If I’m remembering correctly they showed the years about 15 minutes into the movie. It could have been an interesting show but instead it was boring and confusing. When the 1973 couple announced the baby was called Ivy I had no idea who she was in the movie so thanks to the poster who paid more attention than I did.

Sometimes I wonder if simply not being pregnant or postpartum and caring for infants is giving her more clarity in her life. For the first time since her oldest she has more moments to herself without planning for her next pregnancy and perhaps can enjoy her existing children more without having to cater to Josh.

I think we all need a quick reminder that Kody is a profoundly stupid man. If you give him the pretence of respect and act as if he is smart you could get him to do anything.

Olivia and Ethan behaved with far more dignity in their final talk together than almost every other reality couple I have seen. They were not screaming or swearing at each other and I appreciated it. I’m very glad that they realized how incompatible they are now before they had children. I don’t know what made Ethan revert back to the teachings of his childhood about how men are always in charge and women should do as they’re told but I’m happy Olivia realized she could never again live that way or raise children in those beliefs.

Binged all of season 2 today. It was fantastic.

Kenny has already raised four children to adulthood and I appreciated his fatherly tone of voice that was designed to calm Kimberly down and get her to think.

It feels like Julio and Kirsten were on 3 seasons ago.
