  1. Good luck @KingOfHearts! I know that must be so stressful. It was so warm here today, I had to turn on the air conditioning. In the 80s! In February! At least it wasn't the 94 degrees my cousin in Texas had!
  2. Even if the promo wasn't meant to have anything at all to do with a rebooted S7, I think it's still pretty hysterical at how it hits the exact reboot spec. Honestly, it made me laugh!
  3. A lot of people seem to be freaking out that it's signaling the end of the show -- but obviously the show as it is will indeed be ending with S6, even if there is a S7. That is what a reboot means. It's not going to be the same show in S7. Channing Dungey pretty much spelled that out. I don't think some people have really grasped what doing a reboot of the show will mean.
  4. Sounds like I made the right choice not to watch Emerald City!
  5. Could this promo BE any more blatantly meta about the S7 reboot? "Are you willing to take a chance on a new chapter?" The voiceover of it possibly being the "final chapter" for some characters is over scenes of Emma and Rumple -- the two actors who we know aren't contracted for S7.
  6. I think it has more to do with the brutal and changeable weather in Vancouver this winter than any story reason. Also possibly with A&E not wanting ANY spoilers to get out.
  7. All they care about is people being SHOCKED! and SURPRISED! They think people will be excited simply to know the show is airing. And, of course, that Guest Star #497 will be back.
  8. That's exactly what I expect. Only it won't be the last two seconds. There will be some scene with the S7 setup after that. Or Emma will run off to have shots with Regina before he answers. And since there are still no reports of Jen and Colin filming together as of Ep 18, I expect Hook will be gone until the finale.
  9. Things won't be easy for Emma & Hook in the second half of the season. Confronting problems with being a couple. Remember Adam's interjection of "That depends on what your definition of good is" after Eddy's "good Captain Swanage" blather. Emma is totally gonna say no if he pops the question. Snowing fans are going to be hella pissed if the curse isn't broken by Snowing themselves.
  10. Wesley ended up being my favorite character in the entire Buffyverse. A really great example of character change over time that made sense and wasn't forced or bogus. (Unlike, say, Regina, to bring it back to topic). If you placed the poncey Watcher who first showed up on Buffy next to how he ended up on Angel, you wouldn't think they were the same character.
  11. Right before Zelena there's INT: EQ'S DUNGEON - FTL -- so that would be another outlier.
  12. Yeah, the jumping around makes sense to me as being dreamlike, too. Dreams are an easy way to explain weirdness or time wonkiness. Before it becomes All About Regina!
  13. ITA, that was a lovely thing about Wonderland. It was hopeful without being overly twee or silly about it. So different from how Once is now!
  14. I feel like liking Riley is the most unpopular opinion in all of Buffydom! I liked him, too, while knowing he wasn't going to be endgame for Buffy. I just appreciated his "normal guy"ness. Though I was predisposed to like him because I knew the actor from when he played ACC basketball for Wake Forest. I remember when I saw the notice of his casting and was all, "Marc Blucas is going to be on Buffy?? THAT Marc Blucas???" It was so unexpected! I also feel like it's unusual in Buffydom not to have a side in the Angel vs. Spike ship war. Frankly I didn't ship Buffy with either of them. Hush, YES! My fave Buffy ep by far. So innovative, creative and creepy as hell. Those Gentlemen floating along with their creepy grins -- ::shudder::
  15. Ah, thanks to a friend who remembered who tweeted it, here are the tweets I saw! Definitely seems like a different interpretation but I'm relieved my mind didn't just make it up out of nothing.
  16. Admittedly, it was on Twitter from somebody who was there tweeting about it; they tweeted she said she was open to it but nervous about it. So there is the factor of "third hand" information there. I couldn't even begin to find the tweet again, so it's lost to the online ether unless somebody else remembers it better than I!
  17. Apparently Jen expressed in Atlanta that she wasn't as excited as the rest of the cast about the musical because she was nervous about singing. So maybe she requested no solos or something. But they still should have had Hook singing to Emma -- but of course that would be CS time, so that's verboten.
  18. This season has been a never-ending "it would be a travesty not to...." and then it not happen for CaptainSwan.
  19. I still suspect it'll be a dream. Or the story book come to life or some such.
  20. I wondered the same for a hot minute, but apparently not. It seems like it's gonna be a pirate flashback given this casting call for dancers. Has she? Well, clearly that's not an impediment for A&E!
  21. Ah, I didn't even notice the *! If that's the case, Lana will get three songs, Josh two and nobody else more than one. Please tell me the opening isn't some riff on "It's a Hard-Knock Life." I want to know why the hell Pinocchio is still a thing too! Zelena is in Oz.
  22. Choreographer/director let this out of the bag. Oops! Some thoughts: *Weird mix of SB & EF locations. *Looks like it opens with little Emma in a group home -- maybe her dream? *If it's real time, Hook is separated from everybody still and Zelena isn't dead. *Ugh, August again. *Lot of Regina. Of course. *Looks like they may be filming some of it in Steveston since it calls for Main Street of SB exteriors.
