I put Leah on the same level of Hot Mess Braunwyn from RHOC ! They are both attention whores, feeding off of high level drama with agitation from substance and/or alcohol abuse. Whoever "has the floor" regardless of the situation or topic, Leah is going to be all over it-just like Braunwyn- and puts her crude, crass bitchfest spin on it ! Whenever she's on, I'm speeding through the recording ~which is why I refuse to watch RHNY real time!!! I can't take her serious for a minute

You know the videos where a person is copying a dancer or perhaps someone like Rachel who looks as fabulous at the end of the game as the beginning ..... and what they think they look like or the reality is hilarious, and it's absolutely NOTHING even coming close? Yeah, I'm that person. My hair may look that good sashaying onto the field and by the end of the signature dance, they would carry me out on a dolly and my hair would be soaking wet and my mascara smeared down past my cheekbones......but my lipcolor would be on point 😉

I became much more impressed with her the second season, and felt she earned her place into DCC, esp her dancing skills. I had become a fan as well- but there are still some of her "quirks" that irritate me. I know she really struggled the 1st year with weight, immaturity and all that that implies, but I thought she worked her butt off to lose the weight and keep in shape. I hadn't seen the pics (or videos) from this past April that were mentioned of her being thick, then not even performing.

Just curious, have you seen recent pix of VK with the weight gain?

Yes, My family is all too aware of this book and the history behind it ~ we loved everything about it, esp. as it personally hit so close to home. I shared my original post one morning at work and was rushing through it; perhaps that I mentioned that "FNL" was derived from "a term", was not discounting the glory and credit from the book.

I'm so happy for Tara ~ she looks absolutely amazing!! And I'm sure she is kicking ass ~ imo, I thought she was the stronger of the two between she and Savannah, but she wasn't "on" during the time that she was cut.....It seemed like she was really going through something though, a rough time. As much as I liked her, I did understand why she was cut when she was, I was actually worried about her at that time. I have no doubt that she is at the top of her game now killing it! I was pulling for Tori and Julia too ~ I thought they both should have made it. Although not only the bad media day, but the situation with her visit with K&J then throwing the F bomb towards the camera (nobody can convince me otherwise) (and brushing CiCi off when she was coming to show her support 😥)....that was her demise.

Hence the term "Friday Night Lights" in re: playing football as a kid. The term was represented into a movie with Billy Bob Thornton and spinned off into a series for several seasons - it wasn't an exaggeration!! Just Texas alone, it epitomized the attitude and obsession how the whole community supports their high school football team/coaching staff and all that that implies! Very serious business. I'm the daughter of a high school football coach and the mother of a high school/college quarterback~in both communities that I lived in, the whole town was present in the stands on Friday night and it was electric, the stands were packed !! My adrenaline still flows just from the amazing memories, esp. watching my son play with his team, my daughter on her cheer/dance team, the parents who were more like family, the crowds......all this still doesn't really describe it. I'm absolutely not singling out Texas, I know it's important in every state in the US, but only living in Texas, I know it's HUGE.

And for anyone that watches RHO Salt Lake City, BrooksMarks- Meredith's son, is as big an asshole as ever!!

I'm one that has no desire to see Jenn Amburn as Kelli's replacement ~ ever. I've always seen her as pretentious, extremely judgmental towards others on her conservative views and unwilling to bend or understand. I can't see her being flexible or having any vision of a girl "being a work in progress aesthetically". I've tried throughout the years to like her and give her a chance thinking my opinion may be too harsh......but nope, she confirms my opinion of her constantly. I've never been impressed from seeing the solos she has choreographed, they always seem Meh. As the director, I'm aware that she obviously wouldn't be choreographing routines, but I assure you just as Kelli does, she has the final say. Just my honest opinion

IMO, Kary was an asshole last year, and an even bigger asshole this year. I don't see any sincerity ~ nor in her apologies. Just reading body languages and facial expressions of the others, they seem really sick of her crap!!

NEVER was a big fan of Brooke! Just average looks, dance ability, meh! IMO, somewhat on the same level as Whitney. I never saw the appeal of her either, at least on the level of being point.

This reunion just absolutely sucked. The dresses looked like Prom Wardrobe on the set of Napoleon Dynamite, just hideous!! The discussions went nowhere. Jen and her anger issues, Heather and Lisa screaming at each other, Mary is just as creepy as her husband. Lisa and Meredith both seem so far removed and appear as they're so much better than any of the other cast members -they have absolute zero interest in anyone else's pain or lives~selectively disengaged. Just mention of Brooks Marks makes my stomach turn-what a pretentious punk!! IMO, the only one that actually offered anything of value or had any productive dialogue was Whitney and her husband, Justin. I didn't love Whitney's dress, but I did like it......however, the breast issue ~ they were NOT just geographically relocated, at least not without adding how many CCs of saline?

I despise kary. I record all the RHODs where I can FF when this hag is on. She is a gold-digging, hateful, hypocritical, self-absorbed trouble-maker who in every turn attempts to make herself "the victim". She is not funny, not cute, and not in any way intimidating. If she had gone through the trouble of pushing me into the pool -she would've been going in with. If not that time, perhaps even better, later with her clothes on!! For her to betray her own child and address her emotional struggles on this show is so self-absorbed, and how it's affecting kary. It's highly probable that her child is starving for her mother's attention. It's time for somebody to completely shut her down.

I couldn't agree with you more!! I had visited a church a year or so ago ~ in an hour and half to two hours on Sunday morning, 15 minutes of it was the sermon. The rest was about tithing. Several were coming up to give testimonies as to how tithing affected them in a positive sense and how they were rewarded by material things.......is that the purpose of tithing? It was so shocking and so off- putting, I never entered that church again.

I think Mary is just creepy as hell on so many levels. Those HORRIBLE wigs. Just no. Her interior is as gawdy and cheap looking as Jennifer's in RHNJ, DAYYUUMM!!
