So even after March 13 when the world got shut down, Christine and her girls STILL flew to North Carolina.

That was the first time Kody made me laugh WITH him instead of at him this season -- "Can I just say wet bar" HAHAHA, For reference for those that didn't see it, in the extra footage on More to Love it was the scene where Kody Robyn and Meri were at the Coyote Pass lot and were sitting at the picnic table discussing how Meri did or did not say she wanted the tree lot. In the talking head Kody goes off on how he's just done with Meri changing her mind about trees or no trees or now she doesn't even know what lot she'd pick if she picked first. Then Kody in his talking head looks straight at the camera and says "Can I just say wet bar?"

There is a couple extra talking heads that weren't there initially, and it seems like all of them show Kody being even more rude about his wives.

I'm watching tonight's replay of the first episode this season, and in the added content Kody explained that when Christine complained he was always on the phone when he's at her house he said it wasn't because he is addicted to his phone, but that he's trying to avoid the angst that Christine gives him. He's trying to avoid conflict with her. Yeah, that's a healthy relationship......

The house that Kody and Robyn bought for $890,000 is listed by zillow as being worth $1,064,000 now. That's probably a decent estimate of what they could sell it for. Christine's house was bought for $520,000 and is probably worth $740,000 now. The Coyote Pass lots would sell for maybe $50,000 each over what he paid for them. They aren't doing terrible if you look at their real estate holdings on paper. They just don't have the available cash to do more.

There was some speculation that during covid lockdown Audrey was shown on instagram with a wedding band on her ring finger. They may have gotten married already?? Edited to add: I can't see them giving up the tv wedding though, so it seems unlikely to me they are already married...

When Kody and Robyn started dating Robyn lived in St George, and he had to travel down to see her. Then he moved her up into her own duplex in Lehi when they got married.

Do you wonder if maybe Christine was lax on discipline so it put Meri in the position of having to be the mean mom? Based on the Christmas tree jumping we've seen allowed at Christine's house I sense she might have been more laid back.

You know Meri wouldn't agree to the one house idea because when she leaves she won't be able to sell her share. Right now she is free and clear of Kody and any joint mortgage obligations. Even the 1 plot of land on Coyote Pass that is deeded jointly to her, Kody and Janelle is paid in full so they'd OWE HER $60,000 to buy her out of her share.

They have to marry on the 29th, which happens to be a Sunday in August 2021. They want the 29th because Audrey and Mariah's birthdays are on the 29th (I believe Audrey's is December 29th and Mariah's is July 29th).

Since the wedding would be in August they'd take the ski lift up the hill.
