Great post I seem to recall Theo being quite judgmental of his good friend Chanel..yet he approves of crazy bitch when it comes to Ciara. Looks like he sees Ciara as a 4 yr old playing in the sandbox with him, rather than who she is now. (Though she was probably one of those awful kids, dumping sand all over kids heads and ruining sand castles) However, I did like the snark with Ciara and Claire. I want old Claire back!! Especially if we have to put up with this nonsense much longer. I can’t help thinking DOC Marlena as being a little “possessed” with her sessions with Ben. Like something evil is going on, condoning his actions. But then, seems everyone in town is under that spell. And it was good to see good ole’ Jack back on the trail. Yet..I’m not optimistic it will go much further. Poor Dr Snyder!! Regardless of the heart attack..there was a crime of moving a dead body and dumping it. I like Xander and Gwen and think hey, this could work..but then I see Xander and Nicole interact and love the energy they bring.

“Rex” (Kyle Lowder) original Brady. He was great and then EM came in and fucked it all up with Kristen obsession, ruining Brady forever and eva and eva! but I totally get that. JKJ IS the one and only Philip Kiriakis!!

Even Philip could pull that one off. Anyway.. Theo has nothing to do, other than faun all over Bratty Ciara and sulk about psycho Ben, needs something else to do. But he’s way too “moral /ethical” to being in on that! juat popped into my mind..get Ava to get Rafe the brick to do it. oh the 🤪-ness of it all. feelin’ another migraine coming on.. I do agree with this!

And I WISH I could trust Chloe..but she will f over Philip, once again,again and again, for douche bag Brady. Rather see Philip and Gabi back at it than have to see Philip lose once again to Brady. Also, because Jake is just as untrustworthy, flip-floppy ways and his shallow, brief history. Philip is a way better catch than Jake, and he and Gabi have better chem! Ugh! My head hurts

Okay!! I can agree that Theo is not controlling, probably not even manipulative. And I am not a CIN fan, Even without Bens past, still would not be a fan. Also, her family telling her Ben is “great” is alarming. It’s just the marriage thing with Theo. It’s rushed, like he needs it before she remembers Ben..which seems like it’s happening. She is NOT in love with Theo, never was, never will be. They were very close as children , like siblings. So it doesn’t work for me. I want him to be smarter than he is. Like, go back to SA and just hang out, renew your FRIENDSHIP, and chill. But lovers? No way. Marrying Ciara isn’t going to protect her and if he had an ounce of memory, how they don’t work as a couple, that would be cool. I’m also not feeling this Theo, as a character, so that’s also a problem. I don’t think he can protect her from Ben, or even herself. Agree with what your posted about today’s Ep!

I totally agree, Theo shouldn’t be responsible for Ciara. I understand he is her lifelong friend, wants to protect her, etc that’s my problem with Theo. He seems to be very controlling, overprotective, not really looking at the whole picture. Sure she wanted to get away, and that may have been just the ticket, for awhile. Instead, he focused on his love interest in her, where if he were truly interested in helping her, he’d realize that marriage is not the best answer at this time. How about some time with her family in Salem. I believe there would be enough support for her there. And sure, stay in Salem with her if he feels so strongly he’s the only one. And what Dr told them she will probably never recover her memory? I don’t care if she does or doesn’t, I’m no CIN fan, but Theo and Ciara? No. Someone said upthread he’ll be collateral damage, and oh boy, yes he will. Guess I could have condensed all that babble all in one sentence. No he is not responsible for her handling of her life, but he sure as hell wants to be.

Hell, I don’t even answer calls from people I know, and I block all the suspicious looking numbers. Though, what I’ve been seeing lately is some of these #’s look suspiciously similar to family that call often. Off by like one digit. Now my question is..why wouldn’t Brady play “nice” with Kristen so he could find out where she was. Plan a meeting, tell her he’s going to bring the kid to see her. Set her up, get her picked up and locked up. Instead, he chastises her about Chloe, putting the gal he’s in love with all over again, in even more danger. I’d call him a dick, but he’s too stupid even for that. It’s not love for Chloe, he’s skipped right over to obsession. Ugh. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Right? I mean Ben does have the “cabin”. And no, Rafe doesn’t have to like his sisters bad choices, but he certainly has every reason to question Jake’s motives. And, he was right , kick everyone else out of the mansion. But no, just being in the home makes Jake uncomfortable. He wants nothing to do with being a “DiMera”, yet has to get back at them? So far, there is very little sexual chem with nuEJ /Sami. It’s all weird. And still, no skin from nu-Ej !!! It went from silk pajamas..to a too long silk robe. He really can’t be that out of shape. Jeez. Loved the Nicole/Lucas scene! which is why I don’t see how Gabi and Jake can manipulate Sami. Nicole is going to take care of that, so they really won’t have any leverage in getting “even” with EJ by anything Kristen has to say in the letter. Not looking forward to all that nonsense. Truly was the first time Kristen seemed human.

This! Please! I really am not up for Trippy/Chanel /Allie . I think Trip and Allie are boring and I don’t have any chemistry whatsoever. And I don’t want to waste time trying to see if nu-Chanel and Tripp have chem. I just don’t care. I think it’d be much more interesting having Allie and Chanel develop real feelings for each other.

I live in Michigan , a suburb about 20 min away from Detroit. I would much rather shop at a small, local grocery store, than big box. I’d have to move to the UP to get that. However, we do support local greenhouses , etc. buy our fruit and veggies there.

Hey, I have no horse in this race. Not a fan of any of the characters, as of now anyway. Wish I could like at least Ciara or Theo..because they are the kids of the peeps I watched back in the day. That being said, it’s not going to stop me from sharing my displeasure . I’m just calling it like I see it. And yes yea yea, Ciara should definitely move on, but not with Theo, in a relationship. Sure, she and Theo were great childhood friends, like family. She feels safe with him, that’s great! I just feel Theo is taking advantage of it and manipulating the situation. She may even have been the one to “propose”, and if that’s the case, Theo should have shot that down and said let’s take this slow with everything going on. That’s what a good, lifelong friend would do. I believe she’d be better off at home, but sometimes that’s not the case. And her going to Africa with Theo would be a great option to get away, see and experience something new, maybe even meet a new love of her life. So, no, I do not believe Ciara walked into the Theo situation with open eyes. She has all the info that she doesn’t remember, but that means squat! She may never remember and yes she should move on. A new marriage with an old friend is not really moving on. It’s more alarming and stifling. Unfortunately, Ben doesn’t have amnesia…so he could move on and on and onnn !
