawn and Nymphia had the most successful GOTH looks, though there were many stunning outfits on the runway. They should all be proud. I feel bad for the queens who don't design and sew that they had 3 design challenges this season, but on the other hand, I LOVED seeing the queens create these gorgeous looks!
  12. I'm going to miss Plasma, but I think she is a great candidate for a future All Stars. She's very talented in the competitions, (apart from design challenges), but needs to curate some outstanding runway looks. So many queens bring All Stars runway looks to the regular season- the bar has been raised over the years. With Mhi'ya's amazing flips, it seems she can't be beat in a lip synch. Does this mean she is going to go all the way to the finals? She's been in the bottom 3 times, yet she saves herself with her lip synching talent.
  13. Wow! This blows my mind. I know Dorit has kept the other housewives waiting in the past, taking photos for social media, etc, but to keep Andy and the reunion crew waiting seems really rude and thoughtless. Dorit must think she is pretty important to pull such a stunt. (And she had to bring her IV with her, along with someone to administer it, I'm sure, to rehydrate. Gawd! Just drink a cup of water like the rest of us. She is just all about the image...)
  14. I was trying to figure out who Dorit's hairstyle reminded me of. (This reference is showing my age!)
  15. Hopefully she's doing a cutting impersonation of Kyle... I'm impressed you could focus on Dorit's hair with the distraction of that OUTFIT! 😂
  16. I loved the location of the weddings, as well. There really is some beautiful scenery this season. It makes me want to book a private luxury yacht and head to Grenada! 😉
  17. Is there a thread for social media goings on? I was on reddit yesterday and there is some major tea about Q and her tweets. Just wondered if it is an okay subject to post about?
  18. Yes, @Keywestclubkid shared it up above. This gives me hope that the reunion might just be more explosive than normal, since Dorit released the screenshots-- maybe she's not willing to play along.
  19. Bravo producers probably became unglued that Kyle kept everything about her and Mau's relationship close to the vest and when the news about the separation broke in People and other tabloids insisted that Kyle do additional filming. They were more than willing to extend the filming timeline if it meant a big storyline.
  20. I was surprised he made such a fancy meal for the crew. I can see making extra so the crew could have a taste, but the chef should make a nice crew meal that they can fill up on, so everyone can have plenty. I also think the interior works just as hard as the deck crew and should be fed, as well, Captain Kerry.
  21. That's a good article- doesn't sugarcoat anything. I'm appalled that EJ is getting a special. I suggested in one of the episode threads that RHBH viewers should plan to watch Housewife and the Hustler 2 when Bravo is airing Erika's special. Bravo needs to hear how repugnant it is to promote Erika after what she has said about Tom's victims.
  22. I agree with your take on Kyle and Mau's relationship problems. The part that infuriates me is that for years now Kyle has been literally yelling at others, "BE OPEN AND HONEST," yet now that she finally has a "storyline," everything she says is vague and hinted at. The viewers have nothing but speculation about what has gone on, which shows what a hypocrite Kyle is.
  23. I agree that this year's White Party was not as good as those in the past. The venue was all wrong and nothing Kevin Lee did could change that. I did, however, enjoy all the footage from the party, including a peek at the guests, food, clothing, and entertainment. I could watch that for hours! I can't believe that Kyle's name -- and only Kyle's, was prominent on the dance floor! I don't buy her act about not approving that. And she can lay off the LVP bashing, while she's at it.
  24. I'm not surprised Kyle is horrible, but I am surprised that the editors let it be shown. She has been the darling of the show for a long time, now. She never gets the blame for all the shit she stirs. It will be interesting to see if the producers take off the kid gloves.
