Did anyone see that Lacey is engaged?

I wish I could like this post more than once! Whitney got to be point for two years, GL, PBC, etc...but Jenna gets demoted for fraternizing with players along with Holly🤔 Not sure why seniority matters this year when it hasn’t in the past. How have Amy and Maddie not been called out for being vanilla? I’ve seen actual vanilla ice cream that was more exciting than those two in that routine. Based on the formation last year, I thought for sure Gina would be moved into the triangle. Her dancing reminds me of Holly’s with that extra pop that the current points don’t bring. I’d put her, Bridget, Amber and Lexie in the diamond.

I’m kind of sad this season is over. I felt bad for Lily. IMO, her cut was more due to the team only being able to have 36. Malena’s cut was very uncomfortable to watch. It does seem like Judy and Kelli strung her along by making her the last cut. Also, this year and in past seasons the episodes mainly focus on the strugglers so that when the actual team is announced, there are a few rookies we never get to know. I wish CMT would interview every TCC and put their backstory on the website. I would love to see more of the rookies dancing next to vets so we can see who really is “world class.”

I really hope she tries out again. She was fun to watch last year.

Cameos: I would have loved to see more rookies and vets. VK may have great hair and legs but her midsection is definitely not DCC standard. I am glad we got to see the group leaders give feedback about the rookies. I was also surprised that Lacey had gone back and forth on Hannah. I think Malena is a great spoken ambassador but the memory isn’t there yet. I am kind of surprised Lily gets cut given how many stickers she received. I actually really liked Marty and his choreography. Out of Maddie, Kashara and Cianna, my eyes were drawn to Cianna. She looked very clean performing the choreography. I don’t think it was uncalled for him to call out Bridget. I wish K and J listened to their guest choreographers more often when it comes to cuts. I really think VK should have gone home this episode if not sooner. IMO, she tries to be bold but looks spastic. I doubt any other rookie could have a similar weight issue and ambassador issue and still be here. I hope Kristin comes back. Her comment during etiquette training won me over.

I am still surprised that Whitney wasn’t cut after that. IMO, she was a huge ambassador risk. Does anyone know what consequences she faced for it? If I recall correctly, she was a 2 year veteran at the time and was a show group member and eventually point for 2 years. Being knowledgeable about current events shouldn’t be a surprise to a TCC especially if they’ve watched the show. Any topic is fair game.

1. Dayton’s cut was heartbreaking. 2. I wish we had heard more of Judy’s opinions during their round table discussion. Also, I wish Kitty elaborated more on who needs an attitude adjustment. I’m very surprised that Kitty asked that VK is given more time and thinks she’s ready...on what planet? 3. I wish Tara would get her roots fixed.

I also want someone to spill the tea. Until someone spills some, I don’t really have a strong opinion on her.

Even Cassie didn’t receive the kind of favoritism VK is receiving. I remember when little Heather kicked the wrong way and then she was cut. That turn was glaringly bad?

Agree with this! Every year, we hear her say they only take the best. Brianna could barely kick and lacked power but they thought she was pretty enough to be a TCC.

I would love to be a fly on the wall during deliberations or see the actual score sheets.

Whew that was a long winded response lol! I happened to like her unique face shape and Katelyn based on her dancing seemed like she could have been a great asset.

I thought Taryn was adorable too and the only negative comment I recall was about her low kicks. Savannah clearly struggled with the dances in most of the episodes. I’m always amused when K & J saying they only take the best.
